This is my first review on Google+. I am signing up for an account to share my story because I think it is important that others have the information I do about Sam's Save yourself the extra time and stress, and do not buy appliances from Sam's. If I could give this place zero or negative stars then I would. I paid $65 extra just for delivery to my house two miles away and the washer and dryer I received were in terrible shape. The washer shakes itself across the room until it finds a wall. When the washer is running it sounds like a train is going through my home. The dryer has a short and electrocutes me if I touch something like a metal screw or hinge. Also, the timer doesn't work so the dryer runs indefinitely until I manually turn it off. Of course, Sam's would only offer to repair the washer/dryer if I brought them back (which I paid to avoid doing). Update: I gave in and transported the washer and dryer back to Sam's. They gave me a different set and they work pretty OK. Don't bother paying for delivery and just plan on taking on the burden of transportation.

Nice selection of appliances. Had a stove delivered and realized they didn't change out the power cord to match the outlet. I was able to swap out cords with no hassle. Will definitely come back.

Low quality product, I googled the twin mattress from chicago mattress only to find out they are used. They refurbish an old mattress with a new cover.

Lots to choose from. Fair prices

All in all great reused store.
