I visited Porter Pet Hospital twice and my experience was wonderful. The staff was caring and gave me quick advice for my kitten. The fees are reasonable for visit and vaccination. My kitten, fluffy, recovered quickly after the first visit and I will go back again because I trust the vet and the staff. Thank you.

Great service and friendly staff. It was great meeting Dr. Gill before I left after having Pumpkin (dog) teeth cleaned for the first time which did require extractions and one being abscessed. They even called the next day to see if I had any questions and to check to see how she was doing. Thank you.

At first I was a bit skeptical since the pre-neutering exam was pricey yet the doctor wasn't thorough. However, after he was neutered, one of the front desk people, Natalie I think, was very helpful and thorough with the post-op instructions. She answered all of our questions and was very friendly.

This is COVID time. Despite the not being able to have a face to face consult with the Dr., I felt that her communication with me concerning my two dogs was thorough and complete. I left understanding what I needed to do to take care of them. I feel that the veterinary service was excellent.

I had to do the worst thing imaginable today by helping my dog over the rainbow bridge. This office made it so less painful. The staff was so caring and compassionate and the doctor was gentle and kind. His passing was beautiful and it was all because of the love that was showered upon us.

The only reason I am giving it 5 Stars is Dr. Mayerhoff! Since the Hospital changed ownership we stayed away as the service suffered dramatically and the prices are more than other places. Dr. Mayerhoff is very knowledgeable and my dogs love her. That is the only reason we are back.

I visited this place a few times for my cat treatment. At first, I thought that it was a reliable veterinary clinic, but on the last call, seems like they were trying to avoid providing services for us and told me to wait a week for the appointment, which is never happened before.

Found this place online and it was our first time here. We just adopted this little guy and brought him in for a wellness check up. Sweet lady at the desk introduced us to the Doctor who examined our kitten and told us some care tips as well as when our next vaccines would be.

I love Porter. We've used it for boarding, grooming and vet services and always have been treated wonderfully. I actually have an emergency today and am on my way in but saw the 1 bad review and felt I should write a good one to make up for it. I highly recommend them!
