I would give Adam 7 stars but 5 is the maximum. My story is pretty incredible but it happened anyway. The hero of the day: Adam from Royal Rentals. I am from the Netherlands. For a long weekend in the UK with my son I decided to rent a Ferrari. After some research I chose to rent from CLASSIC PARADE. Mr Andrew Brown from CLASSIC PARADE was nice and helpful but my money (10k GBP, 12k €) didn't show up on his end for 2 weeks, then "the bank has frozen the money". So 2 days before the rental would start he emails me that the Ferrari is no longer available, do I want a refund? What? I don't have a car and I need one in 2 days! I had been in contact with ROYAL RENTALS at the beginning of my reasearch, they gave me good vibes & were very quick to respond so I contacted them again: do you still have the Ferrari Portofino M available? Yes we do, will make 100% sure and be back with you. Now it is 1 day before my rental is needed, the pressure is on. Adam calls me, I tell him another company failed to deliver. His first response: O no, it wasn't Classic Parade was it? Yes it was..... They're a well known scam! Adam believed me and worked with me to get me a great Ferrari experience after the debacle with Classic Parade. All day long we have been fighting banks, credit cards and what not to get some form of payment from me to them. At least 6 attempts failed and yet Adam kept believing me(!). In the end a derelict credit card from a former company of me (....) turned out to be the solution (rent). The security deposit was reduced to half so I could get that in cash. Nobody else would have believed this story, nobody else would have helped me this far, nobody else would have saved my day on such short notice! Adam turned out to be a fantastic human being who wanted to help me desparately and give me a GREAT rental experience and GREAT Ferrari experience. The Ferrari? It was a pristine FERRARI PORTOFINO M, what a car! We had a great weekend & the Ferrari was definitely the icing on the cake. One last time: ROYAL RENTALS is a fantastic company run by great people with a heart for their business and their customers. RECOMMENDED 10:10 P.S. don't send money to Andre Brown from the non-existent company Classic Parade! You'll lose it.

One of my oldest friends advised me that he was very ill indeed, and I asked him if I could do anything for him. He replied there was nothing. I asked him if I could get him anything, and he replied “a Ferrari“LOL I purchased a large model and sent this to him, and he was extremely happy, and very pleased. I then tried to find out if I could rent a Ferrari and I was very lucky because I got on to royal rentals. I explained the situation to Adam and he was really helpful and sympathetic to my needs. I did hire a Ferrari only for a few hours, as I expected my friend to only be able to maybe sit in it for a few minutes and enjoy the experience, and maybe take photographs with him and his wife, which would’ve been a lovely memory for her. As it was not known whether my friend would be in a good position, healthwise, or on a bad day, Adam kept in constant contact with me until the delivery date, The car arrived with Ricky as the driver. My friend was absolutely gobsmacked and took a double dose of painkiller and Ricky gave him the happiest hours that he enjoyed for many long day. He allowed to my friend, too include friends and neighbours in his enjoyment, and he said that for all the things I could’ve done for him this was the best he said that Ricky made the whole experience really comfortable and enjoyable. I have to say that at the end of the day, a car is just a car, no matter how grand and posh it is. From the moment I contacted Royal Rentals, I realized that I was dealing with a professional company that were truly passionate about what they do and do focus on customer experience. I was getting replies to my queries quickly as they are open and responsive 24/7 in the WhatsApp . Despite I contacted them at 10 PM, I was able to confirm availability and pay the initial deposit to hold the Car and they were willing to deliver the Car to my place within the same night (It was a lifesaver, as I had to drive out of London early morning the next day) . The requirements around what documents you need to provide were explained clearly and were thorough, yet reassuring in some way, this is supercar hiring done right. During the rent, they contacted me to ensure that everything is Allright. I had planned to hire for 4 days, but due to circumstances I had to return it in 2 days, so they are openly understood my case and collected the car. Having a brand new Land Roner SVR Carbon for rental allowed me to really get to experience it, drive to other Cities, and show it to a few friends and family. For the first rental collected in person, In my Hotel location, they went through all the terms of the rental, the details of insurance etc and clearly explained all the necessary paperwork. This does take about 20 minutes, so it is a perfect service. I would highly recommend Royals Rentals for every car rent seekers who are looking for Brand new luxurious and Sport cars and a fast perfect service with a hassle free rental.

I'm looking to spend £5-7k on a vehicle hire and subsequently shopping around. This guy called Adam basically told me that my enquiry has been submitted 6 times to their head office and swore really badly at me then said "yes you heard me" and then disconnected the call. Clearly he has no fleet of his own and has contacted all the companies who I have already directly contacted to try and broker a deal and made an embarrassment of himself. Absolutely do not trust this company or any other businesses displaying his mobile phone number. ***UPDATE*** The business has tried to claim it was not them but it is DEFINITELY Adam from Royal Rentals who swore at me, not the first review that shows he can be aggressive to people when questioned or things don't go his way, and now lying to cover himself to try to save his reputation. I'd rather give my business directly to Platinum Executive Travel or Eminence in Birmingham than pay a broker fee to him!

Called in inquiring about renting a Rolls Royce for 1 week and spoke to Adam, he was nice at first but once I started asking questions for verification that the vehicles they said they have were real he started getting mad at me and being very disrespectful telling me that I was being rude and offensive for asking for verification that the vehicles were real as I was looking to spend a large amount of money with them and wanted to make sure I was actually getting what I was paying for. Terrible experience overall and very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend them.

I needed to spend a few days with a car to help decide if i wanted to buy it and after a quick phone call i received an Incredibly prompt service, hassle free set up and an immaculate vehicle delivered to my door in under 24 hours. Was always on the other end of the phone, polite and respectful and reasonably priced. Cannot fault their service at all and will most likely use them again should I need to get my hands on a luxury car for one reason or another. Best luxury car hire company I've used so far.

The guys at Royal Rentals were brilliant, polite and professional. They were everything you'd want when hiring from a rental company and you can put your trust in them. I hired the G63 and it was incredible, the company takes care of the cars and made sure it was valeted before it was given out. They were always available to speak to over the phone if I ever had a query. Definitely will be using their services again.
