Staff are not friendly and seemed annoyed to have to serve me. Convenience for basic household items, snacks and milk etc but you will pay a premium price. There is a Brumby Bakery, Subway and a Noodle Box, with seating inside available. SA Lottery facilities also. Wheelchair ♿ parking and access. Also a car wash and dog wash to the rear. Plenty of fuel pumps, with Diesel available at the first pump closest to Main North Rd..... unfortunately it is very slow.

Greedy Peregrine corp, understaffed and overworks the staff they do have, which means very poor wait times. I feel for the workers, it's obvious they don't have the best conditions but do the best they can. EFTPOS is unavailable more than it's available, then you have to get cash out and pay an ATM fee. Great in a pinch when you need something on a public holiday, but not really when you are "on the run" as you will have to wait several minutes for service

Was there tonight 08:44pm .guy with long beard was in there.i just wanted to fill a 5L because I run out of petrol 200m away of the station.I asked him to turn the machine on and he said I have to pay for it. Like I was a thief or something. I said of course I ll pay but I have to put the petrol first.i can't remember my self paying for petrol first and then fill my car or container..Guy was grumpy like he had a period

Went in store with children that didn't see wet floor sign, hadn't been mopped or wiped up at all with paper towel 9 year old slipped over falling on her hip and bottom. The guy working was too busy on his phone and didn't even care when I told other kids don't go down there cause the floor is too wet and dangerous. It's really not hard to mop it or atleast get rid of some of the water with paper towel.

Absolutely horrible service. Went in to buy coffee this morning and had been accused of stealing on the way out even when I had a receipt. the worker followed me out the shop abusing me and swearing !! (Keep in mind I had my 1 year old in the pram )When I asked politely if she wanted to see the receipt (after she abused and swore at Me) she just told me to leave. Knowing I was right !

The only thing I find consistent with this store is bad service for a great brand!. 9/10 times I have experienced negligent service, especially in Subway section. This morning I was standing there for 2 mins asking to be served by their staff when there was two present. 11.20am this morning. I had enough and walked out.

This store was pretty average on customer service and coffee a few months back. I'm so happy to see it's changed! New coffee guy at the store and consistently good too! Glad I can have a decent coffee on the way to work now! Cheers guys keep up the good work …

Not an amazing place to be at the best of times. Staffs always up and down being friendly some days then nasty the next. Has all the emergency groceries when you need them though, at a hefty price of course.

Worse customer care today Service is slow Staff look under stress They have one person serving many people and no one else to help. Staff are rude and Under staffed . No one does anything about the issue

Absolutely worst experience trying to get food. Apprently they are being made to put uber orders before customers who actully enter there store first even if uber orders come after what a jole

OTR milk is always sour, I've purchased milk from here a couple of times and it tastes horrible and for the price we pay I expect it to taste better. Will not get milk from here again

Was served at Subway by a guy called Zack, he by far has the best customer service out of all of the staff there.. friendly and polite! They need more like him working there!

This is the second time i have received terrible service from the same girl late night. Her name is lisa and she has been so rude both times. Not happy at all!!!!

Lady more interested in using facebook and talking to co workers than making an effort to try and be polite or actually talk to customers. Very rude.

Bloody terrible just wanted to pay for fuel had to wait forever while they made a coffee and processed so idiots groceries. I hate BP OTR stations.

EFTPOS is U/S but does not tell customers until after they come in to pay. Staff are rude to customers and blame them for the site's failing.

Cheese Kransky tasted like boiled offal. The most disgusting thing I have tasted, physically sick after one bite.
