Dr.Cheng's office really needs a new receptionist ASAP. Extremely rude and unprofessional and tends to yell on the phone. I understand these places are busy and there are other patients, however if you do implement a new rule due to COVID, then it should apply to ALL individuals, and enforced. What is the point of making a rule if you pick and choose who it applies to. Completely unacceptable and the receptionist has no idea what she is doing. Do better! EDIT: **disclaimer** This review is aimed at the clinical office associated with this pharmacy. This pharmacy and the staff on its own is commendable and do the best they can. It is the clinic which needs to do better.

My father uses this pharmacy and it's really the most wonderful well-run business I've ever encountered. Fady, the owner, is more than a pharmacist to my dad--he goes above and beyond helping him sort his pills, delivering them, answering his questions, and devising solutions to make my dad's life with Parkinson's a bit easier (modified pill packs, etc.). Fady has even stayed late to ensure he could prepare pills my dad needed that night. My dad was a long-time customer at Shoppers but wow are we ever glad he's switched a few years ago. You can't beat small business owners for customer service!

Fade is the best pharmacist I have ever had! I have been a customer since the day he opened and immediately transfered all my prescriptions to his pharmacy. I have never had better care. In a lot of ways he is better and more informative than my actual doctors. I don't know how I would survive without him. Thank you for your excellence in everything you do Fady! I have had such a good experiences with this pharmacy. Fady (the owner) is knowledgeable and helpful and very kind. After years of using a major chain pharmacy, it's been a very pleasant experience switching to a local shop this year. My fees have also been lower!

Fady is a good pharmacist who cares more about your well-being than making a profit from dispensing your prescription. I love that he opens his space as a waiting room for the adjacent family doctor office.
