Further to my last review on OTR Elizabeth i am pleased that OTR have introduced a Night Window for the safety of staff and discourage some of the incidents and just plain theft etc. Staff are getting use to it ( and so am I) but Petrol, Subway and a number of services and products - just ask the Night Mangers and i advise as many people who can to get the u beaut OTR App See you there? Still best coffee etc etc and cheapest in Elizabeth and Fuel very competitive and smiles are free!

I came in to your OTR at elizabeth today for a coffee and was served by a lady named Sarah. She was absolutely lovely! Her coffee was to die for and she even toasted my banana bread for me. While sitting and having my coffee I noticed that she is so engaging and observant to all customers that come in. Such a lovely smile it was a breath of fresh air. If there is a customer service award she deserves to win it!

While the service is always fantastic here and I can find no fault with them, I can find no other way to rate and leave a comment regarding the happy wash there. I paid for a deluxe wash. I only got the wash and dry. And even that left my car dirty over half the bonnet, the roof and the tyres. This was my first time using a drive-through car wash and it will be my last. Ripped off from start to finish.

I have lived in Adelaide for over a decade, and been to a fair share of On The Runs, but nothing compares to the service I consistently receive from a team member at the Elizabeth OTR. Sarah is always welcoming and friendly, with a bubbly personality. Always loves a chat, and is by far one of the best OTR team members I've been served by. I'd give 10 stars if it was an option!

Dirty toilets and NO TOILET PAPER IM ANY OF THEM DISGUSTING It seems to be in a common thing in ODR, DIRTY TOILETS AND WHEN TOU INFORM THE STAFF THEY SEEM JUST TOO BUSY WITH SERVING BEHIND THE COUNTER Not good enough ODR.. I have complained many times but nothing changes.

Not sure what happened tonight. Service is usually slow but manageable. Tonight it was non existent. Spent 5 minutes in line and only ever saw one staff member in the subway section. No one in the other half of the store. I heard pumps

Just called into OTR on the way home from work on July 12th 2021 & bought disgusting chocolate that had been melted then put back on the shelf. Absolutely revolting.

Poor service no value for customers. Always overlooked,worst experience I ever had on this OTR. I don’t recommend this OTR on Philip Highway, Elizabeth.
