Update: Hi there thanks for replying. You’re pretending to help me. Again, I’m not comfortable with your service. Do not patronize your customers. Original: Dealing with a malfunctioning ticket machine proved to be quite a hassle. It required speaking louder so that the customer service representative could hear you. The representative's behavior was unprofessional, as they hung up without providing information on where to seek assistance. Had to shoot them an email to snag a receipt, and turns out the phone number they gave on the ticket machine was way out of date. Definitely wouldn't recommend this garage to everyone.
Posting parking rates do not apply. The kiosk will always charge max parking rates of 30 dollars no matter how long you actually park. If you try to request help, the help button speaker for the kiosk does not work. If you try calling the posted phone number, you will find that it has been disconnected and is no longer ins service. They do their best to force you to pay the maximum rate no matter how long you park. Find another parking spot in the area if possible.
I parked here, planning for it to just be a few hours. And then I drank too much and couldn’t drive home. I wasn’t able to get my car until 29 hours later. I was so scared that the parking fee was going to be ludicrous, or worse - that they towed my car. Imagine my relief when I scanned my parking ticket and it was only $33 and my car was exactly where I left it. I’ll definitely be parking here again when I can’t find street parking in the area.
And now I understand why this parking garage has so many bad reviews! "Flat rate $10" sign out front. Paid my $10 at the lobby kiosk and got charged another $3 at the exit kiosk to get out. Customer service was no help with a side of gaslighting. False advertising. Overcharged. Terrible customer service. Avoid this garage at all costs. Literally.
The parking garage was pretty clean when I parked. There's plenty of signage with the rates as well as directing you to the parking entrance. The garage elevator is down, but security was pretty helpful and gave me a ride to my car.
Using the app to reserve a spot does not work and it will charge you with no way for you to reverse the charge. Customer service hangs up on you after placing you on hold for a while.
Elevators in this garage are down for weeks at a time and unless you want to walk multiple flights of stairs then I WOULD NOT PARK HERE. THIS IS NOT JUST A ONE TIME OCCURANCE.
Stars for plenty of spaces, good location. But the checkout machine took several attempts to read our card. $24 for 2.5 hours on a Sunday.
Interesting place where guys named Drew jump out like spider monkeys and squeal off into the night..truly a one of a kind experience.
Worst customer service ever. They mislead you and never assist yo. Nobody listens to your complain. Very unprofessional services.
The security here is pretty useless and they used outdated equipment and couldn't care less about anyone's safety.
Parked here for 5 minutes then changed my mind and got charged $10 even tho the signs say for 11-20 minutes its $3
Costly and the customer servi... Naaa I'm not falling for that place again.
One of the many rip off parking decks in Austin, 24 bucks for 4 hours
Ticket reader was busted so I had to pay the full $30 instead of $10
$30 for 5 hours on a weekday before 6pm? Ripoff. Avoid!!
Clean, well-lit, and well-run! I love parking here.
$20 for 24 hours = a good deal in my book.
Great location. Nice and clean!
$15 for 55min on a Monday
