The difference between Park and any of the big chain pharmacies is like night and day. In about 7 years I have to be honest till don't think I've ever waited even 5 minutes for a prescription. At Shopper's you're lucky if they acknowledge your presence that quickly. I never have to ask about refills, it's just taken care of. The best customer service I've ever experienced and the best that's possible IMO. So grateful to them.

This is the type of pharmacy people appreciate, i have worked as a pharmacy assistant for 25 years, worked for Rexall & never again, big box chains are a nightmare, no staff they don't care about personal service, use to work for Dell & was sad when Rexall bought them. Hope to work for a place like this in the future.
