JUSt about EVERy petrol station in Adelaide is OTR these days. OTR wont let you join a union and if you try you are sacked immediately!! they dont pay right and they are killing competition by monopolising. these 2 brothers who own otr are rich enough!! how about going to the few Caltex/independent petrol stations and help support a family's livelihood? how about supporting small business, because sure as hell Otr DONT NEED your support and there are independent petrol stations that absolutely do to survive!! support independent business, support competition, support the little woman's /mans business, ok . Thank You

I went to OTR RUNDLE STREET today. The manager of the store, she was alone at the counter and eating her snacks on the counter. When i reach there she asked me to wait a sec so she can finish her bite and then without even greeting me she say very rudly. what do you want today? That is not expected from such person who is working as a manager. To treat customer badly. I live near by I always go there. All of the team memebers are so kind and very supportive always. But sadly the manager is so rude. I asked her to give me some change of coins and she told me next time go to bank very rude experience I ever have.

Last night I went to this OTR and Sara was working as well as being the COVID Marshal on duty. A customer came in and without reason was beyond rude and acted disgusting/aggressive about the Covid rules, mask rules, and everything. I worked in retail and hospitality for 8 years, and I don’t know if I could have been as professional and collected as Sara was. I was so impressed, and I just felt sad that employees even have to deal with that behaviour at all.

One of the worst otr I have seen recently. The guy in the counter around 7 pm on Sep 5 2023 served very rude, do know how to serve the people he don't have any basic courtesy and just interested to offending and mumbling with his mouth. Would be great if management can teach some basics of customer service. Not only with me other customer also facing same issue.

I go here everyday but don't buy anything but I'm glad y'all ain't kicking me out cause it's freezing outside and I need to wait for my bus to come Idk why everyone's complaining Abt the poor customer service, and the button thingy is cool The only thing I have to complain Abt are the prices, but that's just a me problem

Huge shoutout to Sara here, time and time again she provides outstanding service, super friendly, super funny all round superstar. This is the only otr I go to and will go to. Best way to end a night out is going in and seeing her face, also she makes the best hotdogs!!!

Visit this store often at different times throughout the night and early morning. About 50% of these visits result in me waiting at the service window with no staff in sight for up to 10min, then walking back home with empty handed. This scenario happens way too often!

Clean store, respectable Barista drinks, however the staff member seemed way to stressed. From conversation it appeared this stress was the result of upper management. Not a good sign for the company and how they appear to treat their hard working employees.

Very poor service. The lady worked there always with her phone. No greeting. No smile. She seems in a very bad mood and was not happy with the work. Very rude to the customer.

Store is randomly closed for 20 minutes at times where the employee is on “break”. 3 Hotdogs which i ordered online took more than 20 minutes to make. A bit disappointed.

Excellent customer service. I’m always happy to have a conversation with such a friendly person “JESSICA”. She is very good in making coffee.

Good to see another 24 hour convenience store down the east end of Adelaide. Be aware it's a card-only store. No cash.

Indian Guy who is in morning shift is rude and No manners. Worst employee..really upset

Seems to be closed randomly throughout the night as employees leave the store.

THE GUY WORKING HERE IS AMAZING HE IS SO CHILL AND I LOVE HIM !!
