I booked a 9 seater vw transporter through a company called (nvr) nationwide vehicle rentals. I paid £502 for 3 days practical car and van rentals delivered me the van the van was disgusting all the ashtrays where full off ash someone had smoked weed as it was ashed in the ashtray and the smell was very bad it also had a broken driver seatbelt cover the seats had blood stains on it and it was a 2014 plate and on the website it says they update there vans often the outside off the van had so much damage even the driver said iff he was to Mark all he would be there all day after past experiences I videoed every single thing from delivery to the dirt the blood stains on seats to all the damage to avoid any scams what’s very very very upsetting is my little sister that is 6 opened the drink holder and there was a cover wish was open and the ash came flying out all over her iff anyone knows the vw transporter inn the front it has a 2 drink holders and a ashtray in the middle it was full to the top I have photos off everything all my emails have been ignored I have so much proof u would be shocked

A great discovery! I was on the point of booking train tickets after being quoted crazy prices by the big car hire companies - but then found Practical Care Hire in Stamford Hill. Very reasonable prices & excellent customer service - I'll definitely be hiring from here again :)

I've been renting cars and vans from here since it was based further up in Stamford Hill and won't use anyone else. It's always the most competitively priced and the owner is very helpful at short notice. Have sent a number of friends here and will continue to do so.

Rented a car a couple of times helpful staff good prices even for last minutes rentals will try to sort everything out so the rental will be as smooth as possible never overcharged even i came back late "RECOMMENDED CAR HIRE COMPANY"
