Hey everyone, please make sure you receive your products that you intended to buy as the manager wade looks like he is on some sort of drugs because he’s attitude was appalling he would not allow a return on his own mistake, violated the consumers rights law about fair returns will definitely be following this situation up, money was not an issue, his attitude made me and my family feel very threatened and uncomfortable .

Fuel isn’t the most competitive here. The store is stocked with essential needs and convenience. Has Hungry Jacks on-site with drive through, Krispy Kreme available, drinks, coffee and quick meals for on the go. Staff is limited and slow service with long wait times.

Stopped in to buy a drink and use the loo today. The cleanliness of the toilet was terrible! Didn’t look or smell like the toilet had been cleaned in a very long time. I’m sure it’s not the most pleasant job, but c’mon OTR, get a cleaner in…. Regularly! …

Slowest service ever received from fast food restaurant. Gave them benefit of doubt at the start as the were new but they are still the same. Also got medium chips with 8 chips in it and as plan as it can get with no salt.

Lady on the service desk today needs recognition for her service. Absolutely fantastic - great with my tired kids. Truly appreciate the friendly service with a smile.

The petrol price has been stuck at around $1.56 or so when everyone else is $1.65 or more. Very unusual for an OTR there normally more expensive than others!

Toilet zero cleanliness No soup No tissues at counter All these things from last three weeks

My engine warning light was on, after I filled gas yesterday(9th July @ Pump 5). :(

Food is good, however… The service is terribly slow especially during the night.
