I was visiting England for the first time from America. My issue is not with the staff or the people who work there. Everyone is very nice. But the member building my contract did not know his own vendors policies before working with me. See outline of my experience below. I believe it is a possibility I was baited and switched. My driving record at time of rental: 0 points on my license, Valid driver, 35yrs old My Current car which I own at home: 2013 Audi RS5 The car I was suppose to rent: 2015 Audi R8 The car I was told I was swapped into at last minute: 2015 Bentley GTC The Car I received at time of rental: 2013 Bentley GTC 1) Called and setup Rental contracts for Audi R8 2 weeks prior to rental 2) Emailed all requested driver and payment details to PB Supercars 3) Was advised that I was accepted, rental and insurance 4) Paid Deposit 5) Was called the night before my rental and I was told, "The Insurance agency made a mistake and as of 2 weeks prior to my rental, they no longer insured Non UK or UK Commonwealth drivers licenses for Supercars. They should have never insured me because I am a USA Driver and the only cars I could rent that were left over was a Land Rover or the Bentley. 6) I had to ask for a reduced rate because of their mistake (It was not offered up) 7) I decided on the Bentley because at that point I had no time to look around since the call came at 4:30pm the night before I was suppose to pick it up the next morning. 8) When I got to the Bentley to look it over, It was beat up. The convertible cloth was torn, scratches all over the trunk, the wheels had gashes all over them, among various other dents and dings, all on video. So all in all, a car that is suppose to be a representation of luxury and style and make you feel like that is what you represent when arriving in it, in the end made me feel like I was the guy driving around a car that i couldn't take car of (ashamed). Pricing is good if you get what you asked for so just make sure that if you rent from this company, you have a back up plan if you get that call the night before your rental. Don't rent their Bentley

Excellent rental experience from pick up to returning vehicle and post returning ensuring all was okay. Thanks to Andrew for his responsiveness for all enquiries and answering any questions and demonstrating properly the controls. Only difficulty I had and was properly supported throughout by Andrew, was when I opened the bonnet to put some shopping gifts at Canary Wharf underground carpark I didn't shut the bonnet properly and there wasn't any reception to from my mobile network. However I was able to connect via WiFi and make call on WhatsApp and Andrew answered in less than a minute! Following his step by step instructions I was able to close it and advised the correct way. I did not want to push the bonnet down in case I damage it, I understood that I should let gravity take its course by dropping and closing it going forward and not had any issues after this with anything else. Other then that, the vehicle was provided clean, used for a family members wedding over the weekend and bank holiday, didn't use all the miles was provided 400 +100 because of collection. I was able to give all my friends, family that came from Rochdale and Leeds a supercar experience the kids and this really enhanced the wedding experienc, the kids loved it the most most who have not ever sat or been in a Audi R8 or any other ones like that. Everyone complimented and its a real Head Turner. I definitely recommend, their paper work and agreements were fair and easy to understand pretty much common sense, I understood the logic and reasons behind the afitiomal safety, its for both the consumer and businesses interest to protect both safety to everyone and financially for hirer and firm. A trusted firm to use PB and that I am insured and legitimate business to deal with. Thank you team PB Supercars!

From the moment I contacted PB Supercar Hire it was clear I was dealing with a professional company that were truly passionate about what they do. I was getting replies to my queries quickly and they are open up to 10pm. I was able to confirm availability and pay the initial deposit to hold the date etc. The requirements around what documents you need to provide were explained clearly and were thorough, yet reassuring in some way, this is supercar hiring done right. I had planned to hire for 48 hours, but Andrew advised the car was available for a full Mon-Fri rental at 50% more, so I went with that. Having the 911 for 5 days allowed me to really get to experience it, drive it in different conditions and on different types of road, and show it to a few friends and family. For your first rental you need to collect in person. Andrew went through all the terms of the rental, the details of insurance etc and clearly explained all the necessary paperwork. This does take about 20 minutes, so factor time in for this. Andrew then gave me a tour of the car and ensured I understood everything. The one time I had an issue (my own fault for trying the wrong code in the immobiliser) Andrew was on hand to give me step by step instructions. Returning the car was very straightforward as well. I got the deposit back right away along with a call to ask how it went and discuss anything I may want to raise. A great experience and an excellent price. Hope to book again soon!

I hired the Lamborghini Huracan through from a Friday-Tuesday. I had researched a few companies previous but many had bad/indifferent reviews about not owning the cars and being brokers etc, letting people down - which made me apprehensive about booking, even though they assured me they would get me the car... So I looked around again and came across PB based on the 5* reviews. l booked on this basis. PB was only slightly more expensive than the lower rated companies, however you get the actual car in the photos and the service is good. And no let downs being the main problem with other companies. Easy collection and I left my own car on site. Collection and pick up time was flexible and easy. The T&C’s are long, but really don’t let that or the deposit put you off. Neither are excessive, the car is expensive so it was understandable. I received my deposit back as soon as I dropped the car back. Andy was at the other end of the phone when needed. I will definitely use again, and soon. I want the Aston next Second hire: R8. I have just had for a week. Lovely car. Easy collection and drop off. As good as the first time. Thank you !

Excellent service! PB Supercar Hire have really done a good job in providing myself with an excellent service and experience in hiring a super car in london. If you live in East London, you must know how hard it is and also how many people there are out there, claiming that they are a hiring company and they provide legitimate insurance. That is all rubbish. PB Supercar have actually stood out and for the first time i have hired a vehicle with no stress and the whole process was so professional. I hired the Lambo Huracan from Monday to Friday and Andrew was exceptionally great in dealing with the whole booking. My experience with PB supercars was second to none Andrew was exceptional with his customer service, he was on hand to answer any questions or queries I had every step of the way. He made me feel comfortable when booking the Audi R8 ran me through everything I needed to know along with the T&Cs. The handover was straight forward he showed me around the car and how to operate everything in the car and was only a call away if I had any issues. Last minute rental as I was let down by a different company. My first call was made late Friday afternoon after having called about 15 other rental companies to try sort something out for my brothers wedding but nothing was available. Andrew answered the phone immediately and told me the Audi R8 V10 Spyder was the only car available. Within a few hours documents and pick-up were sorted for early Saturday morning which isn’t something they usually do but they were hugely accommodating. The wedding was a massive success with many many compliments. The car was white and was in impeccable condition. The process was fast and simple and the terms and conditions were explained so there was not a single misunderstanding. Return was smooth as can be and the deposit was released immediately too. Will be using PB Supercar Hire again there is no doubt about it.

I hired from PB Supercar for my brothers wedding over the weekend. I went for the Lamborghini Huracan. Reserving the car was simple. It was all done remotely. I had sent documents requested by Andrew through email for verification and it was all booked for the day. On the day of collection, Andrew went through all the T&Cs and showed me around the car. He even sat me down and showed me the controls for the car, a nice personal touch to the service. Andrew was friendly, polite and ready to answer any questions that I had. I had driven away feeling confident. The car was lovely to drive and made a conversation starter at the wedding. I had returned the car back to Andrew and the process again was simple in order to get my deposit back. Will be using again. Highly recommended!

It was my first time looking for a supercar hire in London, I’ve searched quite a fair bit on google looking for the right company and of course looking for the right car. For my partners 30th Birthday I decided to hire a Lamborghini Huracan from Monday-Friday as a surprise for him. Andrew was excellent and was very clear with all of the details and helped keep it a surprise until the day! On arrival, of course my partner was shocked and it is safe to say, he thoroughly enjoyed the car! Andrew was thorough with all of the terms and conditions and also encouraged us to video the car highlighting any small minor damages to reassure us if any despite were to be made - which luckily there wasn't as my partner is super careful anyway! Had the 2011 R8 Spyder over Christmas and it was worth the wait. Enjoyed the experience. Andrew was really helpful and cares about customer satisfaction. Had a slight hiccup with one of the tyres but he was on the other end of the line to try to sort the issue. Also enjoyed the terms. They are very detailed but its good knowing exactly what you will/will not be covered for in case something happens. Was going to give 4 stars but looking at how Andrew dealt with the tyre situation, i think that deserves an extra star. If you're looking for a supercar hire, definitely check pbs out.

I hired The Ferrari California for a long weekend. The service from the staff was very professional and the price was very very competitive. The car was fantastic although it was showing some warning lights on the dash when we picked it up. We had a glitch with the car when it went into "creep home" mode but after a brief stop for a coffee it reset itself and we carried on our way. Classic Italian machinery like there motorcycles fickle little fekers. Overall a fantastic experience from a fantastic company. Will definitely use this company again. 5 Stars !!!

Andrew at PB Supercars was extremely helpful from my first enquiry through to the giving back of the car. First time renting a supercar and everything was explained loud and clear from the start which was comforting as it shows they care about the cars. Only small issue was the 2011 Audi R8 which we hired was showing small signs of wear and tear. Andrew made it clear that he knew about it so no confusion but shame it hasn't been looked after a bit better. All in all a fantastic company and will definitely be trying another vehicle in the summer.

Great professional service. Andrew took me through all the paperwork word for word explaining the dos and don’ts! Took about 40mins including an inspection of the car before chucking me the keys and saying “go enjoy yourself”. On return the deposit was immediately refunded! Took out the Bentley GTC on a weekend hire in the sunshine! Excellent luxury, head turner looks and sounds great! Word of warning, wear sun cream, back of my neck was a bit burnt but well worth it! I’ll be back for another hire at this place, thoroughly recommend it.

Recently hired the Lamborghini Huracan for the weekend (20th -23rd January 2023). The whole collection & drop off process was very easy and quick, just a little bit of paperwork to go through, but nothing unexpected or too serious that you are then worried to drive the car away. Andrew was really friendly, professional and just an all round decent guy. The Huracan was exactly like the pictures and in superb condition. Already looking at when I can next hire from them. Top quality from start to finish and can’t recommend enough.

Was a bit concerned on arrival about the location & more so the extremely long contract however left my car here for the hire duration and on collection car was fine and was expecting return issues due to the above As it turned out you can’t always judge a book by its cover Great car No issues during & on return & turned out to be a hassle free experience unlike some other similar companies I’ve used for 20 years offering the same services Only issue for me is pick up location is far away but Would use Andrew again for sure

Rented the Huracan for a long weekend away and it was an absolute dream. The car was great and an experience that everyone should have at some point in their life. The process was so simple beginning to end and Andrew was informative about the legal stuff but also about the little bits of light damage that was on there. He also available anytime i needed to contact him. 5 stars for the car, 5 stars for the price, 5 stars for the service and i will be back again at some point for the Mclaren!

Recently had the Lamborghini Huracan which met and exceeded all my aspirations. The car was presented in good order with any defects or marks noted by Andrew who was cheerful and always with a smile and very patient as he was able to give good advice when I had problems the next day in attempting to start the Lambo. There are a lot of car hiring companies in London, I'm very skeptical before hiring a car with a large deposit as I've heard stories of not getting your deposit back. I hired the Audi R8 for the day, with no problems whatsoever. Andrew was very helpful, car was fantastic and at a reasonable price too. Car was checked, deposit back immediately. Definitely will use them again.

Brilliant experience with PB Supercars. Easy collection with just a couple minute walk from the tube station nearby. The Audi R8 V10 we hired was amazing and my boyfriend had a blast driving it, the process for hiring was very thorough and you knew you were looked after with this company. Great value for money compared to a track day, and it’s definitely something everyone should do at least once! No complaints, would hire from PB again!

Most amazing company! Everything is explained in detail at the beginning of the rental. Damaged checks are thorough but relaxed with full demonstration of the cars. These guys are amazing and willing to go the extra mile to make your experience a good one. Highly recommend, excellent customer service and clear. Needed a nice car at the last minute and these guys (andrew) were incredibly helpful. The hire was great value for money, Andrew told me he would be available 24 hours a day should I need anything and he certainly was - I needed a question answered and he messaged back immediately despite it being an ungodly hour. Very friendly and professional service from Andrew and the guys at PB supercars, Although I did not have the car I originally booked (Bentley GTC) Due to a previous hirer damaging a wheel, I was offered the R8 or the Lamborghini Huracan. I opted for the R8 as I was also given a small discount for my disappointment in not having the Bentley, It proved to be an enjoyable experience with the R8 and my friend and I will not forget.

I used PB Supercar Hire on a last minute basis simply because I knew the sun was out the next day and I had the kids for half term. Andrew and his team's booking system was so straight forward and to the point. I have hired regular cars from the usual rental places and they make you jump through so many loops. This was my first Supercar hire (Bentley GT Convertible) and after my experience with PB, it won't be by last.

Just had a fantastic weekend thanks to PB Supercars. with only one week's notice I was able to hire the Bentley GTC. Paperwork was straightforward and easy to provide. The signing in / renting process was completed professionally and promptly, thanks to Andrew. The price was very competitive and was good value. Likely to return as soon as i can personally justify the extravagance once more.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Andrew explained everything in friendly and helpful way making every effort to ensure I was comfortable and familiar with the various features before driving off. The service is exceptional, the cars are beautifully maintained. They clearly look after their regulars very well just as they do new people, so I'm looking forward to many more hires.

I hired the Bentley GTC wonderful car and great service from Andrew step by step explanation of the hire and full walk round of the car prior to explaining all the controls (leave yourself about 45 mins for the whole process). I would heartily recommend this company for their service and attention to detail, hopefully I will be using them again in the near future.

Great team - informative, easy to deal with and very clear about the asks. I think the customer service was excellent and there's a good range of cars. I can also say confidently that there is some pretty strong pricing competition - most of their competitors are far more expensive. Great experience hiring from PB. The R8 I hired was top notch, simple and transparent hiring process, no 'gotchas', very thorough and safe. The car was just as pictured and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Great value for money and close to the tube station to boot. No complaints, would hire from PB again for sure.

I hired the Audi R8 Spyder for the weekend & thoroughly enjoyed the supercar experience. I would recommend PB supercars to anyone, shame about the good old British weather at weekends though! LOL.
