Well, we all know how much moving sucks. So when you actually find movers who are not just movers but problems solvers…it makes all the difference. Our move could have been a disaster. As much as we had prepared we still found ourselves in a situation -furniture not fitting- these guys had the solution! Sure, cost us a tiny bit more than budgeted for but these guys from our first call to our hand shake goodbye had our backs. They understood our stress! Thank you. Kyle, Malcolm, Rob, Troy and other gentleman, (forgot name), thank you so much! Absolute professionalism was our experience. Fit. Strategic. Competitive pricing. Problem solvers. Nothing damaged. That said, they took photos of existing damage on a few of our items which I found responsible. Showed to me that they wanted to be careful with our items. I won’t use another moving company and will only call them when we are ready for some of our smaller jobs too! Thank you so much gentlemen! We really appreciated your fine service!

This company lived up to their name and more, hands down the best quality experience I've had with any service anywhere...ever. Kyle, Alexis, and Adam helped us move in yesterday on short notice, they did it quickly, efficiently and are all just really stand up guys. Very congenial and professional, worth every penny! Can't stress enough how accommodating they were for everything and the level of care they had for the whole operation. If I could give them a "best business award" of any kind they deserve all of them. They put on a clinic on how to execute top tier customer service while doing very demanding labour at the same time. If I move again these guys will be my first choice everytime.

I was looking for movers and found out about Kyle and Quality Service Movers. Kyle contacted me while other companies I contacted never returned calls. His team of Troy and Rob came and did an excellent job of taking care of my items by wrapping them (I have had a few movers and none have done this). They were professional and very easy to work with. I was stressed about moving, but Kyle, Troy and Rob eased my stress, we had some laughs and the job was done better than I expected. Moving in Hamilton for Sep 2023. It was booked in advance for month plus deposit was made. In the day of move -driver got sick. Kyle found an alternative with a Get Movers (which in the end didn't come, but it's their story) and transferred a deposit back in couple of days after. My question is, shouldn't it be covered by you guys anyway? I mean we did everything from our side to book/deposit/confirm the date/pack/label. I understand that it just happens, but anyway. It's not our fault right. For us it was NOT perfect experience like every review here.

My experience in working with this company through telephone conversations and planning was extremely professional. They are responsive, do what they can to accommodate your needs, and their prices are extremely reasonable and competitive. They take pride in supporting your needs and are very flexible with changes. I was very impressed with the time they took to explain everything to me to make sure any anxiety in planning would be addressed. I am thankful for the quality service and highly recommend them.

They helped my family and I out with a short notice difficult move. After being let down by another moving company Quality Service Movers and their amazing staff has restored my faith. This is my 2nd time with this amazing company. First time they were perfect and set the bar high for quality of service, price and professionalism but this time Malcolm and Attila surpassed that to new heights. I live on the 3rd floor in a building with no elevators and Kyle and his crew made this entire move a breeze! I was worried about my beautiful furniture getting damaged or scratched but they were careful and packaged everything so well…everything arrived in perfect condition! They were fast, hard working and attentive! Highly recommend these guys !!! Thx again for your help last week :)

Excellent service and communication. They took great care of the furniture, taking time to wrap it in padded blankets or cling film if needed. Quick and efficient - no hanging about. All 3 guys worked hard and the job was done in the agreed time, even though we had a few extra things I forgot to mention. I really wish Kyle and his team all the best and would recommend them to anyone.
