Great clean well stocked layout.BUT I can't believe that they started to MOP the store whilst people still there. It was half an hour before closing...no signs saying wet surface that you are supposed to display, so whilst trying to tip toe and not slip, my daughter who is on CRUTCHES got to the doorway and slipped...needless to say she nearly went down, having a broken hip if she did more damage salamanca fresh would be paying for surgery!!! Come on people use your brains that's an opening for being sued

Because I shop for others I need a receipt. Other stores always give me one or at least always ask, but not here. The onus is on me every time to ask for my receipt which is annoying and inconvenient when I forget. Also like anywhere they make mistakes and often specials are charged full price which I can point out when I have one. It’s annoying enough that I often prefer to drive a little further and shop elsewhere where receipts are given automatically with purchases.

Great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables that well presented. The smallgoods are excellent as are the fresh meats from the in house butcher. A wide variety is available in the dairy section including local Tasmanian milks and cheeses. Bakery items are from renowned Hobart bakers. Friendly service, easy parking. More expensive than your average supermarket but you are paying for variety and quality.

I was just in the shop and there was no music playing, it made for such a calm and relaxing shopping experience, I wanted to stay longer. I used to work here (in the other building before it got knocked down) and they would play the same CD over and over all day and it really got to me, I still have those same songs stuck in my head and it’s 12 years later. I way prefer a silent shop.

Great range & layout but wow, Violet couldn’t be ruder if she tried. I said hello, she said nothing. Asked if I’d like a bag “that would be great please”… no bag. I asked if I could grab that bag, she said “they are 25c”. Paid. Thanked her again. Nothing. Not even the bare minimum of customer service skills, if you hate your job, maybe leave?

The store has plenty of stock, the store is well laid out and the staff are quite friendly. Unfortunately my partner purchased steak from there following my recommendation and after getting it home we discovered that we were sold the wrong meat that she asked and paid for. She was charged for scotch fillet and we actually got porterhouse.

Quality products with plenty of variety, great staff who are friendly, clean, and modern store. The only thing I can fault is the checkout area, although there's plenty of checkout stations it's always confusing at busy times as to where you should line up or who's in line that aside it's great and a real asset to the bellerive area.

I've been shopping here for quite a while. Great range of goods. Fresh produce. Lots of Tasmanian made goods. Wonderful selection of local meats at the deli. Friendly, helpful staff. And a bigger. Brand new store under construction, so more space and carparking.... overall fantastic shopping experience.....

Great produce, great staff and fantastic to see a team of individuals who obviously take pride in their job and workplace. Always tidy ,always restocking and keeping shelves full plus seeing everyone sticking to a uniform that's well presented makes it easy to understand why these guys are so popular.

Love this shop, discovered it a couple of weeks ago. So much nicer than the big chains. Very convenient to have a butcher in house and one can buy a small amount of meat rather than the vacuum packed stuff at woollies! The bread counter is great and I today noticed fresh seafood available also.

A small local supermarket with a good selection of items including excellent cheeses and deli items. Good selection of local fruit and vegetables. Some items not found in the two major supermarket chains. A larger store under construction, opening soon.

This was an excellent supermarket. They had food items you can't normally buy in supermarkets including niche brands and locally made produce. The bakery down the back corner makes some delicious cakes including a really good vanilla slice.

My mum and I were absolutely appalled at the level of customer service. One worker was talking on her mobile whilst moving boxes and then almost knocked my mum over and didn't even apologise. The customer service from all the other staff

Hi bought kilo of Tiger prawns this week from this store had to be the worst prawns I have ever bought prawns with no taste no thank you should have took em back ate 4 try to Currie the rest still not too good

Great little store if you want to escape the stress of shopping in a big supermarket and great quality produce. Fantastic place to shop if you're after anything special for guests or just to treat yourself.

Really impressed!!! Good car parking , a lot of spaces! Great New look inside ! All the fresh vegetables, fruits , meats,and bakery . No wonder they are FRESH!
