We have been going to this vet throughout my dogs entire life never had a problem and both veterinarians that have seen my dog have been great. Yesturday was extremely disappointing and very unprofessional to be told i am no longer able to step foot into the clinic without a muzzle eg mask even with my exemption. If you think after 2 years this is about our health and safety you are very very wrong! Masks are dangerous and useless and this is all about control. This was implemented by the actual company not the gov. I am well aware that companies are now being payed to implement corrupt unlawful restrictions and rules this is so sad and disgusting to see people discriminate others on their medical health or for any reason is totally unacceptable. I cant believe human beings are getting away with treating other human beings like this. People should be ashamed or their behaviors this is no future for anyone especially our children to be treated like a danger to society over a virus thats never proven to exist 2 years later. Well after using your practice for my dog since her being a pup I will be taking my business elsewhere. I didn't appreciate the phone call starting with "we are sick of you not paying your bill" not a hello or any other greeting. Then when my daughter rang to arrange and organise a payment you were rude and obnoxious and preceded to ignore my daughter's request to change the account to her name as it was her dog and then promptly hung up on her. If this is the way you run your business good luck to you but i will be going elsewhere. Don't want to be associated with people who care more about the cash than the owners or the pets. P.S my daughter innocently forgot about the bill due to both kids being ill and going in for operations. And as a added thought also learn some phone etiquette you need it.

My dogs are my family so i am very fussy about where i take them. I have tried other vets in the area and if they weren't blatant rip-off's they came across as cold and uncaring. Then i found Reynella Veterinary Clinic. I have had one of my dogs have two serious surgeries here with fantastic outcomes and have another dog with epilepsy and skin issues being treated here. The Doctors, Nurses and staff are always friendly, caring and compassionate and do what they can to keep the costs down which i find is already cheaper than other vets in the area. They are exceptional and I wont take my Dog's anywhere else. If you're like i was (struggling with the right place to take 2 very important doggo's) Dont hesitate and just do it. You wont be disappointed.

Incredibly disappointed to have seen 3 different vets within three weeks and not one could Identify the fungus that was growing in my cats nose - this caused him to go suddenly blind and then a week later he had lost another half a kilo, the medication wasn't working as it was left too late and was so unwell that he needed to be put down. To think this could've been preventable makes it so much harder to accept my 5 year old cats death. Took him to emergency at the Southern Vet Hospital, they put him on medication and were incredibly great at his last moments. The fungal is rare, but I did one google search of his symptoms and it came up.

I am so grateful to have come  across Chris,  my animals best interests are always in his forefront of care, there's is something very different about Chris's approach and knowledge that money can not buy, to me its one to be respected, on a day that Chris and Jenna's day was already stretched to the maximum,  they spent an extra 2 hours on top of their day with an unexpected emergency for my beloved 13yr old cat, I was truly touched and so grateful and thankful for there effort and time givin to my furry family member and giving him the dignity he deserved, I am very thankful and touched for my flowers I received. Thank you once again.

Seen Dr Christopher McIver today with our cat we have just adopted from the RSPCA. He helped us with all of our questions and was very friendly with our cat, as this is our first cat we have brought into our family. The staff were very friendly and the vet was fantastic, they all made us feel welcome and was very caring and gentle with our cat. I would highly recommend this veterinary Clinic, extremely clean and smelled so nice. Pricing was fantastic compared to some of the other vets i rang.

I took my daughter's dog Bear The ( POM ) to Reynella Vet Because he had a bad tooth after getting some crazy prices from other local vets. My daughter called the Reynella vet and was told the price there would be much cheaper. so Wednesday Bear had his tooth out and a clean and it cost believe it or not 1 third other quotes from local vets and the staff and service was amazing i would recommend the Reynella Vet to everyone thank you all and Bear the Pomeranian is on the mends

Been bringing my dog to this vet for years. The other day she had her first surgery, and I knew she was in good hands. The staff here are always so friendly towards me, but most importantly they are so caring and warming towards my dog, kasper. They treat your pets as If they were their own. I recently had my oldish cat put down at Renella vets, and Dr Chris and Ns Natalie were so compassionate and kind. This was an unexpected outcome for all of us, but Molly's kidneys had failed quite suddenly and there was no other option. Amazing place and wonderful staff, I can't thank them enough for caring about my boy and understanding how much he means to me. Had his vaccinations done 2 weeks ago, he developed a irritated cough that was worrying me and needed peace of mind. After managing to borrow money to take him back not only did they take amazing care of him they also chose not to charge me for the visit. Meant the world to me at a very difficult time in my life.

Good people my dog had an accident and ripped off his claw when I let him out for his morning constitutional. I didn't have an appointment but the nurses looked him over then got me to wait for the vet and I got in pretty quick. It was expensive buy thats the unfortunate case everywhere, and I don't think it would ha e been cheaper anywhere else. My pups doing good now still not sure how he got himself hurt in the first place

We have been taking our dog here since he was 8 weeks old. As he got to 1 year old he developed epilepsy, Dr Chris and all the staff have been soo amazing, from squeezing us in with emergencies to prescribing medication that has been amazing in helping our baby. Unfortunately there is always steps backwards with this evil disease, but Dr Chris and all the vet nurses are so caring and we owe all of our pups success to them ❤

Very caring and supportive vet they care about your pet like they are there own they explain everything to you and don't hurry you out the they helped my furbaby and us to understand he went in with a sore leg and after having all the treatment to find out what happening to find out it was bone cancer they stayed with me and made sure my boy Kingsley passed away peaceful with me I would holy stay with this vet

The vets and staff at this practice truly show sincerity and care for the animals they take. i’ve never had a vet practice call me to check up on my animal after they’ve been seen, and offer advice over the phone. Also truly amazing, they take emergency’s, and don’t charge you an arm and a leg just to make sure your baby is ok. thank you guys for taking care of my little ones so well!

We have had Dr. Christopher and the Reynella Veterinary clinic as our first preference for over 10 years. Over this time, Dr Chris, Vet Anna and Nurse Jenna have seen to 8 of our pets who were in various states of illness, each time providing a caring, diligent and high-quality service. I would highly recommend this clinic for your pet for all situations whether minor or critical.

Well honestly i like it better than the animal hospital down the road, the Vet is very intelligent and doesnt give the sence that money is more Important than the animal. The girls out the front are very nice and helpful and gotta give them credit on the bluurgh task of doodoo clean up in the office, done without a fuss. Great clean new building.

I had been going to a big name vet down the road and felt like I was beginning to get a run around & was just paying them hand over fist for their services. Jane & Chris are great and so helpful & caring. They're much better priced than the larger vet company and so much more personal. You're definitely NOT treated like a number here.

I've been taking my 11 yr old dog too Reynella Veterinary clinic, he's been on the same tablets for around 5 year's each time they insist on a prescription check up which is $35 + medication then they try to sell you their over priced Dog shampoo & call it a consultation and hit you with a $110 consultation fee...

I can't thank Chris and the rest of the staff enough at Reynella Veterinary clinic for going the extra mile when it came to caring for my Keira. They have been my regular vet for a long time but the way they helped in her time of need has solidified them as being my regular vet for a long time.

I had taken in an injured pidgeon to see if it could be spared or put down. When I mentioned that a fox had been in our backyard in the past and a kangaroo one of the the staff started spouting off about her hatred of foxes and said she was glad for every dead fox she sees on the road .

We were able to come straight in to see the vet straight away to address our dogs skin issue. The reception team, nurses and vet were amazing. The best vet experience we have ever had. Also cheaper than other vets in the past. This clinic will now be our regular. Thanks guys!

Have been useing Rynella veterinary clinic for over 16 years will never change. They care about the clients 110 percent. We live over an hour away and still choose to use them. Dr. Chris is wonderful and my puppy is always so excited and happy to visit the vet.

Reynella vet was excellent with my cat. Excellent vets with great knowledge and very friendly and helpful. My cat is on the right medication for his thyroid condition and is doing well.

They were overly expensive in the quote I asked for on C Section over $1500 more than I usually get it done for. And there is no true 24hr emergency care in the southern area for pets.
