Have gotten subway last few weeks on way home around 9pm Wednesdays and every time it's been a different price $19, $21 and tonight $24 for exactly the same thing plus first two times had to explain order 5 times to get it right and still got it wrong seems like staff don't want to be there or worse still don't care could understand if they where busy but I'm the only customer in there. Went there again tonight 1.12.2021 about 9.30pm this time they are busy one person serving eventually get to counter only to informed that there is one and a half breads left even through two trays next to them are for tomorrow and they can't use them tonight after I lined up for 20 minutes to get served those rolls are not going to be fresh in the morning but they use them tonight and bake fresh one's in the morning as they are open 24hrs as the sign suggests very time I come here nothing but issues trying to get good fresh food as advertised seems it's to hard

The car wash did not work for Spot Free Rinse, wasted $1. Moved to another bay, same case. Another $1 wasted. Walked in and paid for my fuel and informed the staff Jack, about the situation. Couldn't care less. Just a sorry. I know it is just $2 but hey; sad to say that it was poorly handle. Staff needs to show some care to customers. Note that this is my go to Station and was disappointed.

Consitantly highest prices for fuel in the area. OTR should be black balled by customers and go elsewhere. The milk they use for coffee at ALL OTR's is the cheap nasty stuff, you can taste the difference in cheap milk. Far better off supporting the other non OTR servos in the area. Shop prices are rediculous for basic items also. BOYCOTT this Monopoly and send them broke.

I would properly suggest at 8am you have someone quicker making coffee and doesn't like to chat with staff. A handful.of angry customers this morning waiting for coffee and late for work. 10 mins for an order I ordered on the app.. never usually a problem when the girls are making coffee every morning. Not good

I have never had such terrible customer service like I did tonight by the pathetic excuse of a staff member From subway. From the moment I ordered, rude, arrogant, with attitude, i felt like my order was inconveniencing him . I am a regular at this OTR which has always been great, but will not return .

Very bad service today. The so called boss there told me i couldnt have what i wanted to buy and said " I'm the new boss so you can only buy what i give you " so i told him to stick it and walked out. All new workers in there and will make you wait to be served.

Well this review is about service to ur customer's when I'm new to the area ..ive been to u guys couple of times now the service is very poor ppl behind the counter don't know what goes on from customers point of view when purchasing a coffee very disorganised..

i bought a Subway i which the guy who was working there put three pieces of capsicum and 15 pieces of mozrella cheese nd including all other small amount of vegies nd i paid 7.95 for small and empty sub wrap worse service ever i have seen in subway

Disgustingly filthy... Food scraps, dirt and grime...... not just a few days of build up. I doubt the place has been cleaned in months. But dont worry, there was a staff member outside scrubbing the metal plates on the ground next to the bowsers.

Just stopped in for a coffee the lady that served me was very friendly, the vibe from all the staff was great everyone was happy, it just made me feel very welcome. You are all doing a great job thank you.

Overpriced won't take bp gift cards even though they sell bp fuel I won't go back there lost my business lucky I asked them first shouldnt sell BP fuel then if that's the case wasted my time

Pleasant staff. Store is always neat and tidy. The barista they have working there actually takes her time and makes good quality coffee.

Happy wash DIY - less time than any other OTR happy wash site per $1. Been to many OTR sites and wont be using this one again.

Poor customer service and no service at Subway even when 2 people behind the counter. Your employees need better training

Used to live near here, loved going to the subway at 2am for food & the shop for drinks & goodies,YUM!!!

The car wash just stopped and took a nimber of tries to get someone to come out and help.
