Sal(I ask his name)the cashier at evening was so rude,I explained to him about my season pass app not opening(don’t know why it says no internet)but I can open my fb and other app except this petro app and he said use your card,that’s why I have the app for convenience and he can’t help me or anything he wants me to go home and get my card.It happened too to my husband too,he can’t open the Petro app and ask him politely if he have wifi so that he can punch in the 3 numbers but he is so rude because it’s a long line and my husband don’t want to hold the line he can’t back up coz of the other cars he decided to pay and then he wants my husband to buy the $70 car wash and my husband explained to him that we have season pass he don’t need it but still he insist that my husband will buy the $70 card hmm something fishy here,why would you sell a $70 carwash to a season pass holder?all my husband wants is the basic so that he can go ahead and don’t hold the line but he sold him the $20,most expensive one.Never had issue before here and the employee inside is so helpful except for this guy,so disappointed.Something needs to be done here.

I am a petro points collector and I am a card wash pass holder. Received a 7 pass card wash card and it was fully activated and paid for. Went into the car wash drive thru and it wouldn’t activate for the scanner. Went inside to seek assistance or to hopefully exchange my card for one that wasn’t faulty. The cashier was extremely rude and not helpful. He told me he didn’t want to help me because there were “other people behind me”. I told him he could serve everyone else first because I did not want to be an Inconvenience for Everyone else. I simply just wanted to be able to use my car wash card. He was no help at all and told me to call customer service which I had already done and they told me that the problem was fixed and it should have worked at the car wash scanner. I hate coming to this location because the service is terrible and the employees do not want to help anyone. I usually skip past this one and head somewhere else.

Horrible, cheap and service was very rude.. their car wash is always broken and when I told the MANAGER that it didn't finish washing my car he laughed and said he can't do anything I would need to speak to the owner... like you are a manager... I tried to speak to the owner but he was on vacation for a month... -.- I always get the 90 car wash pass during winter.... And if you use it at 11 on the dot it says you have already used it... so I lost 2 days... same bloody manager saying his same words of I can't do anything.... And plus I can't use my visa card there unless I purchase something more than $5... I'm sorry but that is very inconvenient and who still uses their debit card anymore... Anyways totally unacceptable and I don't even go there anymore. Come on Petro step up a bit....

HORRIBLE ... WORST SERVICE EVER FOR A GAS STATION ... EXTREMELY CHEAP MANAGEMENT ... Car wash has alot of issues ; apparently if you wash after 11 pm you lose your wash for the next day until 11 ( basically you lose 2 days ), when workers admit that there is an issue with their machine when you have a pass, they will not compensate you for a wash (which is what every other gas station does)... management is extremely cheap when it comes to anything and they are very rude and mean and act all high and mighty ... Management should be changed as they try to milk every cent out of everything ... I do my best not to buy anything from here or spend a single dime as they don't deserve a dime... would give 0 stars if possible.

This gas station has been my number 1 place for over 17 years, I get season pass since 2010. In the past, if there was an issue with the card, the cashier checks the card then gives me a day pass for their system's fault. I noticed in the last a few years with the new management has been exceptionally cheap with everything slicing every bits of customer experience and most likely the employees to make more money. While some employees are nice, others are not, and I really think that this has to do with the management treatment's overall. I hope Petro-Canada does something about this bad management to improve the customer experience. Gas stations and car washes are everywhere and customers have plenty of choices.

I bought the wash and waiting in line for 45 mins, when I got in to the wash for some reason car wash send me out without doing anything, ask for cashier (Salah) to resolve the problem, very rude and unprofessional way was told Go back end of the line and try again , i explained that I can’t and late for my work ,salah told me come back another day to see him . Since not making any sense couldn’t check his shift to see when he is working I ask for refund back to my wash card , he refused. Very rude very unprofessional, I am sorry for who ever running that business for having such an employee (salah) who calling himself manager. Not recommending at all what so ever there for living close by. Good luck

I asked for two packs of smokes this evening and the cashier quickly provides them and I pay. When I left the doors, I noticed the smokes were different then what I asked for. I went back in to tell him he got the wrong smokes and he tells me that is all we have and we are sold out of the ones that i wanted and went on to ignore me and help the other customer.... I find this criminal. He should have informed me he was selling me a different product as oppose to throwing a similar box in-front of me. I feel manipulated into purchasing a product I did not want in the first place. Worst customer service!

This location is very convenient on the corner two busy streets. As with most stations in Ottawa early morning is not the time to get gas waiting until after 6-7pm is best as price is high in AM and comes down sometimes 10-13 cents at end of day so plan your visits accordingly. However the location is clean and large and has a car wash which is an amazing addition. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. As well you can get your gas and and more as it's a small store too, so soda, or munchies and coffee etc.... And of course lotto stuff. I very much like his location and recommend it. Great work!

i go here for the Season Pass carwash....so I've been thanking if i waste 1 hour everytime i get my discounted carwash.....am i #winning? paid $230 for 100 days of carwash.....but wat time is always 45mins to 1 hour. --2 times in the last week I line up and wait my turn....get up to swipe and carwash breaks down...... so now I am wasting my hour and coming home with a dirrrrty car!!!! I'm prolly better off paying $12 at Esso and no line when i need a wash? Do the math b4 u buy season pass carwash.....if ur time is of an value, this deal prolly isn't for u either!!!!!

Worst Customer Sevice Ever. Went to get my car wash like every Sunday,at 22h50. It says I already used it. When I went to see the young guy working. He told me call Customer service with arrogance and very rude attitude. I told him cc was close but said he didn't care and would do nothing about my situation. Will get in contact with petro-canada to complain but let's all of us customer boycott this location until management do something about the rudeness and lack of human skills.

Attendant this morning between 7-8 was rude and pushy. I asked for one wash and a lotto ticket. The attendant kept trying to push the multi wash pass, I said no 5 times, I don't need it, I was in a hurry and wanted a quick wash before storing my car. I ended up leaving without a wash or ticket, I had enough and walked away, he tried to make me feel dumb for not taking his " deal ". Good way to push away business, I won't return to this location again because of this attendant.

This Petro Canada is handy because it has the Ultra 94, which is not available in all locations. The store is well stocked and rarely busy. A convenient place to pick up lottery tickets. The clerk on my last visit was very friendly. The touchfree car wash is very good, and typically priced, although given the length of time each wash takes, sometimes the line is rather long. Once you get in, backing out of it is next to impossible.

Ive come here alot in winter time for my daily car wash they got the touchless car wash that works well rarher than other stations. I did however recently got a car wash late night where the soap was brown that looked dirty so I spoke with the cashier who wasn't willing to do much so I had come in the morning and speak with the manager Solomon who was understanding to give me a rewash after providing proof and explanation

Very bad customer service. The pumps weee not working after trying 3 of them. Went in to see what is going on, the people inside were chatting & laughing and didn’t care or even understand what the issue is. The manager came from the Back & he was even worse, he didn’t bother asking what the issue is. I can’t believe Petro Canada will let such incompetent people to run the gas station.

Lady at the cash wasn’t wearing a mask, she was rude, the car wash stopped working and I wasted 40 mins, same lady wasn’t apologetic and even got frustrated at me as if I somehow broke the car wash. And I’ve never been back ever since and never will. I’d rather drive further away for better service. Terrible location and staff

When gas was actually down few cents for long weekend, they shut their system down, made the service cash only and pre paid service only to discourage people from buying gas. Now the price went back up midnight, their system went back up fine suddenly. Co-incidence huh. And service was ridiculous and the cashier was rude.

When I walked in last night the cashier was picking his nose and not wearing the a face mask. I understand your staff is behind a plexiglass but the purpose of a mask is also to not touch your mouth and face. Especially if your going to touch my bag of chips to scan the barcode. Disgusting...

It used to be a great pleasure to stop in every morning. But now the coffee lady isn't around, and they don't stock the shelves properly. Ads everywhere for blue NOS but not a single can to buy in store for weeks. If you're not going to restock, take down the ads.

I'm season pass holder, I use this wash 90% of the time as I go by it daily. I've noticed that the drivers side of my car always has a residual soap stain after washing, don't experience this with the other Petro touchless wash I use the other 10% of the time

Great price for gas! Like astonishingly cheap! Good service and all the amenities that you'd need from a gas station. It was surprisingly busy at the convenience store inside. The place is well kept and clean. That's hard to pull off in the middle of winter.

Great car wash it is touchless. Car comes out very clean. Had 2 soap 2 rinse 1 bug soap 1 rinse and 1 two way clear wax. Has season pass or single pass plus there is a vacuum for 5 min for $3. They have a tire inflator for $2.

Currently they seem to be doing work on the pumps but the car wash is open. I was able to get a great deal on the season pass plus free armour all wipes. The wash is quiet so I can get in and out super quick. Great wash

I don't stop by here often, but on both times I did, the clerk was not wearing a mask. I don't care if he was behind the counter the whole time. If customers are mandated to wear masks, the staff should as well.

Probably the best Petro Canada car wash. Great quality .Their super wash is great. Goes trough all the steps and takes its time. Not like most Peteo Canada car washes that rush the whole process.

The only reason I come to this carwash is because it's closer to home and has touchless, but it is EXTREMELY slow. Each car takes 5 mins for a wash, so expect to be there a minimum of 30 mins...

I come to this location for car washes on occasion. In my opinion the store is lacking a little, but the employees are nice and I'm always satisfied with the car wash.

Always the car wash closed during the days. I went multiple times In different hours during the day for nearly a year. I stopped going there for gas and car wash.

This Petro just got a brand new carwash! It works great and gives a light show as it washes your car. Its really cool. I would highly recommend checking it out.

The storw has non-advertised deals in the store. Many times there is a basket with 50% off goods because the expiry date is 1 month away.
