I like how this place is open until 1am!! You read that right!! 1 AM!! If you ever find yourself in one of those "OMG I need a new outfit right now" kinda of deals, you go here. Being one of those bargain places, you're going to get what you paid for but at least you know there's gonna be a variety. You can piece together an outfit just by running through a few racks and bingo, bango, bongo - you're good to go. I really wish sometimes I would wash the stuff before wearing it out, but hey - sometimes you're just stuck in that moment. Parking is a breeze, but oof sometimes the line... these lines!!! I don't know why checking out of these places takes SOOO long. But it is what it is!

Not much of a variety of stores or restaurants to choose from. Everything is spread far apart if you are walking. It's only a block away from the Rio Vista trolley stop on the green line and it's near the Veteran's Mission Valley clinic. I first visited Ross but was overwhelmed by the disarray of the merchandise. It's extremely hard to find what you are looking for and the lines was long and extremely slow moving. The customer service was very friendly though!

Rio Vista Shopping Center is fun, it's trendy, great for people watching, eating, strolling around, being entertained, and of course shopping. We usually come here and go straight to the American Girl Store, eat, then go home. Today we also enjoyed the Farmers Market and the complimentary double decker bus ride from one end of Rio Vista Shopping Center to the other. Total travel time maybe 5 minutes. It was super fun though!!!

I had a fantastic experience at this location Chantalle and Oscar were extremely helpful. I liked walking in and exploring without feeling harassed or pressured to buy like other vendors I went to. The product I bought was much more affordable than other places and this one includes pull out bed and a storage bin. They delivered within 2 days and the movers were friendly and fastidious. I will def purchase other products here

Had to go to T-Mobile for a couple different reasons and each time I have gone I had the privilege of getting help from “Rudy” - she is so wonderful and very professional I appreciate all that she has done . Also , around the corner is a Taco Shop / restaurant named Sombreros- it’s definitely worth going to. They have been around for years and well you know who doesn’t like Mexican Food haha.

They have opened a new huge wine store and liquor store there that has everything you could dream of there's also a new restaurant going in that is called the breakfast place I don't know anything about that yet but worth the try and of course Jersey Mike's is there which is always pretty good sandwich and there's a clinic there also and a party supply store so it has a little bit of everything

Nice shopping center. Looks like its all brand new. Had to bring my wife to the Urgent Care here. She was first in line when we got there, and was done in less than an hour!!! They've also been super-friendly and helpful; making follow-up calls to make sure she's alright, even days later. She had a sub from the shop next door and had lots of good things to say about it as well.

Out in the corner of this shopping center is a grand store that sells all kinds of liquor. The many different versions of one spirit, Total Wine and more has like 3000 different kinds of brands, flavored, and distilled. Very friendly employees and knowledgeable. Highly recommend your come here for your next event, party,or on a low budget Friday.

What they did to this place to make it a great little breakfast joint and establish an awesome vibe was just incredible. I was pleasantly surprised by the look and feel, with electric furnishings and fun decor. The menu was very unique, with vegan options and dishes you won't see at every other breakfast place. A home run and glad it's nearby.

Great shopping center but parking can be a bit of a challenge depending on the time of day. I'd say that its probably best to get there early to your shopping done seeing that department stores there are well known and are supported by both the middle and upper middle class of society. This assessment isn't fact but was made from observation.

It's a shopping center on the river. Ha. This is a big box market place. Ikea, Costco, Lowe's. Etc. There are a few smaller shops , mostly food of some sort. This is a destination shopping area. I always come here something specific from a big store. Don't fret though, just to the rest is a plethora of every store possible.

Love this place. It's got some good stores, cheap food options, and the traffic is never too bad. It's near my house so I get a lot out of it. The Ross and TJ Maxx usually have good stock and pleasant staff and the Jersey Mike's is great. I also really like the Super Cuts, it's rarely busy and the staff are very friendly.

I like the office Depot here so that's the only basis of my rating. The Ross is very full often and I don't like crowds but it looks like any other. The food is good in the Thai place awful in the Mexican one. The Indian I didn't like but it was my first time trying Indian food. The American and Greek I haven't tried yet.

20 minute transaction that look over 1 hour. Incompetent tellers and a very rude manager that should be fired! I would give 0 stars if I could. They should be ashamed of themselves for the subpar treatment of our military heros. I hope other Navy Federal branches have better trained and supervised employees. Shameful!

It's pretty small and limited for a shopping center, not particularly clean and doesn't have many stores that stand out. Parking isn't horrible though, I've never had trouble finding a spot, but maybe it's because I only go late, but kind of suspecting it's because this place isn't the most popular shipping spot.

Well planned amount of parking. Almost all of the spots are close to whatever store you'll be visiting. My only issue is that it's not easily seen from Friars Rd or any of the other bordering streets and isn't well lit durning later hours. It would also be benificial to have better signage for the center itself.

Coming here it's very Relaxing & joyful its a Place were i would love too live in my Future yup it's Fantastically Relaxing i come here a lot's of times peaceful for Sure yes in Deed this is going to be my Next Feature House in Rio Vista i Love it very Much …

Wish it was more pedestrian friendly with more entertainment options instead of all the big box stores. Something along the lines of a Dave & Busters here would have been way better than a furniture store. Maybe change will come once the pedestrian bridge to Civita is constructed across Friars Road.

Side dishes are good than main entree.., I ordered individual vege pizza with side of salad and bread sticks.. Too sauce salad balanced with fresh bread.. pizza is just taken from frozen and toasted like subway oven and throw over my table.... I feel like eating dry grass over my plate..

Went to Navy Federal here. Have been to some of the other stores before. The parking lot always seems 1/2 full even when it's not busy so I'm guessing at peak times parking might be an issue. I won't be letting you know because I'm going to avoid running into that issue.

I visited the Ross at this shopping center and will definitely be going back. The shopping center itself is easy to navigate but parking was insane when I visited in the afternoon. Biggest Ross I know of besides the one downtown, and I saw a TJ Maxx Home Goods there too

Why do we rate strip malls? They're almost all the same! And it's the stores you go for?? New and modern with lots of parking. Access is a little awkward. Stores include Part City, TJMaxx/Home Goods, Living Spaces. Restaurants include Luna Grill, O's, and others.

Poor experience bc there wasn't anything there I needed...except food and it was awful! (Thai food was so bad I will never return!) BTW I am an extensive world traveler, highly educated, and normally not opinionated. This experience was so bad I want to warn ppl.

For buying clothing there's ROSS. For haircuts there's SUPERCUTS. For office supplies there's OFFICE DEPOT. My main reason to go here is for the various choices of eateries, such as O's, Wendy's, Epic Wings & Things, Sombrero's, Poke Co and Jersey Mike's.

The plaza has few stores like ross and tjmaxx and restaurants. It had plenty parking space. Chinese and some other restaurants for quick bite and at least one Indian/ Pakistani (?) restaurant. The new tjmaxx/homegoods store is clean and nicely organized.

This Place is very spacious and very distance from each department stores, lmagine Disabled persons in wheelchair, loading and unloading from a car, not suitable, for persons in this stage of traveling. But still a very nice place to visit, JY.

Just changed my 4 stars to 1. I recently started going to the barber on midway and the difference is palpable. New barber showed me what good customer service really is. Plus, this old place could never figure out how to cut around my cowlick.

Overall clean, a decent amount of shops and in a good location close to the mall. Depending on your need this might or might not have everything for you. If you live nearby it is a great place to pick up goods, get a haircut and get some food.

Not as crazy as the giant shopping centers and malls. Parking usually fine if you're willing to walk a bit. Have only seen lines at Ross or TJ Maxx/Home Goods on special sales/shipping days (Black Friday, weekend before Thanksgiving or Xmas)

A nice small shopping center in the middle of the giant mall stores in Mission Valley. Home Goods and TJ Max stores are here. Nice large parking lot. Well kept and clean. Good selection of small shops with several furniture shops as well.

They have the best ross in San Diego and a few other great stores like tj max/ home goods. Plenty of parking, I would suggest going in the morning it's less crowded and easier to shop in the afternoon it gets pretty packed and very busy.

Living spaces is our one stop shop for all of our furnishing needs. Friendly, helpful staff. Some items can be on the high side of cost. We often find good valued items. We have decorated several rooms of the house from this one store.

I probably turned around inn the parking lot or something. Great parking lot. No nails in my tires or anything. I didn't get robbed so that's better than most parking lots I think. I seriously don't care for how much I'm being tracked.

Nice, not so crowded with some good selection of discount stores like TJ max and Ross, office supply store and living spaces. I think on the other side of the street there some nice beauty&hair centers. I think party city is there too.

They have TJ MAXX, and a Ross there is also a Wendy's and a wing joint and a couple of other places like t mobile overall because of the clothing stores its a good convenient shopping center there is also plenty of parking.

I gave this a four star because the only place I visit or frequent is Navy Federal Credit Union. It's great. It's very accessible to all who need to do banking especially if you're a Navy Federal customer. Ample parking.

It's a shopping plaza, nothing special about it. They do need some handicapped spots down by the food shops. Watch out for people taking shortcuts across parking spots and not looking out for people driving down a lane.

Dogs and free coffee in living spaces, great selection printers and computers in Office Depot, Ross and Home Goods, SAS shoes, Party Town and many fun places to eat. Rio Vista is excellent parking, shopping and eating!

I like shopping in Ross because of it's good prices. This branch seems bigger and has more things to choose from compared to the others. Good spot to spend free time and get some stuffs without spending too much.

Actually took care of my charity case to TJ Maxx to get a ring 2 minutes before they close on a Sunday evening after Black Friday living spaces looks cool I don't think I can afford anything in there...:)

Just any typical shopping center that has a necessity stores maybe some extra special upkeep care around but other than that it still has everything you need if you're looking for a shopping center

Parking is consistently very good here, and there are good stores here. However, this location could use more diverse store types including a quality supermarket like Sprouts or Trader Joes.

I'm taking away 2 stars from being harassed by pan handlers and the fact that homeless camp in all the outdoor seating and smoke making my time to relax with my tea and the paper impossible

Loved the going from place to place set out rather than enclosed in.. kinda looked but was glad the weather was sunny and warm...totally enjoyed it! The Shopping was the enjoyment …

You all know how good the food is here no matter how many times the name changes. What made it more special for me this time was the super friendly staff who couldn't have been nicer.

Small which is good for me and machines all worked well with no issues but I wish it had at least one restroom. Otherwise I may continue to use this laundromat. We shall see..

Great location. Right by the 8 and 805 so you can go to or from pretty much anywhere in San Diego from here. There's enough parking, and there's a good variety of shops here.

I love their interior decor section. It's always updated and have what I want, I was tempted to buy the whole store but I finally left with a mirror for my personal gym.

Visited Living Spaces looking for a headboard and the salesperson Ignacio was super friendly and helpful.. will definitely come back for other home furnishings needs..

Nice location to get a lot of items for yourself and house. I'd avoid it on Saturdays, both times I went there on Saturdays they were packed with lines out the doors.

Big mall, huge comic book store, lots of things to see. Hard to say anything negative. Clean and well maintained. Always fun to see what is going on down that way.

Pretty solid plaza for some of the odds and end shopping. The parking is plentiful, but be prepared for a hike at peak times. A few dinning options as well.

Everthing was great until the self checkouts appeared. With the $$$ you spend in there they should not have self checkouts!! I ll be going to Trader Joe's!

I have no problem with the stores and a variety of stores are great the only thing it is there parking is a mess I drive a big truck and parking it is hell

Always fun to browse this mall. Was very surprised to see that there is a urgent care located in the north east side of the mall that I never knew about.

Every store is good but living spaces; one of their sales personnel tried to pull a fast one on us, got caught, and we walked right out. They are shady.

Great and fast place for lunch time if you work in the area. Lots of choices, lots of seating, tons of parking, and easy location to get in and out of.

Unfortunately this shopping center is pretty much dead it's a very unique location however just never has produced a lot of viable shopping outlets

This location is so convenient. Drive ten minutes in any location and there's another nearby shopping center with any store you can think of.

Sensory overload between Total Wine and More and TJ Maxx-Homegoods store..... like Disneyland... you need more than two days to see it all!

The olace has plenty of parking spaces, huge funiture store, good places to have a good meal, and plenty of casual shopping.

It's a great Shopping Center but you need to have full pocket of money to shop very well what's quality and brand name stuff

Although this strip mall is relavitely med sized, the service is incredible, all stores have wonderful, helpful employees.

Nordstrom Rack, Bloomingdales/discount, Marshalls, DSW...many other shopping opportunities plus some great places to eat.

I went to the new Total Wines store. FANTASTIC! HUGE, Great selection and a great big humidor for us cigar afficinados.
