Ash, the owner of Queenston Pharmacy has the best pharmacy you’ll ever find or need! He has won several awards through the Hamilton Spectator for having the best pharmacy in Hamilton and well deserved! Ash and all of his staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind, courteous, and friendly, you’ll never find another team like them! You’ll never find this combination at any other pharmacy, especially the big ones! Don’t let the size fool you, it may look small but I’m confident they have more customers than any other pharmacy! The price for over the counter medication is much lower compared to other pharmacies. Changing pharmacies is so easy, all of the paperwork to switch is taken care of for you, it really couldn’t be easier and you’ll be extremely happy you made the change. If you’re thinking the pharmacy is out of your way, no worries they deliver to Hamilton and surrounding areas. I’ve been going there since they opened about 25 years ago, I left a big named pharmacy and it was the best decision I ever made regarding mine and my children’s medication!

Ash has taken care of my beloved mother and myself for well over 20 years. My mother passed 3 years ago.. Ash helped her fill out paper work for discounts and also monitored her medications since she was on many. My mother was a lady of few words, but she has mentioned in her life numerous times how much she Loved Ash... I myself feel the same as my Mother... I have met a few people in my 43 years and I can say Ash is at the top of my list of one of the most genuine sincerest and caring persons I have ever known... This may be a little pharmacy , but the people who run it are the very best team out there ! They work together like a well greased machine. They are always kind and considerate and always willing to help you out. I actually live in Brantford but travel to and from Hamilton and use their services. Today I am not able to make my way to Hamilton to pick up my medication. So I called to let them know. My pharmacist said " no problem , we'll gladly deliver your medicine to you all the way in Brantford " !!! Wow is all I have to say ! Thank you so much for your amazing services !! Your the best

I've always known how great this pharmacy was, but it was not until my recent experience having to go to a Shoppers instead that I realize even more how lucky I am to be a customer at Queenston Pharmacy. The staff are very efficient, knowledgeable, work well together, and have great customer service skills. They are always quick to answer calls and I've never had to wait long for a prescription. Their free delivery service is also an amazing bonus with having young children especially. I highly recommend this pharmacy - you will be in great hands.

The absolute most amazing pharmacy ever. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. No matter how sick you are, you will always walk out of there with a smile on your face. I moved about and hour away 5 years ago and I still come here to fill my prescriptions. You guys look at us like we are real people and not just a number like the big wigs do. This place is amazing. They have the most friendly and efficient staff I have seen. The pharmacist ( Aish) is so knowledgeable and makes a point to remember everyone’s name. He will answer any questions and will make time for his customers. My husband went to another pharmacy for convenience but after awhile he went back to this great place. Highly recommended
