The electrician arrived wothout the tools or know-how to do the job. We had an electrician in before him that had the tools required but wasn't able to do it that day as it was a longer job and he would be away for a few weeks. This the technician that came today hadn't even heard of the tools the other guy used and he tried to say that TELUS should have been able to run lines that we want but he can't even though he is the licensed electrician. I was not impressed

These guys were friendly, punctual and explained the problem (and solution) to me as they worked. We will definitely be calling Petersen's in the future for any other electrical needs. My experience with the Petersen's has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment my call was received until the payment, all the processes were disclosed and all my questions answered. My previous experience with contractors of this nature has not been the greatest and these guys have really earned their pleac on my books.
Booked an appointment with an electrician, took a day off work to meet them, and they no-showed. After they no-showed, they were impossible to get ahold of on the phone. If Petersen's can't remember times, dates, locations, and if they don't know how to return a phone call, I'm not trusting them around electricity.
Dan was out to do some work for us about ten years ago. I was so impressed, that I had no problem remembering who the company was! The appointment was easily booked with professional and friendly staff. The problem solved quickly and easily.
