There is a glitch in the universe where this particular OTR doesn’t start making your coffee until you arrive and have been waiting a few minutes, no matter how far in advance of your arrival you seem to order on the app. Four times now. Not busy times. On one occasion the ‘manager’ was just wandering around the service area while my coffee was on screen. Oblivious. I thought it was just a once-off thing, but it’s EVERY TIME. Every other OTR, if I order 5+ minutes ahead of arrival, the drink is ready or just being completed. I see other reviews here along similar lines, I think the staff here are just going through the motions or here for the social scene. They certainly ain’t here to get anything done in a hurry. Avoid if you’re in a hurry and want to keep moving.

Very bad experience in OTR at Churchill road , Kilburn with one person who is working in Subway and his name is HIREN . He said us to wait for 10-15 min for making his online order but after waiting 25 min he said my shift going to b finish after 5 min so I can’t make your order. I was with my 10 month baby waiting around 25 min. She bacame so cranky after waiting this long still he didn’t help us. But, thanks to ADROW (not remember exact name)one other representative of Subway, who understood our situation and help us out. When we reached the time was 9:30PM. But, unfortunately We got our order at 10:25pm. So, Subway needs good people who really wants to help customers.

I was not impressed with the Kilburn station last night at 10.08pm We went in for Petrol and decided to buy some chips, the ones we were looking to buy were the new Doritos and they had a pricing under and over them in BOLD numbers 2 for $6.50 so we decided as a new special out, we would buy them. I go to the check out and Ben charged me $9.18 for 2 packets, I queried him over it and he said sorry but i cant give them to you at that price because they were for Smiths chips not Doritos, well if that`s the case put the bloody sign under SMITH`S not Doritos! We go to that shop at least 2 -3 times a week! NOT HAPPY

My mum and I made a complaint a while ago and still havent gotten a response, its been about 3 weeks. We went in and bought some pies from the bakery and my older sister, my mum and me all got food posioning. It wasnt a pleasant experience, we dont excpet a refud but we want to make sure that this doesnt happen to anyone else. The employess there are all lovely and its really convenient for my family but the lack of response over this issue was annoying.

I give it no stars because it's 2:40am and I had to go and get pain relief for my partner and the lady that works at night from 10pm to 6am will not let any aboriginals in the service station at night all other race but my race, my people I felt like I didn't belong in this area of Kilburn since she has been working none of us can go in after 10pm I am gonna tell manager in morning I hope she gets demoted

Ordered a Flat white and ended up getting a froth like cappcino. Not even taste good how it should be and froth looks like big bubbles. It was not even a busy morning with coffee order which could be Understandable for the quality of the coffee. Any unprofessional person can make very similar coffee. I think they need more Batista training.

2.15pm and very busy. 8 or more customers lined up to pay. One poor girl on counter serving while another gentleman is stocktaking cigarettes. Where is the customer service gone ? This guy looked up… saw how busy it was and just continued doing his stocktake. This BP has gone downhill since new owners have taken over.

Quite busy during the day - could do with more staff especially when customers are ordering several coffees, etc. The staff are really kind and doing their best but I think they just need more people on! Other than that - good selection of snacks, clean and tidy store. Overall a good experience.

Called in to grab lunch but went to the toilet first. Syringes on the floor, fecies on the toilet seat and wet paper everywhere as the bins were full. You would think that cleanliness would be a priority with the current situation. I never got any lunch.

The lady that serves their the older lady doesn't even know what she was doing she tried to give my scracthie winnings to another person, if you got memory loss you shouldn't work there I am definitely putting in a complaint she was also rude.

Worst experience!!! Remember the date 4/1/2023, don't know the name of the guy but i waited for half an hour at 11pm on subway. no costumer was there but still he was saying i am busy and didn't serve. Left with disappointment.

Fuel is always 10c cheaper than other stations. Staff are friendly. Can be a bit cramped because of the space when busy.
