They didn't shine my tyres... didn't get a free air freshener... car wasn't dried properly... why does everyone that works there look so miserable? (especially the lady) Will defo be driving all the way to Springhill BP for my car washes in future... Update... visited again on bank holiday Monday as nobody else was open due to the queens funeral... although I was grateful they were open as my car was a mess.. both inside and out. Did they do a good job? I suppose they did... but I was in a bit of a hurry n whilst washing my car, they guy kept on stopping to answer his phone... 3 times. I'm paying you for a service and it would of been nice to be in and out as quick as possible!! They only had 2 ppl working from what I saw and there was a back log of us waiting to be dried or hoovered... I was there for about 35 minutes... and that was just a wash n dry. They shined my tyres this time though... Still 3 stars unfortunately

This place I have been going to for 2 months now, I appreciate the way they clean my car and take care of of it, the speed and teamwork is good, these guys just see you coming in and start immediately, by doing the basic then they ask you what options you would like done. Once chosen options They dry the car and polish, and depending on the options you chose the car is left in a good condition with your interior and exterior looking new. The staff are friendly and accommodated us in a relax lounge which made us feel more important in a quick business. I really like the experience of coming down here and getting my car looked after.

Had my car washed here today, first time ive been. Read other reviews as i have had some really bad experiences at other places ive been in the area. Read comments regarding unfriendly staff which may be true but the 3 guys that cleaned mine today were really friendly and did a good thorough job of washing my car, even cleaned under the bonnet removed all of the leaves and dirt aswell as the green mould which had started forming on my window seals without me asking them to. No other car wash has done this for me before so very pleased.

Had a bad experience, got my car washed with them that was supposed to be 10£ , gave them 20£ , waited for remaining, when no one came I asked and was told I had given 10£ only !!! Not sure it was intentional or a mistake but left me with a 10£ deficit … Should be very careful when giving them money and make sure you tell them the amount given so they don’t refuse to give the remaining amount later…best would be to give them exact amount so there is no chance to be cheated..

Poor customer service. The old man and woman had a really bad attitude problem. The car wasn't dried properly and afterwards the car had patches where it hadn't been cleaned and the price for the work was too expensive. I hope the owners read this and change the attitude and motivate the staff to encourage better engagement with customers to sustain the business. I think that the language barrier doesn't help too.

Is ok, Ben coming here for years. But wash quality depends on the team's mood on the day! Today I've asked to spray the engine like they did couple times before but they suddenly asked for extra £5 - it took them more time to explain themselves then it would have taken them to just spray it, rediculous. PS like others said, the owners should give them at least a uniform so workers stop looking like homeless.

Good place to make your car shinning. I drive from Aston till Erdington because I'm very happy how they clean my car. Always feel good when car is clean inside and outside. People which work there are very hardworking and they do their best to make customers happy.I will back there anytime I need it!

We regularly use this company and have accumulated quite a few free washes using the localty card system which is great. The attention to detail is brilliant and all of the staff are professional and friendly. We sit inside the car, but there is also a customer seating area both inside and out.

5 star friendly and amazing service. I have used these guys for years. I have moved out of the area in the past 2 years and I still drive over to have my car done by them. I won't go anywhere else …
