Dear Petro Canada Management I had one of worst experience speaking with the gas attendant at 3300 Woodroffe avenue. At 10:13am my wife and I with our 5 year old purchased Gas and Car at the pump. We went through the car wash which we paid $15.00 did not clean our car at all. Left soap and water marks all over. You expect more from Petro Canada and this was a let down. This car was needs maintenance and the Owner of the gas station does not care. I called the Gas station once we got home as out 5 year old was getting restless. The lady who answered the phone was so rude and no customer service at all. Whoever the owner knows working their at 10:00am needs to be fired or let go. She would not give her name and was arguing with me when I asked if the manager was their. She said go ahead and call Head Office and hung up. Who does this treatment to customers. I want this issue fixed asap or will escalate this matter further. I want the owner to do something about this regarding this rude lady.

The gas station is like anyother so no issues there. The car wash is probally the biggest scam ever. It literally washes your car in under 60 seconds, the water does not get to most of the tight spots of the car, the soap residue does not get washed off due to that reason. Sometimes they forget to fill up the soap so its shooting blanks. Somehow your car comes out looking dirtier than it went in, pretty impressive how they pull that off. Also the spinners sometimes pull against your front car plate damaging your front plate in the process. I mean honestly if you just want to pretend like you got car wash just come here. Also you can bet those foam spinners have not been changed since the car wash was built.

I went to Petro Canada to get a car wash and all I can say is save your money. I normally only go to MacEwen’s car wash but with it having maintenance done at the time I went to petro for the first time. I had bought the supreme package which is $21 and I truly feel scammed. By no means did it clean my car well whatsoever and it the blow dry at the end didn’t do anything since it’s on a tire track and you’re in neutral. It has you go through quick so the blow drying feature does nothing. Save your money and go to MacEwen’s. I’ve never had an issue with them before as your car gets properly cleaned each wash. 0/5 will never be going to Petro again

Worst location I have ever used. The car wash didnt work correctly. The touch screen didn't work, the scanner didnt work, the user interface was terrible and the instructions unclear. I called for the staff only to find them rude and equally useless. The guy on staff got the ticket to scan by doing something unclear in the instructions, he had to fold the long receipt to get it up close enough to scan correctly, something not indicated in the instructions. Then he walked off without saying a word to clarify anything about the car needing to be in neutral. Will never return terrible car wash and horrible staff.

Paid for the most expensive option of car washed and I was not satisfied with the job. I went the next day and 2 employees were there. A blonde lady barely heard to what I had to say about the car wash, all the car was clean except the trunk. She discsrd my comment saying the whole car was dirty and as I insisted for another car wash she completely dismiss my enquiry. I will not give them my business.

Very bad service. I was washing my car there this morning (because the car wash next to the green bank was out of order) and something went wrong. The cashier had a very bad attitude and yelled at me very loudly, as if she had a problem. I think she is not suitable to be a cashier, never had such experience, very very poor service, finally wish her good luck

Don’t bother with this car wash during the winter it doesn’t get the grime off. I asked if I could go through again to get the car fully clean and was told, “No, it’s good enough, we’re not allowed to do that.” $16.99 super works for “Good enough”... Go to suds on merivale, don’t waste your money.

This location has the cleanest gas station bathroom I have ever seen! I work construction in the area and often go to this location to use the facilities and the cleanliness is on point every time. As well they have the nicest employees, great customer service and very kind and polite.

Gas prices aren't that bad out in Barhaven. I choose to use Petro Canada because of their points system. My grandmother, my husband and I collect points and at the end of the year transfer the points to CAA to help pay for the yearly fee. It works out well for us so we keep doing it!

Gas station, what do you expect? Side note, when it gets busy, this place gets really packed and the gas line backs up onto strandherd... you do not want to be in that line (cars on strandherd are usually going 70kms/h. For that reason, this place does not get 5 stars.

It has been a loooong time me and this gas station. I can say I been going to this gas station for over 10 years. They always have the coolest staff! They are all so friendly... who ever is hiring ... you are picking the right people!

Their was a lady I was trying to explain my problem that during car wash a collision happened but she didn’t listen single word and just started shouting on me for no reason. Worst experience ever I had.

Fair gas prices and standard not-very-thorough car wash - I've come out with a dirty car before. There are also several large pot holes at the exit of the car wash that people should be aware of.

I went to get a car wash once I got out of the car wash it scratched my car and chipped off the Colour of my car and bent my license plate halfway. Terrible stuff as well. Don’t recommend

It's 650pm Friday dec 17. You could probably teach your staff some customer service. My husband and I were both very polite and weren't even greeted with a Hello. Disgusting service

Very poor service by cashier and talked very rudely with customers there was huge line on car wash and one of customers asked for help but she refused Date 15-12-2023 Time 6.00pm

They were really helpful when I had problem fueling my car and make the payment with my card. The small grocery inside has the basics you need to survive until you reach home.

I warn people to stay away from the car wash it damaged my back bumper so I went I talk to the manager they made me wait about two months and then told me wasn’t their problem

It's close to home; it has a Tim's drive through; the gas prices seem to be a few cents cheaper than some other gas stations nearby usually. Nothing special, not terrible.

Very poor car wash charged me over $15 for basic wash. Much less soap and much shorter washing time than before. Not clean at all, not recommend!

It’s a gas station. I got gas. The attendant at the cash was very kind and polite. The bathroom was clean. Pump was easy to use. Can’t complain!

Worst car wash here...soap all over the car after the wash....car was soaked wet, not sure why the dryer is there. Not going there anymore.
