The only negative I can say about this store is that I just moved into the area and it's literally one block away from my apartment. Which means my wallet will be taking a hit quite often because my first experience was GREAT! We have both a dog and a rabbit (YES they love each other!) so as expected we have plenty to get for them often. I'm a huge advocate in supporting smaller businesses, especially during these trying times so when I walked by, I knew I had to give this store a chance. The owner greeted me as I walked in and I immediately told him how I just moved to the area and have a few pets of my own. We must have spent at least 15 minutes just chatting about Astoria, as he filled me in on the best food spots and the area in general. Not once did he try to sell me on something I didn't need, it was simply me asking a few questions and him being completely honest about the products. I walked out of there with toys and plenty of food, reasonably priced but most importantly, a local business owner who cares about his customers. I will most certainly be a regular! Thank you!

This place is great ! They basically have everything. Most pet stores are limited on cat things and are usually more focused on dogs which would be annoying because what you're looking for is sold out within a day. But not with pet club; they have a great variety of products for not only dogs and cats, but birds, turtles, hamsters, etc. Customer service is great, the guy working there answered all my questions and made some great recommendations. Almost everything was in stock the few times i've visited. Overall, Pet club is my new go to spot for my cat and they're definitely worth a visit.

By far my favorite pet store. Not only do they have the best prices but the staff are so welcoming and helpful and trust me that’s harder to come by then you think lol I go out of my way to come to this pet store because of how nice they are. If they don’t have something your looking for (which is rare) they will order it for you and have no problem explaining the difference between brands or anything you don’t understand. Thank you so much Pet Club for always being kind and helpful. I have one spoiled, healthy and happy pup because of you. Forever grateful and forever loyal ❤️❤️❤️

The employee behind the counter (Alex) was so helpful! I stopped by to get some cat litter, he showed me a variety of different types, all with great quality and awesome prices, and also recommended some cool toys that even his cat plays with, anyway I ended up buying some toys he recommended , and wow he was right! My cat never liked to play with other toys, well all I can say is thank you! He also gave my cat some treats to try, very friendly place, will always come to Pet Club from now on, so should you!!!

Ever since the closing of Petland stores, Pet Club has been the only reliable store in Astoria that has consistently offered the brands of Dog Food that my senior dog eats. If there is something you find that you'd like to see on the shelf, they go to great lengths to ordering it expanding their products. Friendly staff and competitive prices, I try to stop by and pickup products and support local business as to ordering online. They really make the effort worthwhile!

The holy grail, this pet store has everything. Such a wide variety of foods and treats and accessories. Z the owner has always gone above and beyond for me!! My cat has so many allergies and he has been there through it all with us the past couple of years. He is patient and actually knowledgeable about everything he has in the store. They can order anything you need if he doesn’t happen to have it in stock, did I mention the shop is HUGE ? Absolutely recommend !!!

I was pretty bummed when the last pet store at this location closed down. So, of course, I'm excited to see Pet Club step in. I appreciate that they don't support the puppy and kitten trade that the store down the street deals in. They have all the products I'm looking for and are always polite and helpful. The place is clean, too. I'll continue to shop here, and probably try to move some of my online pet store shopping to this local shop!

Very convenient location for me. I get my puppy treats, dry and wet food, toys (that he destroyes immediately), bully sticks (they have a huge variety), PB (they have peanut butter for dogs), and many other things. They really have a huge variety of everything. The sales guys are really nice AND helpful: they always answer any of my questions (im a new dog owner). Really feels like a local shop too which i love.

Pet Club is our favorite pet store in Astoria! They have a whole freeze dried bar where you can pick individual items like lamb ears and pig snouts and get as many of each as you want. Those are some of my dog Maggie’s favorites! They recently didn’t have the exact food we were looking for and ordered it for us! The selection and customer service is top notch! We love Pet Club!

Always greeted with a friendly “hey how are you doing”, which is rare these days. They have a huge selection of items, from Dogs to reptile they have you covered, if I was a dog I would never want to leave! Amazing customer service, courteous, efficient and attentive. Very knowledgeable staff as well. Always a pleasant experience. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES !!! 11/10

The store employee is always very helpful. He help me pick the right food for french bull dog mix and my blue nosed pit. He also recommended my dogs now favorite treat called Yip Yaps. My babies love them! This is now my favorite location because of the employee working here. Ask for Ramiro for the best dog food recommendations.

Excellent quality curved dog tags for harnesses and collars. One of our puppies chews her harnesses, so it is great that these tags are easily moved to another harness. We spent a lot of time researching tags with these having the best ratings. We recommend these tags and already have recommended them to our daughter.

Pet Club is my favorite place to buy.Variety of products that other stores do not have, friendly staff and very helpful in terms of my questions about products that I do not know. The owner orders the cans of food that my two cats need. I definitely recommend the place! Frank & Zee are amazing!!

Pet Club is the place to be of you own a pet! We have a cat at home and she absolutely loves the treats we get her like Tiki Cat Stixs and Tundra treats. The staff members at Pet Club are very knowledgeable and helpful. I will only be getting my cat treats from them now. Shop local, shop small!

Went to the store for the FIRST time today to get some treats for my dog. The service was impeccable. Their variety of food ,toys and treats was very impressive. Will definitely be coming here EVERYTIME from now on. Definitely recommend coming here for all your pet needs.

Pet Club Astoria is a warm and friendly environment for my pets need. They already know us when we come in, they know exactly what we are coming in for and if they don’t have my pets food they advise me when they will receive it and hold it for us to pick up.

Pet Club has a vast and excellent selection of quality food and supplies for every kind of pet, reasonablypriced (several $ less than others in the area on some items). The gentleman at the counter is helpful and has good recommendations. My dogs say 5 woofs!

My dog has some allergies and intolerances to certain foods, but the extremely helpful staff catered to every need and nuance. They have some things I hadn’t seen before , it’s like a whole foods but for your pet. Definitely shopping here again!

Nice, small store, the Isles are quite small but it’s the only store around Astoria that actually had cat towers in stock for me to pick up. One phone call was all it took for me to be able to come pick up some items.
