I visited this convenience store to buy a few American lollies and a packet of cigarettes for my partner. Unfortunately when we got home, we realised the packet of cigarettes was OPEN and was missing 7. We were both so shocked and couldn't believe the cashier would do such a thing - steal from a paying customer. So disappointing and completely illegal. Please avoid this convenience store if you can.

Hideous customer service. Told them the stock they were selling goes off in 2 days and he told me it was the manufacturer date. However, a product can not be made two days in the future. Then proceeded to sell us out of date products and that they don’t rotate their stock and refuses to give us new ones and told us to leave.

I had such a horrible and disgusting experience today I wanted to get tampons quickly because I was working and my manager gave me 5 minutes so I came here because it’s near me. They wanted to charge me $15 for a small box that I get for $5 or less anywhere else… Men profiting out of women’s NEEDS. Disgusting.

I was went there last Saturday to buy a pack of cigs, don’t mind they charge a bit more because of long trading hours and location. However, $12 expensive than OTR for a 20 pack cigs, you joking? Rude service, No price list on cigs cabinet, refuse to give receipt. Don’t go there

They are selling American stuff in Australia. Cost is lil bit high but its okay for the american snacks
