I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding services of the company Ottocar Hammersmith branch. From the moment I contacted them, I was met with nothing but professional and excellent customer service. The staff were very helpful and guided me through the entire process and were always available to answer any questions I had. The main person I would like to mention is the driving assessor Called Dennis, he is full of professionalism and care he made me feel so comfortable and explained everything I would like to recommend the whole company mainly because of him. What sets this company apart from the others is their attention to detail and their commitment to ensuring that their customers are well-satisfied with the service provided. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I was completely satisfied with the service. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service and would highly recommend Ottocar Hammersmith branch to anyone in need of exceptional service. One of the dodgiest companies ever. At every opportunity they try to take money off you. They charge you £10 admin fee just for sending you a text and confirming to you that you have a ticket. It's not even a letter, just a simple text message. They wanted to force me to keep the car for another 2 weeks even though I had given them my notice. They wanted to sell me a 2018 Prius with over 80k mileage for nearly £28.000 you couldn't even make this up. They said "at least we are providing you the insurance for 2 years", OH WOW. You can get a similar reg and mileage at the Toyota dealer for about £15000. Never ever go near this company. They are robbing you on broad daylight.

Been there for some time. Never had a problem. Recently there had been an increase number of drivers renting from them. Now the prices had gone up(became greedy) Appointments take a lot of time. Not enough communication between branches. Does not know what cars are available in which branch. Moved to a private lender. Happy now. Cars advertised on website are not always available. You go to a branch they say you can try another branch? Are you serious? Thats your job to communicate and ask if it is available. it is an attitude that comes when you think “if not you, we will get another driver”. Never going back

I have been a loyal customer of the Hammersmith branch for the past two years and plus, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Abdul and Louis, the dedicated staff at this location, have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure I get everything I've asked for. Great team at Dulwich but disgusting customer service I just asked the customer service guy who he spoke to in regards to advice he just gave me… his response was to say “how is that relevant”. I told him that he was rude for that question, he then said it’s not in his job description to be giving out names. Excellent! I’ll be heading into the Dulwich hub today to get this sorted as the guys there are good if not I’ll go to splend I’m not paying £250 a week for service like that no way

I've received 5 star service from the very beginning. Car was in very good condition, clean inside and I got a voucher to use a local car wash for free which was nice touch. I hired it right while we were still in the lock-down so it was parked up for around 2 months. Any communication was answered promptly as well as deposit and the overpaid rental days were refunded almost instantly. Would definitely come back if needed to rent a PCO car again. Keep up the great work guys.

I’m on rent to buy contact now, It’s been almost 3 years, I was happy at the beginning and referred many to Otto and rent to buy deal. But I would simply say, I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENT TO BUY DEAL FOR MANY REASONS. I also would not recommend rent cars as well due to poor communication and service that I noticed it’s declining badly As well as some hidden fees. I am really thinking of canceling my contract and get a private hiring company.

I would like to show my appreciation for this Hammersmith branch, especially the branch manger Abdul. He knows how to carry himself and is down to earth and very humble. When it comes to dealing with your issue, he ensures that you leave the branch fully satisfied with no disappointments. Due to my experience over the years I will always recommend new drivers to this specific branch so that they can experience a great quality service.

It was a third time for me in office in ottocar and I have to say my own experience is: They are one of the best company what I was dealing with. I booked the car online then I came to pick it up,guys explained to me everything what I need to know also with friendly and professional attitude and for 500£ I went home with a new car. So much regret to have signed with them for 4 years!!! - this company does not have any shame and take dishonesty to the next level. You will be forced to visit only their garage in Colindale- no invoice, no written traces of their work… ask sometime for cash payments… might damage your car and won’t even reply to your email mail or call after that!
