HORRIBLE!!! I provided clear instructions with photos for grooming my ShihTzu (long hair for ears and tail). They completely cut the fluffy tail of my ShihTzu and told me they confused him with another dog. Then the owner told me my 12lb ShihTzu was aggressive so the groomer shaved his tail. But they still charge me!

Took my dog for grooming today and was very impressed! Not only did they do a fantastic job with the grooming, but were so accommodating and kind and listened to the things that were important to me.
