I visited this location twice. The first time was excellent. I got a soup and hot sandwhich for $22 that was actually worth the price. Decided to go again 2 days later and when I ordered I was blamed for the cashier’s negligence. She claimed my friend that I came in with last time paid for a sandwhich and a pop that didn’t go through. I did come with a friend but he didn’t buy anything as he already had brought a lunch so I was already confused. I still paid for my order and enjoyed it, but I’m not going back. Instead of taking accountability for the mistake of not checking if the transaction went through, she decided to make me uncomfortable. Customer service training is likely needed because to lose a potential long-term customer over an accusation is ridiculous. Didn’t help that when I insisted my friend didn’t buy anything I was met with a smug attitude. I understand some people have victim mentalities or tend to over-trust their memory. But this was just so off base. Unfortunately the experience was so bad I had to leave a 1-star review as a consequence for such an avoidable mistake.

I ordered a Monaco Panini and a soup from uber eats. It cost nearly $30. The Monaco panini is supposed to come with honey mustard, onion, smoked turkey, swiss and tomato. When the sandwich arrived, it only had turkey, tomatoes, and A LOT of honey mustard. It came with No Onions or Cheese (really the reason I ordered that sandwich all together. The Chicken noodle soup had tough hard chicken pieces in it that tasted like they were going bad. I tried a couple of bites of my brothers sandwich here a while ago and wanted to try this place out for myself, but it looks like they're more concerned with flipping cheap ingredients from Costco and charging a lot more $$$$ for it.

Literally, the best chicken salad on rye I’ve ever had. Even came with olives and pickles on the side. Fresh baked goods, fair-trade coffee, and a nice cozy setting always a go to when I’m getting my car serviced at Maxwell Automotive, which is a 2 minute walk across the street. The owner is very sweet and easy to talk to! Come in and see Rana and her staff they're amazing, come here every year on my birthday and when I service my vehicle! 5-6 times per year for the last 4-5 years

I have been eating here for years and every time it just gets better. The food is always fresh and absolutely delicious. The restaurant itself is a quiet, cozy hidden gem. The service makes you feel at home but you can also cater or have it delivered if you want to stay home. If you are looking for a quick and affordable meal without compromising on quality, I highly recommend the Olivetree Delicafé. I "olove" the Olivetree Delicafé!

WOW! I wish there was more to give than 5 stars. I am so overwhelmed with how delicious the food is, how fresh, and perfect temperature! I ordered for my office and they were able to make all 11 orders in quick time and everything was fresh and hot! Completely made my day with how wonderful and nice they were too, I was given a free cookie because I was having a bad day, so so nice. Couldn't recommend a place more than this one!

Love this restaurant! I order catering from here for work all the time and the food and presentation is always excellent! There delivery service is always timely and they are great with helping you with last minute accommodations. Very customer orientated and extremely friendly owners and to boot..there food tastes always fresh and amazing! I recommend them for business/company catering 100%...you wont be sorry.

I go for lunch here at least once a week. Without fail I get their Smoked Turkey on Rye and Lentil soup. I am addicted to their lentil soup and I adore everyone that works there. Rana, Ahmed and Gem are truly the kindest people and always so pleasant and polite to deal with. Their food is great, try a piece of the carrot cake or even the apple turnover that Rana makes fresh daily!! Never a disappointment. :)

Did not have a good experience today the food was great but we had a lady sitting who I think maybe worked at corporate office of Olive tree by the back by the window on her computer having a zoom call i think and was talking really loud could not here ourselves talking thought it was very unprofessional.

Literally just ordered a Turkey sandwich on UberEats. And I had a couple custom requests (most of which get ignored when ordering on Uber Eats from other places) but they actually took the time to read it and do it as requested, and it’s always presented so nicely and tastes great & you can tell it’s fresh! So thank you for that! I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been here a few times and I’m never disappointed. You could say I’m a big fan of their chicken panini they call the Vienna - it’s extremely addictive. Fresh tasting food and their portions are very generous. Great staff who are always so welcoming. Im glad I found this place. I will for sure continue to visit this lovely restaurant.

Nova Lox sandwich was absolutely amazing, everything was so fresh and fresh sautéed veggies added . The place is so clean and the ladies are so sweet and friendly. Highly recommended

This is a great little lunch place. I'd say it's a little more pricey than your average lunch shop, but some of the meals are amazing. I really enjoy their rice, chicken, potato dish. They're Turkey sandwiches are also really good.
