I ordered a set of Mifo 07 buds.  It took a long time for them to ship the 07 buds to me.  Somewhere in the middle of that time they asked me if I wanted 05 earbuds instead.  I told them no, I'll wait for the 07 ear buds.  After a some more weeks the 07 buds finally arrived.  Despite the shipping problem, I liked the 07 buds very much; they worked great.  I ordered another set for my wife.  The same shipping problems happened and again after some weeks they asked me if I wanted 05 earbuds instead.  Again I told them no.   They finally shipped my second pair of 07 ear buds to me.  The second pair worked great for a few days, then the case would not charge the ear buds.  Customer service was auto generated responses; but I followed all their instructions.  It took many days and a lot of back and forth with the auto generated response before I think a real person answered me once or twice, though I'm not really sure about that... After a lot of time, they finally gave me auto instructions on how to return the buds.  I did that.  My tracking info says they received the buds on Nov 22 2021.  after about 4 weeks I wrote to them.  They sent another auto response saying sorry and that they would get the buds to me as soon as they could.  After some more weeks I wrote again.  They sent an auto response asking me if I would rather have 05 buds instead... I said no, as usual.. After some more weeks I wrote them asking for a manager to speak to.  They blocked my email and I have not been able to reach them since.  They have a false telephone number on one site which reaches a FedX office only.  If anyone can give me information about how to connect with mifoaudio.ca via telephone, or how to connect again after you're email has been blocked, please let me know...

Total fraud. I bought earbuds that do not work properly for Christmas. After many emails exchanges with the company, they finally accepted to exchange the earbuds, so I sent them back, with the original package, as requested. But since then, they blocked my email address and I have not received the new earbuds. Do not trust that company. Fortunately, PayPal gave me a refund, thanks to their warranty protection. N’achetez pas de cette compagnie. Depuis Noël j’essaie d’échanger des earbuds neufs défectueux avec eux. Ils ont étiré le temps en me demandant de faire des manœuvres qui n’ont rien à voir avec le problème. J’ai échangé avec eux au moins dix fois, j’ai suivi tous leurs conseils, acquiescé à toutes leurs demandes, retourné le produit non utilisé dans l’emballage d’origine et maintenant mes courriels sont bloqués. Je n’arrive plus à joindre la compagnie. Très mauvais service à la clientèle. Je commence à me dire que j’ai jeté 150 $ à l’eau. Finalement, PayPal m'a remboursé le prix des écouteurs grâce à leur garantie. Merci PayPal.

I purchased 2 Sonitrek Go XL Smart Bluetooth 5 Portable Wireless Waterproof Speakers in August 2021. First off, they are a real hassle to pair, so much so that I usually end up using one at a time to double my play time. Second, the speaker ledges are so small that if you accidentally touch the speaker they roll over and can easily roll off your counter or desk. Third, don't be fooled by the USB-c fast charge, they take HOURS to recharge. Fourth and final, after only a few months of minimal use one of them has quit entirely. It doesn't charge nor play with or without a charger. I reached out to them for a resolution and their suggestion was "try charging it....." Really??? Brilliant advice. Not a bad sounding speaker for the money, however that's assuming the speaker works. If you want a long lasting hassle free, stable, fast charging speaker, this is not the one. BTW, I find it odd that 1 star reviews are not posted on their website but google reviews only. Red Flag.

TL; DR: BUY THESE! Not sure why Mifo has such a low rating. I hope my review can change that! Recently, I came across a rave review about Mifo O5 PLUS Gen 2 Smart True Wireless Bluetooth 5.0 Earbuds...so I bought some! I LOVE THEM! They fit perfectly in my ear which, after trying soooo many earbuds, is an answered prayer...but it doesn't end there! The sound is AMAZING! Rich bass, punchy mids and clear highs. As for battery life? Excellent! I can wear them all day w/o needing to charge them. The charging case: stylish and sturdy with USB-C fast charging and the ability to charge another device! What else? Packaging: top-tier stylish. Unboxing experience: joyful (the Thank you card, tho!) ! Customer service: TOP-NOTCH! UPS LOST my goods! Mifo replaced it with NO HAGGLE and refunded my shipping cos I didn't trust UPS to deliver again so went and picked them up myself. Summary: BUY THESE!

Worst online store ever!!! Do not buy from them! I bought 2 sets of earbuds about 3 weeks ago. I opened the first box and tried the earbuds. They won't work simultaneously, just one at the time. I asked for a refund second day after recieving the package . These guys keep pushing emails on how to troubleshoot the buds with no disregard to my asking of return and refund. Don't make the mistake and buy from them. These earbuds are not worth it. People should stop buying from them. They have the worst customer service. There is no customer satisfaction policy with these people. I will have to open legal action and drag them to court because their policies do not match their actions. This is the only way. They will advertise these bad earbuds, they will take your money and you will never ever get a refund if you ask for a return.

Ordered a replacement earbud, waited 5 days after getting no indication it had been shipped. Followed up and found out it was on back order and no date given. The entire time, the customer service had no interest in supporting me, coming to an appropriate solve and simply ignored my questions. Yes I got refunded, but I have no indication of when I can expect to be able to order again and no acknowledgment of the complete lack of customer service and communication. I would not recommend buying anything from MIFO as it is pretty clear they do not take customer concerns seriously and could care less to address any issues. I am taking my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same

Ordered a swt of O5 plus gen 2 from the website. I had a few typical uses for them: - workouts - phone calls - work meetings - listen to music while working The only thing these are good for is sitting down and watching netflix. Also, the charging case is a great idea. The microphones pickup every noise possible (thinking beeping truck 4 blocks away), so it is impossible to have a quality phone call with them. During workouts, the audio playback speed would skip or slow down. When I paired them with my computer and put YouTube on, they would play one song. The second song would freeze like it is buffering in 1996. Do not recommend this product at all.

SCAM ALERT - I ordered earbuds last December as a gift. The item was supposedly returned to Mifo because of incorrect address. I provided them with my correct address and they emailed saying that I they have re-sent the earbuds. They have my correct address and I still haven't received my earbuds and they have my money. All emails to them keep bouncing back undeliverable and they have no phone numbers to call them.I hope hope they will read this. Mifo peiple yiu have a golden opportunity to make rhings righr. Let's see what you will do.

Do not buy this product!!! Worst customer service ever. They have a terrible refund policy, and are so rude. They don't stand behind their product at all. If you buy it, don't buy from their website. Buy third party. At least you will be able to return them. Basically the buttons hurt to use and I have to press so hard that it hurts my ear canal. they don't apologize for me being hurt or anything. The only thing they'll do is replace them. Why would I want to replace the product that hurts me? This is a law suit waiting to happen.

They delete poor reviews on their main website. That’s all you need to know. But here’s more, as soon as you open your product, you will never get full refund value. Returning product with opened plastic seal will automatically reduce refund by 20% based on their review of your returned product. BUYER BEWARE it’s robo customer service and a pain. Products made in China by who knows what kind of producer. At least with AirPods you know which slave factory produced it.

Wish I saw the reviews on their customer service before buying. Overall the headphones work well but I'm having issues with phone calls where I only hear about every other word the person is saying and they can barely hear me at all. I was using the chat feature for customer service (only option) and the person was giving me generic and unhelpful trouble shooting tips and then when I said that wasn't the problem, they just stopped responding to me.

Do not do business with Mifo. Had to initiate a return-to-sender as the product shipped was incorrect, proof of re-delivery to Mifo was given - zero follow-up on refund requests - after numerous attempts. Had to initiate chargeback via credit card company. This is not a business - it's a predator. No phone number? Please. I think a visit to their location may be in order to discuss my dissatisfaction personally.

Bought the O5 plus gen 2 earbuds and they work great. Love the long battery life (~7 hrs)and the charging case capacity (~100hrs) which can also double as an emergency powerbank if your phone is low on power. Customer support is also very responsive and easy to correspond with (contrary to the negative reviews I’ve read). The company deserves more stars in its avg. review rating than it currently has.

Ordered ear buds. Received and email saying my colour was out of stock and if I would like a different colour. Replied yes that is fine and emailed asking for a confimation they recived it and never got a reply. My credit car was charged for the headphones and they just never replied to any of my of my multiple emails. Asked for a refund and again never got a reply. Ripping people off.

Seems like a good product until you try them and realize the buttons don't work properly and they hurt the user. Very frustrated as the company will not refund us. Also, the website boasts 4 and 5 star reviews while deleting bad reviews. This kind of behaviour from a company is inexcusable and fraudulent. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Take your time and money elsewhere.

Terrible company - no service or repairs Bought 05 plus in April - stopped working in February. Contacted the company and got a reply on how I might fix them. When that didn't work asked for a way to return or repair them and got no reply. They don't even have a phone number in Canada to call. Terrible company - you will be sorry if you buy these headphones

DONT ORDER HERE. This companies a joke, customer service is a robot, and they have no customer service number. Best I got was an automatic email after 5 emails asking where my headphones are, which has taken almost 3 weeks on a guaranteed 3-5 shipping. On top of that they want you to download an app that tracks and reads all your mail to find your package.

Mifo is fine as long as you don't have any issues with the earbuds. Unfortunately mine stopped working, and customer service was responsive up until I started asking about the warranty length and how long the earbuds are covered for. Multiple emails that they have ignored completely. Will not be purchasing again or recommending to anyone else.

If you want an inferior product in every way which will spend more time on the floor versus in your ears during your workout…then look no further these are the headphones for you!

This is a not fair store. The products are in China usually that's why the price don't have tax. However, they don't say nothing about that and lie about the shipping deadline. Their warranty is complicated, we can inexistent. It's not recommended purchase staffs on this store. Check out Mifo products on Aliexpress for example.

I bought the earphone and it came with a HUGE problem, the case doesn't charge. The costumer service just ignore my emails and send me a "survey of the costumer service"... which costumer service??? I sended a email in the second week with the earphone (they "give" 2 weeks for returns). I really don't recommend this brand.

Do not order from this place, the product was not working correctly and was returned I have waitied for 3 months for a "partial" refund no contact from the company no refund. There is no customer service, they do not respond to emails. There is no direct number to call.

Ordered some replacement headphones with the estimated shipping as 3-5 days. I've heard nothing back weeks later, no replies to 3 or 4 separate emails. Going to contact my credit card company soon to report them and see if I can reverse the transaction

It's actually zero stars. Do not order from Mifo. I have been waiting since July 2023 for a replacement for a defective pair of earbuds. I paid for UPS shipping to return the defective pair and since then nothing. This is not a reputable company.

If I can give them negative or zero I would definitely do that. I bought low quality speakers and after emailing them they approved Full refund. After I shipped it, they did not refund as they committed. Don't waste your money.

Garbage product. Battery doesn't last more than two hrs. Walk ten feet away from the phone and it starts to cut out. Buttons r very hard to press. And customer service is the worst possible.
