By design, Samsung has prevented customers from accessing support when there are problems with their products. I purchased a Samsung S23 Ultra phone less than a year ago. The issues started when one day it simply did not turn on. That is when I found out their website does not allow you to easily access support. Many links are not functional and it cycles a person back to the landing page. I learned there were no physical stores to go to. I live in Edmonton which has a population of over a million people, so this is unusual. Customers with complaints are eventually directed to peak to a representative in the Executive Customer Relations department. A customer is told this is the highest level of intervention. They have standard responses that are not aimed at addressing the heart of a customer's concerns. Their process takes customers in endless circles with no end. I have already taken my phone in for servicing. There were issues with the addressing this problem. I spend over two hours with the staff at a third party mobile repair shop. They kept the phone for a week and gave it back. I was given no information on what was done and there was no documentation provided. When I called Samsung directly, they indicated there was nothing wrong with the phone. Now the camera is not working. I have learned it is a known problem with the phone but Samsung is not addressing this. I tried all troubleshooting including a factory reset to try and remedy the problem. I have no confidence going though Samsung to once again try and have this phone repaired. I have repeatedly asked for a refund or replacement at this point. There is enough wrong with this phone to warrant it. I have paid a great deal of money for this phone and issues have prevented it from being reliable. If the battery is too low, I cannot use the phone at all until it has been fully charged. It is a dud phone. To make matters worse, Samsung is not addressing these issues responsibly.

The camera and mic were not working on my S20FE which was still under warranty. The samsung phone service sent me to the experience store. They kept my phone for 3 days and said they can not repair it under warranty because it has a bend in it and I have to pay for it!!! My phone was flat and in perfect condition physically, it had absolutely no bend. One of the girls working there laid the phone on the table and tipped my phone with her finger and said see it is not straight, I then told her, that of course it will wiggle because of the camera that sticks out on the back?!?!?!?!?! They lied and refused to fix it. They send phones to repair to the Mobile Klinik which is also in the southgate mall. After dealing with Samsung Experience, I went to the Mobile Klinik and asked the employee who diagnosed my phone if he can explain to me how there is a bend in it. He then put my phone screen down on a table and twisted it. My phone kept turning, and he said that this is how you can tell that the phone is bent. Next, I went to the place where I bought my phone, I told them the story. I asked them if I can see a S20FE and try to turn it, and it kept turning too. It has nothing to do with a bend! Mobile Klinik and Samsung Experience are shamelessly lying to their customers! The place where I bought my phone sent my phone to their repair center and they said that the motherboard needed to be changed. It took about 4 weeks, but they fixed my phone within warranty, and now my phone is working beautifully again. They did not say anything about a bend and they did not try to somehow get me to pay, they were honest and did the right thing. (I bought my phone from the Virgin kiosk at Costco)

They are liers. They gave wrong info to the customers. I got One phone case from them and they charge me $40 for that For a silicon case. They told me that This case has a warranty And if something wrong with that, you can change it anytime. I called them today after a few months. And they said that there was no warranty on that case. There was a misunderstanding you bought a phone protector we told that there is a protection on that protector not on that case. When I got the case from them. I asked the guy. Can I change it because I don't like the color he said no. We cannot change it for you and today. When I called, he said that you have a 14 day warranty. If you wanna change it so same store, Same guys, but no proper information coming out for the customers. Bloody liars

I want to be clear, I'm only writing a review here because I have no where else to review my Samsung product experience. the customer service is great at this store and I also have all Samsung products, from the phone and watch, to the earbuds and laptop. I only have one issue, my galaxybook pro 360 is having a lot of issues! I consistently get booting errors and the blue screen of death. I sent it in for repair and I continue to have the same issue! Worst part is that this all started happening a week after my extended warranty ended. If this is the quality of Samsung's top tier laptops after only TWO YEARS of use then I can not recommend these galaxybooks to anyone!!! Especially when my sister's MacBook has been running with no issues for 10 YEARS!!!

Well not even 3 years old dryer has quit we usually but extended warranty but seems we forgot now this dryer has 3 computers at a cost of over 300 ea Samsung will do nothing and don’t care so buyers be aware no not buy Samsung after speaking to many friends they tell us now that Samsung was just a piece of junk even repair say they do more repairs on Samsung and Lg than any other sad lesson

Went in today's as vouchers were never produced explained my purchase date did not qualify. I got the phone pre sale and before the actual release...

This large kiosk is the central distribution hub for Samsung mobility in Edmonton. The staff is very knowledgeable and helped me get the charging port S23 Ultra to function. It's definitely worth a visit as buying the phone directly from Samsung offers the best value over a carrier.

Received a flip phone for Christmas and quickly accumulated 8 issues with it. Trying to get them rectified has been ridiculously frustrating. Will never buy samsung again as they do not support their products.
