Please do not take your animal here if you love and value your pet!!!! Their blood tests and doctors are stechty (and why did they separate me from my animal from me during her exam?)which was very offsetting and carried a lot of uncertainty ... I got a comment of " maybe I just overlooked something"- this was pertaining to past blood ,work compared to present blood work done- Wow!!! My dog was healthy one day, and then months later, she has liver decease and is crashing, and I have to put her sleep at five years old!?? BecUse she won't survive a surgery- They got 750.00 though out of me, and I lost my emotional support animal - who was with me every day of her life. I have no words to describe the massive hole that has been left in my heart and soul. I am still mourning. I have been hiding in the house from my neighbors who all loved and knew her in my neighborhood - so I don't have to talk about the experience of losing her and break down crying. I am lost- and I am so hurt- I have tried three times to go and pick up her ashes, but I start crying to the point that I can't not see out my eyes and have to turn around to go back home. I am trying to see if a family member could help me pick up her ashes. I don't want to ever step back into this place ever again!!! She was my everything. She was such a smart and caring little angel. She protected me, walked, and slept u my side every day and night. She is missed and loved still daily. So much so that I have nightmares and cry in my sleep. All I can say is Karma does not sleep, nor does "Oluwa"- HE records every pain and all tears that are shed - and he redeems the broken hearted.

I took my dog to this center for diarrheas and vomiting. filled out form, signed for $69 visit/ consultation fee. after hour and half waiting outside in our car we were called in, taken to a cell like room and waited another half hour. an administrator came in and asked questions, took the dog to another room and we waited another half hour. admin came back with with a list of another $386 test needs to be done for diagnosis. I knew based on online comparisons that it was too high and rip off, and I was being taken for a ride. Out of desperation, we signed the paper as we could not get any discount nor merci. Over half hour later a young lady came in as Dr. Lee with test result and explained so poorly with some scary recommendations, and let us know how much more. 20 min later came in another estimate to keep the dog for 3 nights while there would be no one staying there overnight. This time for $3089.00 . when I declined they came back with another set of charges for an extra $302.00 for medications. I only asked for three of the medications to be administrated in office which was $94. I did not see if any of this services was actually done. The med, that was supposed to be given to my dog , was all over neck , face and body, and they did not bother to clean it. When I was going to pay they still kept the dog in the back so they can get the money first. they tried to overcharge another $150.00 extra, but when I said their number is incorrect, she went to the back and corrected it. This place is very unprofessional, bad service and absolutely rip off. I dispute the charges, and do not recommend this vet to anyone.

I am so grateful that I found Pet Cure! They saved my kittens, Saul and Gloria’s lives by taking fast and intensive action when they had panleuk. My third kitten, Cassie, started to decline rapidly that morning and we rushed her in, but her condition had already deteriorated too much. The team was kind and compassionate as we made the choice to euthanize her, and allowed us to have a comfortable space to say goodbye while still being safe in terms of the pandemic. Then they launched right into getting Gloria and Saul stabilized. I was beside myself with grief and worry and called to ask a lot of questions, but everyone was caring and supportive. I truly felt like the whole team was invested in my kittens. They worked miracles— after three days of treatment they’re in amazing shape. They’re acting healthy and eating well. I spoke to a friend who had kittens with panleuk before who was surprised that I found a vet who would even agree to hospitalize them, let alone have them back to their old selves in just a couple days. Apparently many other vets would not even attempt to save them, let alone succeed. While hospitalization is never going to be cheap, we were charged less to hospitalize both kittens for three days than we were when my adult cat spent a single night hospitalized at our previous vet in much less critical condition. Pet Cure also offers the lowest prices for vaccines and combo testing of any vet or clinic I’ve seen in Los Angeles. Pet Cure is affordable, friendly, compassionate, and effective. I’ll be taking all my pets there exclusively as long as I live in the area.

I can't even think of where to start because I have so much good to say. The staff and I mean every member of the staff at this place is phenomenal. Customer service is outstanding. They show genuine care and concern for the pet and for the family. Dr. Hanna was so invested into finding the reason and cure for our dogs suffering. She was inches away from death and he did everything he could to guide us in the right direction. She ended up needing surgery and to be hospitalized to help aid her recovery. The staff does several calls to update and when they say they will call and follow up they always do. I am used to places saying that and not following through. When we came into the hospital unannounced to visit our sick dog they took us right in to see her and she was clean and being surrounded by so much love and care. I actually cried seeing how well they cared for her. Everyone of the vet techs took such amazing care of her. There was one girl in particular with curly hair that seemed to really bond with our dog and that made me feel good knowing she had a friend when we couldn't be there. We are now bringing all three of our dogs to them and will be referring and praising there name to anyone and anywhere we hear someone who needs a vet. Our dog is currently in recovery when we thought she had no hope, honestly had we not of found them when we did I know she wouldn't have made it. Lastly I wanted to say to the manager that you are doing an amazing job and my family owes you so much thanks for being behind a beautifully ran business.

AMAZING!!! Long review but please read it all to see the full extent of how awesome this vet is. I took my puppy, prync to PCV when I first got him 2 months ago. He was sick, wasn’t eating, and I was absolutely terrified. They were able to get him in a few days after I called and were quickly able to determine it was worms and gave him proper care and treatment. Both the doctor and front desk even called to check up on him a few days later which I really appreciated.. they were so friendly and compassionate and being a first time puppy mom, I felt like they really cared. Fast forward two months later and my puppy is hit by a car. My boyfriend took our puppy to an animal hospital and we were told he was absolutely fine and nothing was wrong. A day later, the same animal hospital told us he actually had a fractured hip. We were devastated. We were told we had to wait an entire month before we could treat our dog and my heart just about shattered. I already distrusted this animal hospital because of the misinformation and brought him to PCV for a second opinion and thank god I did. I called on a Friday and PCV was able to get him in the following morning. After PCV examined him, they were able to recommend the proper procedure and were able to get him into surgery that same night! We DIDN'T have to wait 30 days and I’m so extremely grateful for the attention and care they were able to provide prince (my puppy). I have the upmost respect and trust in this veterinary clinic and will make this my puppy’s regular doctor.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for 2 months now. I have a Guinea pig and I understand that my Guinea pig normally requires an exotic veterinarian, so I called around and came across Pet Cure in Reseda. I took my Guinea Pig bc he had white substance coming out of his eye. The consultation is about $120 and that doesn’t include the doctors visit. I ended up paying $210 that day., for eye drops and they charged $20 for a nail trim. I went back for a follow up appointment, they had me waiting in the lobby over an hour. When I went to ask how much longer they said they had an emergency walk in and the doctor was busy. They said they could take me and my Guinea pig in a room but weren’t sure how long I’d wait in there., so I was upset bc no one communicated that to me., so I rescheduled. On the next visit I spoke with the doctor, not only Did she look young but was NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE on Guinea pigs at all. She said she didn’t know why he had a white substance and that “maybe” it was a sinus infection or something else but she had to do more test to see what it was… UMMM NO… sounds like you want to do more test for MORE MONEY… then she says she’s not a Guinea pig doctor and so I was upset bc I was given FALSE INFORMATION ON THE PHONE… I should have known this place was shady when they charged $20 just for a nail trim on my Guinea Pig. I definitely do not recommend this place for Guinea pigs or exotic animals.

Very bad place!!! They have tons of consultation s rooms and they anyway take your dog in the back to do it the consultation away from your eyes. I went in the back a few times to take a look at them through the door window and they were so relaxed, laughing, with no rush. But my dog was still not taken care off, I couldn’t even see him but I could hear him barking. I stayed there 2 hours for a consultation since my dog was coughing. Then the vet, finally came to see me and told me that we needed to do some Xtrays to know what was going on with my dog. I comply since I needed to know ASAP what was going on with him. The assistant came with the price of the xtray, I asked her to do it right away and she tells me it’s a problem because the doctor left for lunch!!!!! What??? I waited for 2 hours and the doctor just leave me there without any diagnostic? Then they told me he will call me back just after his lunch to tell me the results of the xtrays. He never called me, I called them 4 or 5 times to talk to him, they said he was on surgery. I paid $249 and I still didn’t get any diagnostic tonight, since at my last call at 8.30pm, they told me the doctor left!!! I’m so anxious about what is going on with my dog and they don’t even care!!! I’m so chocked!!!

I had a terrible experience here, and I will never come back. I brought my cat after she exhibited severe symptoms of either a clot or a spinal injury. While they were able to get her in for an appt same day (which I appreciate), everything thereafter was AWFUL. Here are the highlights: (1) The person who took the carrier DROPPED MY CAT after I told her she had a possible spinal injury. (She then looked around to make sure no one saw.) (2) I had to explain to 4 different staff members what was wrong with my cat. They clearly were not communicating with each other. (3) After the vet told me that my cat was in very serious danger, and she needed to be taken to a specialty hospital IMMEDIATELY, it was nearly 30 minutes before I got her back. I walked into the lobby in tears and demanded to be given my cat and bill before I actually got her. Do yourself a favor, and go to ACCESS Specialty Hospital in San Fernando Valley. They were outstanding. My cat is home safe and recovering because of them.

I was referred to them by Another over packed veterinarian Dr. Oh. The place is nice. I made an appointment for the next day and mind you it was on a Saturday probably not the best choice. It took me 2 1/2 hours to see the doctor and get some medicine for a minor eye infection for my dog. I was told possibly 30 minutes with an appointment although an emergency came in and one of the doctors had to tend to it. But most people say it takes about two hours to get through. The sign in the front says two hour wait without an appointment. Two hours later, the doctor finally saw me and I was kind of bummed because I actually really liked her. I was planning on not coming back, but I’m hoping to not go back on the weekend. All I can say is make sure you have time to go for about two hours if you even have an appointment. or call ahead. Everybody there was very kind funny… the patients actually kind of made friends because we were all there so long. Ugh!

I paid over $500.00 for care and surgery. They did take some money off for a couple of tests. Our cat was a stray and I brought him here from a referral from a friend. They never called me to tell me I could pick up my pet afterward. When I came to get him he was in distress and having difficulties from the meds. He was clearly having trouble, I voiced my concerns but they made us leave. He was psychotic for 2 days and could not rest. He even seemed as though he was having little seizures. You cannot reach anyone in case of an emergency and they pawn you off to a place called "Access" who never have appts. Left several messages. Still never heard back from anyone. I am in the process of trying to find another place for my pet. He did heal well and the doctor did good surgery (three stars) but the "aftercare" is seriously lacking. I even went on their site to voice my concerns and still no response.

What a great place to take your pupper. We went here yesterday when our Aussie had a issue with her skin. It seems she had a scab we didn't know about and it had gotten infected underneath and she needed immediate surgery to remove it and clean infected area. We called are were into see the veterinarian in an hour. We drove right there after the conversation and they took our pupper information and took her right in. They treated her with compassion and took such good care of her. They contacted us by telephone to discuss her condition and their findings, they quoted an extremely fair price in treatment. There were numerous vet techs caring for her throughout the operation and after care. We left feeling so relieved and realized, we've now found our new veterinarian. Thank you all for being so nice to me and my daughter, and for taking such good care of my Ruby dog. She's the apple of my eye.

Amazing pet clinic! Clean professional environment with quality care. I am so grateful to Destiny who helped my mother and me with our doggies! I love how the employees are not burnt out and willing to help us. They beyond my expectations. At pet cure they are AAHA-accredited and from what I understand the owner invests in the knowledge of His employees. Dr. Mike was very kind and took very good care of our pets Lola. Took my kitten to get vaccinated, and left with fleas. I called the office to talk about the fleas, and the staff was rather passive aggressive about this and said that it could not have happened. My kitten is indoor with no other pets and this is the only place he went. After several baths I was able to get rid of them. We had a scheduled appointment. My kitten was in the back room for about 45 minutes while I waited in the front. It felt like a long time for a shot. I never met an actual vet during my visit. I was willing to give them the benefit of doubt and tried to schedule the next round of the vaccine here but they refused to see me, so now I'm leaving this review. If you are shopping around for a vet, you will not find a cheaper one, but it seems that there's a reason for that.

This place is absolutely about money and not for your pets the staff was very wonderful but the dr is a sham!!! i had my dog in already paid the fee for tests and they called me 30 mins later saying they would not see my dog till i sign a waiver after i questioned the dr who didnt seem to know anything and wasnt even prepared he added unnecessary charges and when i refused certain item charges he changed his whole demeanor and refused to help my dog who was in evident pain shame on that dr he dosent care for the animals hes all about price gouging to fatten his pocket never again stay away from this place horrible work ethics the staff was confused also on this drs actions they tried to help but this dr is a sham font waste your time here take your pets somewhere else!!!!!

I brought my dog Minnie, who I had for 13 years, to this clinic. She had congestive heart failure and didn’t have much time left (it happened fast). The doctor gave me all of my options and recommended to me the most realistic options. During all of this she was very calm and understanding and you can tell she cared for the animals under her care. I opted to put her to sleep peacefully and brought the cremation service. All of this for $374 (including examination fee and the serum fee). Mind you most of these services at other places cost $800+. These people actually care for your pet and put their safety first compared to other vets I have been to who clearly care about financial gain. If you have a pet that is feeling ill who needs treatment, this is the place to go.

I love it here, I have not felt like this about a vet for years now. The team loves what they do and you can really tell. They are very friendly and loving towards your pet. I appreciate the comfort provide when I was there freaking out about my pets illness. They do follow up and it's consistent not just on your first visit. Ally especially has been great. She has been able to always answer my questions or call me BACK with answers. She send me documents as I need them for my insurance claim. She has went out of her way by sending all my baby files to her neurologist at VCA so thank you. It has been such a blessing to have her help with the communication with her specialist. Less stress on me. Thank you guys, you guys are awesome.

Here, we strive to deliver excellent care for pets. Because your pets deserve nothing less” That’s what it says on their site. That’s bull. They ALWAYS change the price of their care. Took in a pet, had to pay increasing rates for tests that were originally cheaper, and l and had to pay to get the results! And then the results were so vague that I needed more tests. Also the results were never explained to me in a concise manner, it was spoken in complicated science terms. So I didn’t even understand or know what were my choices going forward. Please go somewhere else.

Was referred by another pet clinic to this place . Brought my 14 yr old terrier mix that its terminal for some medicine to make symptoms better , this place is horrible . Never been to a Vets office where the Dr examines the pet in some other room ??? and a clerks comes in to give you a plan$$$ to pay for something your pet does not need. This places just cares about $$$ and not the pets being brought to them to add the Clinic managers comes in also to give you the last proposal and plain tell you nothing other than eyeball ur pet will be done for $80! n if you dont like it “u are not welcome again” How about that for customer service . Beware of this businesses they hide behind “caring for your pet”

I'm currently fostering 9 year old Ares (who is available for adoption by the way). This facility has a great process in place during this unprecedented time. Once you arrive you are to call instead of walking into the lobby. The receptionist will let you know whether you can check in right away or wait for a phone call. Once it's time to check in you may enter the lobby. You will be given an estimated time of pickup. The staff is very kind and patient when explaining what is needed. Only one patient is allowed in the lobby at one time so if you see someone, please be courteous and wait your turn!

I do not have words for the kindness that this place has shown me and my fur baby. The usual place I go to was booked and they recommended me to come here...I could not have asked for anything better. The doctor was through in his questions as were his nurses and technician. The woman at the front desk was super kind and helpful when I got lost getting there. I could not have asked for a better experience. My fur baby is still hospitalized, but they are quick to offer me updates as frequently as they can with pictures to ease my worry. I am thankful to have been referred to this place!

SHOUTOUT TONY AND PATTY, very great people super helpful, from start to finish they were nothing but the best. Patty helped us get a room quickly so our baby can be comfortable ( first time at the vet so he was super anxious) Tony helped us with our options and worked with us constantly going back and forth between us and the doctor making sure our pup gets everything he needs and still within our budget.THANK YOU TO THOSE WHO ACTUALLY WANT TO HELP. My teacup Pomeranian jumped off my bed and broke her leg. I called my regular vet along with 10 other clinics and they were unable to get her in. I found Pet Cure online, they got her in immediately. Her injury was sever enough that it needed surgery. They worked out everything from the ortho surgeon to helping with the insurance. I am definitely changing all my dogs over to this center They have gone above and beyond taking care of my baby, Wynter. All the employees are absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this clinic for any of your furry children

I’m so glad this vet place opened. Its so close to my home and the staff is amazing. To be specific, Ally has always been so sweet and patient with me. She’s extremely professional and always has a positive attitude and a warm demeanor. She even knows me by name already! I’ve taken several of my dogs there and they’ve always received great care. One of my dogs Jack recently passed away, I called to let them know and they even sent a card giving their condolences. That meant so much to me! Thank you Ally and Pet Cure for being so amazing!

Best vet I’ve ever been to. They helped rescue my dog with a hysterectomy a few months ago - she’s healthier than ever now! My other dog became ill so we took him in and unfortunately he didn’t make it but all the staff treated us and my dog with such care and respect. He was cremated and they sent a hand signed condolence card. My heart was touched this vet office has incredible service and THE BEST staff. I’ll always be coming here and referring others to. Grateful I found this place. Thank y’all!

We were so lucky to find this vet. Our puppy was spayed by another vet a few days ago and today she managed to pull some of her staples out. We were panicked at 5pm on a Saturday and our vet was closed. We called Pet Cure and they said we could bring her in even though the closed at 6pm. They saw her, fixed her right up, charged a very reasonable fee, and treated us really kindly. The vet and the staff were really kind and helpful. Highly recommend this vet office! Also very clean and organized.

I highly reccomend this clinic. Destiny was the one answered the phone and immediately got me an appointment. Dr Munoz was the attending doctor for my cat and she is very knowledgable, thorough, and showed real care for my cat. She also took care to answer our questions about home care and medications. I also want to commend Destiny, who was the technician. We discussed my cat's health and she was very thorough in explaining potential treatments with me and home care. I love this clinic!

The vets are very caring and I took my puppy and they helped regardless if I had an appointment or not ; sure it was a tiny bit pricey but they do offer payment plans if you ask for them or in some of their exam rooms. The proce they do is worth I when it comes to taking care of any pet or animal since to make your animal better it's always worth it to get tests done to make sure they're healthy and happy and I would 100% keep bringing my puppy Oro to them for any problems he gets into.

I had called several places before I ended at this hospital , I explained what was going on and without hesitation they took my cat Brownie in . This was an emergency call and we were very concerned for our cat. The ladies here are very pleasant and make u feel like family , they really show genuine concerned for all furry babies. The doctors and rest of staff take their time explaining all procedure and medications . I will definitely keep coming back here . Highly recommended .

Charged 59 for the doctor to “examine” my dog they separated me and my dog for doctor to examine . When I asked the doctor for an explanation on my dogs weight he pointed to a Pedigree chart and read to me what chart said. His English is horrible could not understand what he was telling me. Clarified with nurse on what doctor said. Will never return.when I called asked if bloodwork included in price they told me yes and come to find out it is charged separately.

My mom's dog was having some health issues and we couldn't find another Veterinarian that could get her in so a family friend found Per Cute Veterinary Center. First time we had been there, all the employees were very friendly and caring. The vet was excellent, she went over all of the blood results and other test results. There prices seemed reasonable, they also have a senior citizen discount. I would recommend trying out this Veterinary Clinic.

They accepted me as a walk-in on a Saturday, which I'm beyond grateful for. I just didn't like how they separated me from my dog the entire time. From taking him in, 'til i payed that i saw him again. So that made my anxiety uneasy. They don't give you the opportunity to be with your pet in the same room with the Vet to speak about your visit/concerns. I will say I did like how they did not push unnecessary procedures on my senior dog!

The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly.They managed to get me an appointment the next morning after my little guy was very ill. Unfortunately he needed to stay in their care for 3 days but they were very attentive and helpful. They allowed us to visit him everyday and provided a status report. The vet tech. Destiny was super friendly and helpful. Hannah was the vet and she with Destiny answered all my questions.

Mike helped take care of my young dog. He was very thorough and patient with my energetic young dog. It’s our first time here and really glad found Cure Veterinary in Reseda! Mike is very caring and can tell is really passionate about the care of our pets. The veterinarian was extremely thorough about my doggies upcoming procedure, he answered all my questions. Thank you Mike and everyone. I’m confident my dog is in good hands.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to take there pets here... just took my money and killed my cat. I even told them that I didn't want there services and to give me my cat back to take him to another veteran office... nope charged me for test and killed my cat... to put the cherry on top of cake, they didn't give me my cats ashes until a month after. Avoid this place!!! They will just murder your friend!!!

When no other ER vets had any sat openings, they accepted our extremely ill young cat that same day, & accurately diagnosed her quickly, alleviated her symptoms & provided an array of Rxs & info, with instructions until we could reach her regular vet. We're very grateful for the care, professionalism & kindness exhibited by every staff member we encountered. They'll remain our b/u vet for the future.

I had an amazing experience at Pet Cure Veterinary Center! The entire team was very welcoming and informative and emphatic with my dog! The receptionist Ally at the front desk stood out to me the most, she was very positive, uplifting, and had amazing energy. She did her absolute best to book me a last minute appointment. Thank you Dr. Mike for the amazing service it’s very much appreciated!

This place is a rip off. My aunts cat couldn’t pee, and the only thing they did was keep the cat there for 3 days and prescribed medicine, and they charged my aunt 5,000 dollars for just that, they didn’t even do surgery.After that they just sent my aunts cat home, but the cat is still having the same problem, and the cat has no more medicine. Don’t recommend wouldn’t go here again.

I really do recommend bringing your little furry friend here, the service is remarkable and everyone there is so kind. One of the employees really helped me calm down because I was so scared my dog wouldn’t be okay, her name is Destiny and if she’s there I definitely recommend talking to her! She’s really sweet and very knowledgeable on pets. 10/10 will bring my pet here again!

Great hospital my go to for any issues with my big girl , I have a cane corso with lots of anxiety and most places don’t take the time to give that tender love and care special shout out to mike for making my baby girl feel at home first place I’ve been able to take her and have that peace of mind knowing she’s not freaking out mike goes above and beyond god bless you guys

I was referred to Pet Cure by my Vet's office and was surprised that they took walk-ins. My dog, Sansa, was suffering from symptoms of Vestibular Disease. They took us in and I filled out the history. They took her back in the hospital section. After their diagnosis and recommendations, Sansa is showing signs of improvement. The staff was very helpful, especially Ani.

The receptionist was super friendly and gave me the information to all my questions. Nadia looked at my dog before the doctor and was very friendly as well and made sure I had no other concerns and explained to me the process since it’s my first vet visit. Doctor was friendly too and gave me my options with pros and cons and was very helpful. Recommend 10/10.

Very caring and compassionate staff. I had to say goodbye to my fur baby a few weeks ago and they made the process easier for me by being so patient & understanding from the start to end. I also received a card in the mail in which all the staff had written some kind words that really made me feel better. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

This is Wiley’s first visit here and Destiny and Dr. Faltas took extra good care of Wiley. They explained the recommended procedures and medications in detail and even helped me bring costs down, as I’m on a low budget at the moment. We will be back soon for a follow up appointment! I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a new vet!

I called there is about a 10-15 mins wait just to speak to someone to make an appt. I made an appt for 4:30pm I waited for over an hour just to get placed into a room then waited over an hour for my dog to be seen I left the office at 7:20pm with a trial and error diagnosis. Very disappointed and what felt like a waste of time.

I took both my dogs to pet cure veterinary for grooming and let me tell you. I was so happy to see my babies I have a very shy Shih Tzu, and my other dog is a Shepherdkie he is not fond of getting his nails cut nor his hair, both came out excited and happy going in for the next cut pretty soon. The prices are super affordable.

Dr. Ekladios and the entire staff are amazing. They are very through. Take their time to explain. And the facilities are top notch and very clean! They understand that our pets are a part of the family and they are excellent at what they do. I highly recommend them for all services. Routine or major, you can trust these guys!

Every staff member I came in contact with was so friendly and welcoming! My dog was so scared his teeth were chattering when we got there for our appointment and they put us in a room quickly to alleviate some of his anxiety. They treated his ear infection and were very caring! We are sticking with this vet office for sure!

I took my female Belgian Malinois after having a poor experience at another vet Was helped by Mike one of their vet technicians he was amazing helping us out and handling my dog I really appreciated his great customer service, made my experience at this vet a great one. I will definitely keep them as my primary vet!

I met today with Dr. Mike and he took the time to explain everything we needed to know and we met his assistant Nadia and she was also very helpful and she’s such a positive person. They took care of everything we needed for our dog. It’s a highly recommended place for your pet because they have the best team.

Pet Cure Vet Clinic is wonderful. Their staff is always courteous and ready to assist with any pet vet needs and are warm & accommodating. The doctor is attentive, kind, and genuinely cares about your pet. Another plus...their costs are more than reasonable. Hands down the best vet center in the valley.

All the workers were very helpful and informative. The tech destiny explained very well and in detail how the following medications need to be given to my baby Ragnar. Also was told if I had any follow up questions to not hesitate to call during business hours for any questions or concerns I have!!!!

Can I just say, I never had a good experience with vets. But Ally has made this experience wonderful. She is so nice and very polite. My Golden’s Retriever hurt her little paw and I came here from a recommendation. I was a bit nervous because this place is new but it worked out really well! The customer service went way beyond my expectations and an employee helped me with every question I had, Destiny definitely deserves a raise!

It was okay, im just glad I got an appointment last minute. The vet wasn't very clear about what was happening with my dog nor gave me tips about better care for my dog. She didn't seem to genuinely care. Maybe she was tired from a long day who knows but I'll post an update after my dogs follow up.

This is the first time I went to this Vet for my dog. The stuff are very nice and friendly. I believe this facility is new so front Desk kind of little overwhelmed to handle many pet owners.... I hope in the future can be More quick handling the customers. Otherwise everything was excellent

First timer here. My little one got so sick the night before and they were able to fit me in at lunch the next day. I didn't have to wait too long in either room. Very kind and professional staff. They took very good care of my little girl and, if needed, I would definitely go back.

MAKE SURE YOU SHOW UP AT LEAST 30 MIN BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. unfortunately due to traffic i got here at my exact appointment time was told it would be 15 min extra wait. and ended up waiting almost an hour. But over all theyre very lind and gentle with the dogs and very attentive.

The wait time to see the doc was long, but the pet was seen pretty fast. Even same day service, which is rare in the land where VAC is king. And I like VCA, but they are too busy... Not rabbit specialist but they did the necessary. (Louis the bunny is still here.) so they did good.

The young girl her name is Destiny she's very gentle with my dog who doesn't like to have her nails trimmed. I take her up there about every 3 months and it gets easier and easier Destiny is very good at trimming her nails.
