THIS IS A SCAM This is not a cheaper option for a gym membership. I enrolled Oct 19 2023. I attempted to cancel Nov 30 2023. 42 days of membership. Online policy states an $49 annual fee will be deducted 8 weeks into membership. I am being charged for the annual fee. For 42 days of membership, I am being charged over $100. I called twice and emailed the regional director. They refuse to refund the charges. I understand why there is an annual fee. I do not believe that those that sample out the gym and cancel after less than two months should be subject to the annual fee. Read the fine print. Additionally, of the five times I went into the gym, only two times was the front desk manned. Once I wanted to buy a drink after working out, and no one was at the front desk for 10 minutes. If you want a gym membership, I recommend the Y. Staff are kind and understanding and helpful! If you are going to end up spending the same amount of money in the end, go to a gym that cares.

On Monday August 14th someone used bolt cutters and cut my lock off my locker. I believe 3-4 other people also had their locks cut off as well. At approximately 9:54 AM they went and spent $499.94 at the Walmart all before I had even finished my workout. I was told by the manager Kyrie that the gym would cooperate with the investigation and give the police any footage they request to view. Flash forward to today and I just received a call from the detective telling me that this PLANET FITNESS location is refusing to provide him with the footage needed to assist in the investigation. Be careful going to this location!!!

Not my favorite PF location to visit but it’s alright. Reasonably clean and spacious in the general workout spaces. The locker rooms do have benches in the center of room rather than along the lockers (my less preferred locker room design), but at least the benches are reasonably sized if you want to put something down on it. I haven’t used the showers at this location but they look okay from a distance. Overall there are nicer PF locations in the area, I only come here when there’s no other convenient ones for me to go to.

This is a nice pf location. I’ve been using this one for the past three years and will continue. It’s always clean and they have newer equipment and most of what you need for a good workout. I always hear people say planet fitness isn’t for real lifters etc but I’ve tried several different gyms and other than a few extra amenities they’re the same. I like this location because it’s never crowded and staff are available when you need them to be.

I’ve been going to location for over a year on and off because I’m always traveling. I’ve noticed a few things which is why I may cancel my membership this month. The club is extremely dusty. The black bars on rooftop have extremely thick dust which is pretty much what we are breathing in. I went in today, and I think they AC isn’t working properly which seems to be an issue Planet Fitness has. But for $10 a month what can you expect.

I have been coming to this pf location for 10 months. Over all it has been a good fit. Some of the members have etiquette issues (hogging the equipment watching utube between sets) , also I have in early only to find the place closed(it's suppose to be open 24 hours Monday Thursday Thursday). I realize that that's a staffing issue. This is my first pf experience I don't have anything to compare it to...

Decent gym for the price. They are one of the most reasonably priced gyms in my area. This particular location though the front desk staff isn't pleasant at ALL. A couple of the woman will greet you and are nice but the guys that are there early mornings will just stare at you and not speak. Please work on customer service, if it weren't for that I'd give 5 stars.

Multiple people were robbed at this location. The staff was aware and never alerted the gym patrons that someone had been cutting the locks and stealing the contents. Today 8 ppl were robbed of purses wallets car keys clothing and other items. Keep in mind the staff knew, not a safe place. Also the gym was already experiencing parking lot car break ins.

This is my favorite location. But turning off the fans 50 mins before close will not work in the hot summer heat. It’s already humid enough in there. Would like to see more care for the clients who are exercising! We get that you close at a certain time. Turning off the TV’s should be enough of a signal to the clients. Let’s not add heat stroke to it.

First time back here after like 8 years and idk if they've remodeled since or if I didn't truly appreciate how great this gym is the last time I was here. On top of how clean and beautiful it was the staff was incredible also, wish I lived closer I'd be at this one all the time. Thank you all for all that you do at this gym, the hard work shows.

3 weeks and calf machine is still broke. Leg curl machine was also down for weeks. The members know nothing about gym etiquette. Overwhelming majority camp out on machines play games, watch movies, Facebook on their phones. Not many serious lifters. I'd prefer more lunk Rickys. Update. The calf machine has been down for roughly 5 weeks now

Looks like January happened a little earlier than expected. Dear new gym members, there is a thing known as gym etiquette, look into it. A little courtesy and consideration of others goes a long ways. Also, your last set is always re-racking your weights. The pictures attached are a common thing here.

I went to planet fitness last Wednesday. It was a standard Planet Fitness. I haven’t went since 2020 but once I met Jae, the front desk person, my experience was elevated. She was super helpful in explaining the tour and changes in the past couple of years.

The gym is awful and the people inside are just annoying. The equipments are old and rusty, and the location is a bit sus. The only reason I gave two stars is because it's 24 hours open on weekdays, and the staff were nice. I don't recommend this gym though

Good cardio place... equipment is all new as of August of '23...really well made, sturdy. The space however is filthy, but as long as you don't look up or down at all the dirt and dust, you'll be reasonably satisfied.

They got rid of ALL their ellipticals. I can only imagine when CRUNCH opens it will give this place a run for its money. Also the 3rd shift guy did NO work just sat on his phone while the girl did EVERYTHING!

Won’t allow me to cancel over the phone even though I no longer live even close but this is considered my home gym even though they’re everywhere. Ridiculous policy.

Meh. It's close and convenient and fairly priced, but several machines are "Out of Order" and have been been that way for months.

I like going to planet fitness because they are everywhere and I travel around a lot easy there find a gym

Good variety of equipment for the price you pay! Not usually very busy.
