Clean other than some cigarette butts mixed in with the mulch but it's Oaklandon so... but some swings, a toddler specific slide and play area and a bigger slide for the big kids. Nice little parked tucked behind the infamous Oaklandon water tower. All the families were super nice.

Playground equipment is exceptional but the grounds around it by the water tower are poorly maintained with little grass, lots of weeds, poorly maintained fence and all of the electrical outlets on the restrooms building (we didn't go in) are missing covers. Parking lot is good

This is a sad day that the castle is gone.we have to wrap our children in bubble wrap before playing these days.this park used to be my favorite as a kid, with the wooden castles and tires and metal slides. but now it is just a junk park in a bad area.

  • Emily Voss

It's not well maintained. The weeds & grass were really high. The metal picnic tables were pushed to a corner and dirty. The fence is rotting and falling apart. The picnic benches in the front were dirty. It smelled like rotting fish. There

The wooden playground that used to be here was far more awesome. There are a couple play sets, one of which is designated for up to 5 years. There are benches and a few picnic tables close to the playground, and a couple wooden tables under

Fantastic little park in oaklandon. They have a picnic area and play ground. Part of the play ground is for younger kids and part is for older kids. Decent sized field too to kick a ball around. The train comes by every so often and is very

Dissappointed! Drove 20 minutes for the wood playground in the pictures. Those pictures should be removed or mentioned as the previous equipment. There wasn't enough to keep my 2nd graders attention long. Climbing equipment was lacking.

This place is an okay park. It use to have a really nice and big play equipment for all ages made from wood. All of that has been taken out and replaced with smaller plastic pieces. It is fun to see the trains go by though.

The old wooden park was the BEST play structure I have EVER been to!!! I wish they wouldve been able to find a way to keep it. The new one is ok, its just very small and not NEARLY as much fun!!!

Reeks of GASOLINE ⛽️ the playground was nice with shady spots and well kept playground but we were bombarded by gasoline smells and left early! Someone please fix this! …

The train came by as children were playing, giving us all a close up view. Playground was clean and had benches to sit for adults. Children had all sorts of equipment to play upon.

The play park is very clean and fun for our kids (5 and 6). It would be nice if the bathrooms could actually be used, but overall a nice place to play with nice picnic area.

Much better than it used to be, but seems to quickly get rundown. Decent enough little playground for a quick trip with the kids and they get to watch the train go by.

They were closed for some reason they didn't even have a sign to say why, the only sign said closed until June 2018 it looked fun though small but fun and good area

It looks nice but honestly I wish they had just kept up the maintenance on the old playground. My son loved that place & it had much more to do.

  • Kyle Hamilton

The park is improving as a playground. Would have been nice if the bathrooms were open on a mid afternoon Saturday.

No water fountain. Water fountain is broken. Great for toddlers though just keep in mind to bring water.

New playground. Picnic tables are gone. Woodchips under the playground. Better wear shoes, not Crocks.
