i'd say about half the staff are nice and helpful but the other half can be kinda rude and/or mess things up when it comes to the pharm. i understand they're a small busy pharmacy but sometimes it's like you're helping them do their job for them by reminding them to order things or prepare something in advance cos i know they never have it in stock... yet they forget to order it so i wait an extra couple days for my treatment. or they forget to return a fax or a call or deliver something. HOWEVER, when they did leave my script behind and forget to deliver it, at least a very nice girl called and apologized and had it sent out the next morning asap. overall not a terrible pharmacy but they might need a lil help to stay on top of what people need or ask for and when :)

Beautiful large store with a great selection of pharmaceutical products, as well as cosmetics and toiletries. Pharmacy staff are always friendly and courteous, as well as helpful. I usually come here for my flu shot and my Combantrin every year. Their prices are very reasonable. There is plenty of parking in the front of the pharmacy, automatic doors and walker accessibility. Due to Covid-19 this pharmacy has put up plexiglass screens that stand between the cashiers and the customers to protect everyone from spreading the disease. I was really impressed when I seen the plexiglass. It makes shopping here so very much safer. Thank you so very much Rexall Pharmacy for your consideration and excellent care in providing the plexiglass screens during this pandemic.

Cashier was extremely rude and inept when checking my lottery tickets and didn’t understand the concept of a Free Ticket and continued to mock me i.e. smirking with hands on hips, had to call over another cashier obviously her boss who quickly repeated what I had already explained numerous times but the cashier continued mocking me even when her mistake was clearly evident and no apology for wasting my time and her extremely rude attitude and behaviour. Truly this was not my first rude experience with this particular cashier. I’m rating it a two because this experience was was distasteful. I do have to say my experience with the other head cashiers have always been easy friendly without drama.

If I could give zero stars I would. The way I was just spoken to by a pharmist was so out of line. I am trying to find my sick child's prescription and having a very hard time finding it so I am calling around and this pharmacist treated me like I was asking her for a kidney. I recommend finding employees who do not so obviously hate their jobs. Judging by the other reviews I can see I am not the first person to be treated this way at this pharmacy.

Pharmacist are so rude and it takes them ages to find prescriptions. Sometimes they can't even find the medication even though they call you an say you can pick up your medication. They also tend to make you pay more than you are expected to, the only reason why I go to this pharmacy is because it is close by. I think I need to find another pharmacy where I do not have to deal with this BS. Plus since when had dispensing fee $20 something.

Went in to buy essentials I needed. Got to checkout to pay and to also play my lotteries. Told they don't do lotteries without any explanation for why. Asked if they knew of any other place that still does and responds was "I don't know, maybe Jug City." If you still have machine up and running than you should still provide the service. Or at the least post a note stating why you don't provide the service.

Omg very bad service and very bad staff especially the woman manager i bought stuff witch was unsealed and i wanted to return it but they said o we dont take it back because its unsealed thats so funny they sell unsealed item then they don't take it back my recommendations please dont ever go to rexall there is so many great stores i would never ever buy stuff in this garbage place.

Pharmacy has no respect for their customers time. Many times I have waited over 20 minutes for prescriptions that are filled weekly. Always call ahead of time and yet still they cannot have it ready. I am back for the second time at this location today to pick up meds that were “ready” when I called before I showed up the first time.

Pharmist turn over is terrible. In six months there have been 7 different people. Inventory is frequently out causing waits for meds. I've had meds short by 5 days and when reported no follow up done. Service is unacceptable and as of today I will be taking my business to another pharmacy and not recommending Rexall to anyone.

pharmacists are extremely rude, this rexal is the closest to my house and i feel uncomfortable everytime i have to pick something up. all of them are rude.. especially the blonde one. i will be getting my prescription from another place from now on.. very unfortunate considering this location is 2 mins away from me.

Love Teresa the manager at the pharmacy. Excellent service by her and will return and get prescriptions only when she is working but one of the employees here at the pharmacy was extremely rude and had a tone to her voice and have me a hard time but besides that one employee. Really good customer service here.

Horrible location. Every time I call I am put on hold for ages. I have been trying to get my prescription refilled for almost two weeks and every time I call, it seems, nothing changes. Their communication is terrible. Switching pharmacies.

All the ladies work their are stupid they all should get retired i think they all need a break mostly of the work at food basic and also at rexal so i think one of old lady get tired and doesn’t know how to do a good customer service

Always have a hassle with getting my scrips on time and or correctly. There is frequent change in the pharmacists so it is hard to build a relationship with them. The only competent one in the pharm is Sandra. I give her 5 stars.

Complete incompatance.3 times went to have prescription filled and failed every time.All they had to do was order it. Will never use this place again for any business.wish I could give zero stars.

Very rude staff. They had the wrong price stickers placed under products on many occasions. will not be returning there as there are plenty of similar businesses around the area.

I am impressed by the Pharmacy team atleast. I specifically dealt with a young lady named Maryanne, She was by far the nicest Pharmacist I have ever dealt with.

I Always have a very hard time getting through by phone in a reasonable time frame. Waited on hold for almost an hour and had to hang up.

Never have had any problems here. Prescriptions on time. Lots of stock in the store. Friendly staff. On many occasions. Good hours.
