I couldn’t have asked for a better experience moving! Ricardo, Gene, and Gary showed up on time with smiles on their friendly, calm faces. Everyone knows moving can be really stressful, and all of their demeanors literally evaporated the stress. They were positive, chill, and optimistic! I moved out of the 15th floor of a condo, and closed on a new home the same day I had to move (stressful situation!), and as many people know, you never know when you’ll get into your new house. These guys were SO patient, flexible, and forgiving! Up and down 15 floors in a condo… I’ve never seen people work so hard and efficiently (and it was literally the hottest day of the summer)! They ended up having to move a lot more things than anticipated and they just kept slogging on. The timing ended up working out well and we got into our new home, nothing damaged, nothing lost, no hidden fees or surprises! Our beds were taken apart and put back together perfectly, all the furniture was carefully wrapped and packed, and moved without a hiccup. Ricardo and his team assisted us with our move from Burlington to Toronto, and from our first interaction until the completion of our move we were (and remained) impressed! Prior to booking, we were able to submit a list of all of our belongings to get a thorough and accurate estimate without having to worry about being overcharged at the end. This estimate was exact and fair. On moving day they arrived ahead of the 9am start and were able to quickly and carefully move us to our new city. My family was also completely in awe watching them stack and carry boxes behind their backs with such ease. My husband and I booked Wish Upon A Star for his moms move this month. We moved her from the house to a condo. They did an amazing job. They put runners all around the house up the stairs on hardwood floors, they wrapped the banisters so they did scratch anything. They wrapped and bubble wrapped everything so it was safe. They packed the truck like I have never seen before, so neat and clean. By the time we were at the condo they had a great plan to unload and set up so it wasnt handle more then to had to be. They set everything up they way my mother in law wanted it to be she did have to handle any furniture they did it all for her. They are very friendly and happy to be there doing there jobs very polite men. It made a hard day for my mother in law better. They work very well as a team. Ricardo and his team came on time and loaded quickly while covering all fragile items with heavy blankets. The floors and stairs were always covered with protective mats. The delivery went very smoothly with no damage to any of the furniture. The guys were helpful in placing the heavy items where we wanted them and assembling when required. We did not take as much time as originally planned and received a discount. This is the second move made by this team; one from a house to a storage unit and this move from a storage unit to a high rise condo. Both were professionally handled. The overall moving experience was excellent and I would highly recommend WUaS Moving.

I met Ricardo and his team for a move within the city and I was blown away by how professional, efficient and kind they were. I have used four different moving companies in the past and I wish I had found them sooner as they absolutely exceeded in every way all of the other moving companies. There was not a single scratch mark on the wall, they were very diligent at protecting items, they were so efficient I could not even believe it. It was just pure luck that I found Wish Upon a Star after realizing that I had left booking a mover for my sister and brother in law a little late! They are very careful with all belongings, they protect the flooring with runners, provide updates on when they will arrive. Very professional, very polite.
