Very unprofessional place to do business with. Allegedly purchased a new fridge from them to have it not functioning not less than a week. Called to have issue resolved with a manager but clearly per worker “Diana” she couldn’t even provide me manager name. Went even to the store and had worker “Sandra” have me call the next business day to fix my issue with company of appliance. Have been going with them now almost a week and just have me the round around. If they clearly do not care for the customers they should stop calling and bothering acting like they would resolve my issue. Would not recommend this location or business to do any business.

Romo Mattress & Furniture is absolutely the best place to shop for furniture. They have a beautiful selection of furniture to chose from at great prices.Beautiful bedroom & dinette sets.mattresses that are excellent in quality. They also have really nice speakers & the lamps & rugs are just beautiful! I mean everything in this store is just beautiful! I recommend them very highly if you’re in need of furniture, mattresses, dinette’s etc. I‘ve been shopping here for a while now & I really love this place. The customer service is excellent.❤️

Satisfied with our purchase. Just as an fyi, they provide financing companies as a recommendation but that doesn't mean that whatever payment complications may occur are their fault. I've seen comments about this and it is unfair to blame others. Also, they are friendly and attentive. Make sure you know that some things are the last ones they have. It is also unfair to say furniture was damaged when it was already like that before purchase. Check your furniture well before buying.

Furniture we bought for $2700 looked very good and is comfortable but the stitching started coming loose in less than a month. The store says all sales are final and refused to provide any real assistance even though all we were asking for is the stitching be repaired. Instead, I had to go pay out of pocket to get it fixed. Check all fabric stitching on furniture purchased there immediately upon delivery and document it, otherwise they will not fix a problem

Customer service is great HOWEVER PEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT WHEN SIGNING!!! They are not liable if your property is damaged or if the furniture does not fit!! You have to pay 25% OF WHAT YOU PAYED TO CANCEL OR EVEN RETURN THE FURNITURE!! AND THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR ANYTHING!!!

10/10. My mom and I went to get a dining room set. They have so many options and great prices as well. I’m starting to build my credit here, and their amazing staff were able to help me out with that. I will definitely be going back to purchase my vanity! I recommend this place to everyone.
