Absolutely the worst place ever to get furniture. we got a couch 10 months ago. Within 5 weeks the metal frame was warping so the recliner didn't work. The stitching was also splitting. I had purchased the extended warranty, but it was still under manufactures warranty! I called right away, but they would take a message for service, but no one ever got back to me. After weeks of back and forth, they finally said it was going to be repaired, they were waiting on parts. Then I get a call that they need to pick it up. So they pick it up, I am couchless for over a week. It finally comes back and the stitching is not fixed. I call, they say they are waiting for fabric. I wait a few weeks call back and find out it is being replaced, no one called me, I found out when I called AGAIN to talk to someone. They replace, and within a month the reclining feature is doing the same thing. Every time we call they send us on a goose chase telling us to expect phone calls back when they are closed or call the manager when they are off. Customer service is unbelievably rude and won't call us back. At this point I just want my money back. I will never shop with them again.

This furniture store has some improprieties that they would like to share with you. Not too long ago I purchased a large sectional couch arrangement (with electronic 6 way adjustment features) that was represented, and priced, as 'new.' ! I felt something wasn't upfront with the sales rep and I marked the furniture that was on the display / floor samples. When the shipment arrived the sectional had the same marks I made on display models ! This was confirmed by videos taken at delivery. There are only three qualities to keep in mind about this company. They are, 1st hores (intentionally mispelled) ; 2nd hores and, 3rd hores. You cant say you haven't been warned.....FYI, the 500 + reviews at 5 stars are all store bought on the black emarket.. Many bad restaurants have done the same thing to avoid bad reviews... To the owner: thank you for validating my review by being more concerned of my name than the content of my review.... Try a much better store like BF Myers in Goodlettsville for quality, service and much lower prices. Price Point Furniture has no moral compass and will screw you by selling used /demo furniture at new furniture prices...

This is a very nice store with in-stock furniture. Salesman (Chase Hampton) was very knowledgeable, nice and easy to deal with. We can’t say the same about the cashier/office worker who asked if we were picking it up today (Sunday) and then gave us the address for the warehouse. When we arrived at the warehouse it was closed. I called the store and she said “if you look at the second page of the document you signed it says they are closed on Sunday”. ?? THEN WHY DID SHE ASK IF WE WERE PICKING IT UP TODAY? And she even typed "pickup date Sunday, January 15" on the invoice. Thanks to our salesman we were able to get the display table. Since we were from out of town it would not have been convenient for us to come back when the warehouse was open.

Today my wife and I went to Price Point rivergate and we were greeted by Jesse .He assisted us on purchasing furniture for our new house I have never met someone who knew his products as much as Jesse he was very professional and he was very patient with us .He answered our questions honestly and he went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted .He worked with us on the price as well . Everyone there was friendly and the store looked great .my wife and I left feeling good about our purchase now I see what that big boss means when he says price is the point so to anyone looking for furniture be sure to go to price point ask for Jesse and tell him Mike and Suzanne sent you .

Junk furniture arrived broken they replaced the reclining couch that was so bent it couldn’t be put together upon arrival. They shipped them sitting on the end and broke the back of the reclining love seat. Didn’t realize until the first time i reclined it two weeks later. Wouldn’t replace it said had to be warranty repaired. Jerked me around for weeks. Woman in customer service is very rude. So fed up. The warranty they sell is a joke. Photos of broken frame attached. Told me i was out of repair service area and couch would be shipped off for repairs and returned. Bought this furniture before thanksgiving and 5 months later i still don’t have working furniture in my home.

Good attentive service. Not so much that we did not have time to talk privately, but watched what we were looking at and came to offer delivery availability if we were interested. We were told what would be available for delivery before Christmas and what we would need to wait to see in our home. On the day of delivery, we found out the under promised and over delivered. All selected items were delivered so that we were able to use an enjoy throughout the holiday season. So nice to work with a company that set expectations based on what is known, but still looks for ways to exceed expectations.

Great selection at the warehouse. Jesse assisted me as I walked in the door; great attitude and he was very knowledgeable on the furniture. I gave 4 stars, only because the original couch that I picked out was super delayed in getting to the store for 2 weeks; not Price Point's fault though - I just had to call a few times to check on it. I had to pick another option in order to get the couch as soon as possible. It was pretty close to the first one I chose and very plush. Overall, I'm happy with my experience and will be back to get a dining table and chairs in the future.

Not happy at all with my experience at price point furniture. We were looking for my dad a couch because he was moving into assisted living. The couch we found was in stock, and it still took more than a week to get it delivered. It was supposed to have been delivered on a Monday. They kept pushing it back. Finally they told us it would be delivered on a Thursday between 330 and 630 and they did not show. Although they did refund our delivery fee, I still would not recommend having your furniture delivered with them. Good prices but really bad delivery.

Went with my parents to find a dining set. Not impressed. We were told the Labor Day sale was still in effect and everything was an additional 20% off, exclusions were not mentioned. The table they liked was excluded. Additionally, $150 dollars additional for local setup and delivery is insane, when I can go to Ashley down the street and purchase the same product. No attempt was made to save the sale either. We left and purchased from the Ashley store for $100 dollars less. Save yourself the hassle and just go to Ashley.

Long wait due to economy but great pricing and exceptional people.. :) We are still waiting on some furniture, but love what we have thus far. Deborah and the Murfreesboro store have been very accommodating. I've added furniture and removed furniture from order after buying a new home and seeing how the space lays out. Everything I canceled I was promptly refunded . We originally spent almost 12k cash on new furniture for our new home. The furniture is durable and can withstand my 4 children and all of their friends.

Had saw a few reviews but had been shopping for a while. Wanted to spruce up my man cave and wasn’t disappointed. I was greeted swiftly by a gentleman named Chris. Best part is he wasn’t a vulture. Asked me where I could look to point me in the right direction and let me browse. When I was ready to move forward we did. Small negotiations and we moved forward. Right before Christmas I stopped at the Price Point Lebanon store. I found a sectional I liked in their ad on facebook. They didn’t have it in but the sales associate showed one to me that was very similar. They advised they could order the exact one I wanted at the sale price & it would be 2 - 4 weeks for delivery to my house. They were all super friendly & helpful & no pressure for anything.. I highly recommend shopping there!

One, they take a month to get your merchandise and they have poor customer service and communication. They don't give you a delivery time, they just pop up at your house with no warning. Please be advised, once they have your money that's it! It's No Refunds! Once you've paid, good customer service goes out the window and you have to hassle them for a month for what you've already paid for! So BEWARE!!!

We are long time customers of Price Point in Madison. The first time we walked in the door we met Austin and he immediately felt like a friend. He takes care of his customers with great care and a listening ear. We have returned many times since then and continue to use Austin. He is truly the best and I can promise he will take such good care of you as well.
