Toilets are meant to be checked every 2 hours. This toilet had no toilet paper and was filthy. The staff member was on his phone when my husband told them there was no toilet paper. This was at 8.30pm on a Wednesday and didn’t seem that busy. There is no excuse for toilets not to be cleaned or to not replace the toilet paper.

This has been a great "corner" store for us since the OTR renovations. The staff are consistently friendly and upbeat, and things are well managed. Store always clean and well stocked. Especially good coffee - very reliable. Full marks to Eli, Arif and the crew.

Dirty, rude and I found two hair peaces in my hot dog and the staff use the same gloves as what she used to operate the cash register ( will never ever come back to this OTR ) Recommendation: close this OTR as it gives the brand an extremely bad name

Beyond disgusting. The place was so dirty and the toilet was the dirtiest I have ever seen in my 26 years on this planet

I visit frequently and am served by a lot of really lovely staff. Neel, Eli and Alex are especially great.
