Very bad service ,a indian guy was there .I asked him a grande hot chocolate with 4 sugars and he asked me are u fine in a rude way and he spoke in Hindi ,they are so racist if they see an Indian person they start speaking in Hindi ,he was soo racist ,I was born and brought up here and he even teased me for getting 4 sugars in it and laughed and humiliated me .he is an Indian who works at night shift and literally he was soo rude I rang the bell thrice near the entrance and he saw and didn't open and he was free also and was chatting with his friend in the convenience store .very bad experience never coming back here .

Poor service! Yet I have been never so disappointed by the kind of service I have received went today afternoon for getting a bag and a cash out the lady didn't bother to give cash out was forcing me to buy something expensive than 10cents. I was in a hurry so couldn't even argue about it. She was continuously chatting with her coworker. But there was another incident last week Sunday morning 11am, I could get a cash out from the same store and the person who severing was different and cared about the customer. Have been to so many OTR stores, this is the worst service I have ever received.

Has everything The Large OTR's have Cigarettes, Lighters, Lotto, Chocolates, Soft drinks, Milk Drinks ,Pies Pasties,Pastries, Cakes, Moe's Hot Dogs, Phone Credit, Gift cards, Atm Machine, Toilets, some Groceries Items, Orange Juice ,Eggs, Bacon, Bread, Milk, Slushies, Engine Oils, Some Hygeine Products, Some Cerials, Paper Knapkins, Mini Refresher towels, batteries, Candles, Newspapers, One of the bigger OTR'S has Petrol, Gas, Diesel, unleaded 91,98 performance, Tyre Pressure Air, Krispy Kreme doughnuts, Didn't have A big Range Of Cigarettes in Red's 20's...

Hello team I have been to this fuel station between 7 15pm to 7 30pm on 24th October and bought a jam Berliner donut and went to my home to consume ,once I was about to eat I observed that it was too stale and really hard and cannot be consumed. Just letting the team know to check on the condition of the product as its a food safety concern and the one who consumes might feel sick. Thank you

Just got subway from here what a discusting mess it was hardly any chicken so much salad it just fell apart mayo just oozed from it we told the girl behind the counter to stop putting stuff on it she got all panicked and continued making this so called discusting mess that we needed to eat with a knife and fork not again waste of money ....

Got my first Moe's hotdog and thick shake for $7! Quite amazed at how long the hot dog was and very tasty! As for the caramel thick shake, yummo! Large cup and perfect consistency. Very cheap take away /junk food meal compared to other fast food places! Excellent value for money, and served by 2 lovely, friendly staff.

Washrooms are always closed in this in night time. Being a regular customer i have found washrooms always closed for cleaning in my last 10 visits. There is always excuse by store manager that its been closed for cleaning. Same issue experienced by my other mates

I rocked up to this OTR at like 4am in a bit of a state after a night out in town with no charge on my phone and the legend working gave me his phone charger from his car so I could uber home. My biggest hero. Will never forget him. Love u OTR Clarence Park.

The staff is really arrogant and don't help at all. They ignore customers and only talk whenever they want. I asked for the bathroom and the staff started making fun of me because of my accent. Who are they to do that? Never coming back!

Pulled in during the night twice in the last week to get fuel and both times left standing holding the pump nozzle for a few minutes with nobody in the shop to turn fuel on. Gave up both times and drove away to go elsewhere

I go to this place everyday after work to get a Moe's Hotdog or two. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. They have everything you could need there and are led by a good manager. I will keep coming back. Karl

when i was in your store recently i noticed you have advertised that you sell paninis. In italian that doesn't exis. Panino is singular for a bread roll and panini is plural for bread rolls.

I asked for some one to check my tyres when I bought some petrol. Keish said he would do it and I offered to pay him but he said that wasn’t necessary. So very kind of him to do that for me.

Out of principle I absolutely refuse to pay $5.40 for a Maxibon when Caltex Starmart has them for $4.20 down the road. Outrageous, the OTR owners should hang their heads in shame.

2:41 am i came and pressed the ring bell properly tooo many times and no one opened and I also checked no body was in there. So how it’s open 24 hours?

Waited so long to get served, the lady in subway was banging and slamming things you could clearly tell she didn’t want t to be there.

Very busy, coffee station holds things up. More staff would assist with this issue however we all know this won't happen.

I usually love the coffee but recently it is not as enjoyable, I think it's the milk they are using has an odd flavour!

Absolutely woeful service, the two people working at Subway were more interested in joking around instead of serving.
