This place is a joke, do not shop here unless you want bedbugs, and the worst customer service imaginable. We recently purchased a couch from this location 2 days after getting the couch we noticed that there were bedbugs in the couch we proceeded to move the couch outside and contacted the store we spoke with Danny the assistant manager who assured us he was taking care of it and he would file a bedbug claim right then and we would have an exterminator at our house within 48 hours. The next day they came to pick up the infested couch, but instead of disposing of it legally or ethically they decided to just put it in our alley. 48 hours went by and we were not contacted not did an exterminator come we tried to contact them and got nothing but a run around for a week. Finally a district manager called us 12 days after the initial incident after we were on the phone for 2 hours getting a run around that they had no managers available to speak with, saying that Danny never put in a claim for our bedbug issue but he would get it taken care of a week went by when we finally heard from their insurance company that handles their numerous bed bug claims. Two days after that we got a call from the exterminator to schedule an inspection. Luckily we handled the bed bugs ourselves or they would have been out of control if w would have waited the 3 weeks for rent a center to respond. We have never been offered any compensation for the items we had to throw away because of this or any refund for the payment made on the couch. So if i were you i would pull a couch or of the dumpster before you shop at rent a center you will probably get a better condition piece of furniture and definitely better service.

PLEASE READ!!!!!! This place is a complete joke and very disrespectful in every way possible. We rented a 15 passenger van for a summer vacation. Super excited, and on the road the whole front of the car including the steering wheel and dashboard started to shake every 15 seconds. This was very annoying and would not be able to drive 6 hours in. We called the company to switch out to another van. It took them around 30 min to get to us which was acceptable but when the new van came it was in even worse condition than our original one. Had 300,000 miles on it and the gas tank was empty!! Soon after to talk to one of the store workers about our new car the man we spoke to got too frustrated with us and was yelling at us through the phone proceeding to tell us he was too busy. THEN HE HUNG UP ON US. I’m not sure who they think they are but anybody who has the nerve or any kind of common sense would help us through these kinds of situations. When we went to return our rental van the man we were speaking to was hiding in the back of the store because he was to childish and unprofessional to handle his own problems by himself. The level of disrespect that was shown to us by this companies actions are dreadful. I would NEVER interact with this company in any way, shape, or form. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company if they even had a grain of respect for their company’s customers, buuuut they don’t. I also discovered after a little bit of research that this company has changed their company name and changed their company websites name and website address to protect their bad reputation. So there you have it, NEVER GO TO PHX RAC.

My experience with this Rent-A-Center has been absolutely wonderful! I called them needing a mattress and a bedframe for a guest who was arriving in two days. They didn’t have both items in their store so they called around to find them and rushed to get them to me in time. From the first call to the moment they delivered and setup my furniture, they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their service. Every person I talked to from the manager, Albert, to the man who delivered my items, Francisco, were all kind, professional, courteous, and had a put-the-customer-first type attitude. This is by far the best experience I’ve had with any business in Arizona. This was my first time using Rent-A-Center and I would definitely use them again in the future. I highly recommend them!

El lugar y el mánager " Will" son una porquería, y la mujer que está al frente es una incompetente dan muy mal servicio no me quedan ganas de volver a este lugar la mublerla siempre la entregan maltratada aunque sea nueva y cuando podes un remplaso duran un mes es basura, muy mala experiencia, aci fue en mi caso compre unas mesas y unas lámparas y entregaron la mesas todas rallada y según estaban nuevas cuando able para el cambio duraron un mes para acerlo y la promoción de 50 por recomendar nunca la contaron no recomiendo está tienda.

SERIOUSLY I made a certain amount of payments but its showing i have 1 less than i do If you get a voucher they say you cant use it because it was already used 1 star because this place enrolls you into auto pay without your permission then selina/danny told me that its mandatory you have to but the policy says otherwise like thats scary then proceeded to tell me what i should do like locking my card umm ms maam excuse me

Celine is awesome. From the first initial call to the delivery of my furniture she has been amazing thru out it all. Very friendly, joy to talk to. She assisted me in all my needs and helped make things happen in tight situations with work schedule and the application process and she found what i was looking for and made it happen. Me and my fiance went in looking for a living Room set and TV we gave them $20 to hold what we wanted they told us they couldn't deliver it til Monday but called us the Saturday before asking for the a payment smh how are we going to make a payment on furniture and TV we don't have and get no use out of ??? But now they don't want to deliver to us because they said we defaulted on a payment I will NEVER go back to this store

The store manager was helpful, honest & kind. Walked us through the process & told us what it was like renting thing vs buying outright. The warranty on their goods is way better than buying cash down in store lol. I didn’t even know rac was a place to rent to own almost anything ( I assumed it was a car rental store lol). Furnishing a home has been Simple’s because of a business like this!

to expensive comparing other rent a centers .. we try to return the furniture since two weeks ago and the only thing she said is I call you back in 20 mins and she never did , today I call again and a guy said the same thing the manager is going to call you in 20 mins but she didnt so I have to call her and tell her that we need the furniture out..
