I had a fantastic experience renting a car from this car rental office, and I must say that one employee, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and efficient, making the rental process a breeze. The rental car was clean and well-maintained, and I had no issues during my entire rental period. However, the standout of my experience was the employee helping us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different car options and helped me select the perfect vehicle for my needs. He was also very patient in explaining (even in Italian) the rental agreement to me and answering all of my questions. Moreover, when I returned the rental car, he took the time to ask about my rental experience and whether I had any feedback for the office. His friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills made my experience at this car rental office truly outstanding. Overall, I highly recommend this car rental office and its exceptional employee, for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable car rental experience.

Excellent customer service, helpful staff since initial collection and later on assisting on the situation. However the Hammersmith Novotel car park has extremely low ceiling, it is not suitable for big cars to be parked and handover there. The car can easily be damaged by water pipes / metal signs from the top. No reminder / warning was given to customer driving a big car. I’ve rented from other SIXT branch with reasonably decent carpark. We spent 1.5 hours to collect the car due to untimely communication between carpark and branch. A car that we booked for was sitting inside the car park, but not shown on the branch computer. We were handed over the wrong vehicle (MUCH BIGGER), had to walk back up to the branch (as car park staff said they can’t help with booking matter), and wait for the right one to be cleaned. All of these were due to SIXT made an assumption that everyone can drive a 9-seater big van (VW Transporter), without asking if the customer want such an upgrade from a medium size 7-seater (VW Caddy).

Went to collect my pre-booked car (booked on the 1st) today and was told it had been cancelled!!! , as this was untrue, I asked them to check. After a very long wait I was told it was indeed cancelled but they did not know who cancelled it.!! After further discussion I was sent to Shepherds Bush to collect my replacement booked car. and an email was being sent to Elenora to confirm this change of plan . On arrival, I was told that she was sick and they had no means of opening her mail. They attempted to call Hammersmith with no success. I then spent a lot of time waiting with no offer of help, in fact at this stage they did not want to know!! I was left with no other option but to leave minus my car and considerably out of pocket. This company does not rate one star and I question their operating procedures as there do not seem to be any!. Avoid this company at all costs judging from my experience. On reflection I realise that I was lied to and sent on a wild gooser chase.

Perfect! Elona was brilliant, lovely and welcoming, made the whole process very quick, simple and easy. No faff, hassle or waiting around, and even gave me a free upgrade. Price was also cheaper than the competition. Car was an almost brand new Kia Ceed which was great, well spec'd and included sat nav. The cars are located in an underground car park round the corner but it's very well signposted and easy to find the right area. Overall completely stress-free and probably my best car rental experience ever! I thought Enterprise was good but I'll be using Sixt from now on

Strongly advise against renting a car from this place. The pickup process is far from ideal as you're directed to a poorly lit garage, making it challenging to thoroughly inspect the car for damages. What exacerbates the situation is the absence of any staff members to assist or address concerns during the pickup. A lack of proper communication channels adds frustration to the experience. Overall, a disappointing and inconvenient car rental experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

If there are less than one star I will give. I book via online then it gets confirmed. After that when I reach the branch they told me your car with the other branch shepherd bush. When I go there they force me to take upgraded category or they will cancel my confirmed booking!!!???. Finally without inform me they cancel my booking!!?? They have zero Professionalism. I feel very bad that I deal with SIXT

Really outstanding service. I turned up on Sunday 12th having reserved a specific vehicle only to realise I’d mistakenly booked the rental for a week later. The team speedily found a solution for the same price that I’m sure was a lot harder to sort out than they made it seem. Delighted with the service, the car provided and the overall ease. Will definitely book again with Sixt Hammersmith.

Amazing location, pleasant staff. Very helpful.no complications while booking. Their full cover insurance is Much more expensive than Avis and hertz! I did mention that to them, many times. On the positive though they Offer to include petrol top up with the price. Drop off location is very convenient and secure. The car range is so impressive and kept at excellent condition.

Excellent rental, the price was really cheap at £120 for four days and they upgraded me to a 2021 Audi Q2, which had some optional extras. When looking at other companies, their competitors prices were priced around £180 and the car that they gave me would have been around £280. The young lady at reception was very polite, quick and professional. Would recommend them.

I had a great time early on a Sunday morning and the young chap, Yaya was his name -who was new at his job was super helpful! The car I had booked was not available so he gave me a better car with no charge. Then when I went to the garage to pick it up I realised the back seat was too tight for my children. So I went back again and got a new SUV and all went great.

Highly recommended, My experience was with a Mini Countryman S Automatic, car that I recomend, was my first time driving in uk and this car is very easy to drive and full equiped, good price with all the extras and very good conditions by Sixt. Efficient, reliable and no hassle process, and the car was great and super clean! Arrived at 5pm on a Friday -- after another car rental company failed to hand over the car I'd booked (to go on holiday next day) -- Elona swiftly sorted it out and took all the stress out. The car i have chosen wasn't available to the employee in the branch offered me an upgrade which I have accepted for just £22 additional price per day. This difference has been paid by me altogether with the deposit for £365 in total.
