After buying wireless headphones plus a Visions extended warranty ($10), it took weeks to get a replacement through online customer service when they eventually broke and stopped pairing. Ultimately, after jumping through hoops to file a warranty claim, I had to get another brand. Then, one week after the replacement ones wouldn't hold a charge, the South Edmonton manager refused to allow another exchange, saying that I already used my warranty. She told me I needed to pay out of pocket for new headphones and that if I wanted the same brand/pair, I would have to drive myself to St. Albert (40 minutes from my house) to grab a pair. Seriously, the entire discussion is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Overall, I am surprised that Visions is still open based on how unprofessional they operate their customer service. The female manager at the South Edmonton location could care less about solving problems, just using these situations to boost her sales numbers towards her monthly quota. Ultimately, I walked away with no headphones and got shorted the money for the purchase and the warranty. If you shop for any products this company sells, I'd recommend any other store in the country, including Wal-Mart, since Visions, especially the South Edmonton location, could care less about you.

Hello! On Friday, November 17, 2023, I brought my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 truck in for the installation of a remote starter, which my wife had purchased from another source. my son had recommended Visions to me as the best in this field. I took his advice, and, to my great pleasure, I felt treated royally. The department manager, Mike, is one of the nicest young men I have ever met, and he is a distinct asset to his profession and to your company, due to his vast knowledge and professionalism. Thank you for employing him. The technician who worked tirelessly on my vehicle, Ryan, is someone your company cannot afford to be without. He is a very valuable asset, as well. Mike's young assistant, Dil, is a pleasant young fellow, and, with a bit more experience, will become a greet employee. Thanks again to Mike and Visions for a tremendously pleasant afternoon. You have a very happy customer in me, and I will, definitely, spread the word about your excellent service. Thanks again. Ty Parkinson

Wish I could leave a no star review. Originally bought 2 dash cam units from St Albert store. We got the front and back camera package as it was cheaper than the 1 camera package and included the hardwiring kit. Install was quicker at the Southside location. Ended up there only to come back for our vehicle and the sales guy had decided because we couldn't use the rear camera; to return our 2 camera product and get the single camera unit. Thought he was doing us a favor by pricing it the same but then charged us an additional $80.00 for the hardwiring kit. All without our authorization. Called to complain and the sales person advised that my husband was well aware of what was going on. Who in their right mind spends more money after getting a great deal originally?! Then after getting off the phone with him, he called my husband and admitted he lied to me. Stay away from this place!

Folks, I highly recommend that please don’t garbage your money at Visions Electronics. First time, I went there and spent $2135 on Samsung 65” TV and it’s not worth it. The TV was broken and they said they can’t do anything about it. This TV has a physical damage, the guy who sold us the TV name BAWA said none of the electronics store covers physical damage. He didn’t explain thing properly at the time of buying product. They refused to do anything about it. Their staff won’t listen to you afterwards, but at the time of selling products their words were very polite and concerning. Please folks don’t get scammed at visions electronics. Better go to “BEST BUY” for electronics, they cover TV’s upto 4 years for physical damage with some extra dollars; and their prices are better. Now I’m regretting not to go to Best Buy before.

I ordered an ecobee thermostat and two sensors. The Ecobee was delivered but not the sensors. I paid an extra $30 for express shipping, and it took over two weeks to get my whole order. I had to email them multiple times to get my sensors or to get an update on my order. When I finally got the sensors, they came broken. I emailed them 3 or 4 days after I got the sensors as I had forgotten about it. Today, I got an email (after three weeks of my first email/claim about the broken sensors) that said there was nothing they could do as it was outside of their listed window for damage claims. This whole experience has been an absolute nightmare. I am so disappointed. So now I have broken ecobee sensors and I am out $120. I will never use visions in the future.

Although I have shopped at other Visions Electronics stores, in past, this was my first visit to the South Edmonton outlet on 34th Avenue. As I arrived, I was greeted by Sales Rep Pawan Kumar who was very helpful in directing to me one specific model of TV that I was interested in purchasing. Not only was that the last one in the showroom but, as we discussed the price, with the assistance of Ken Kabatoff, I came away extremely pleased with my purchase. A transaction that took less than 20 minutes, all told. Not only that, but when I learned that the store would also recycle my old TV, that further enhanced my enjoyment with this shopping experience.

kinda disappointed with their service. not sure if because im a woman... but the first salesman that was initially helping us out just passed me to the next salesman because he preferred to attend to a gentleman that was making a larger purchase. i got a 55" tv and they took the tv to the car right after i paid for it. we opened the box and set up the TV and it was broken.... my husband brought it to a different visions and they accused him of breaking it because they called the south side visions and they told him they tested it before leaving.... apparently its policy to test out 55" and larger tvs . but noone offered that for me.

Shopped at Visions Edmonton south side. Emmanuel, my sales associate was amazing. The product I was looking for was not in stock. Emmanuel said I could use the demo models while I waited for the new items to arrive… what service. Also, when I called Visions, I actually got a store associate…. Try that at Best Buy….. good luck with that. I would highly recommend anyone to shop at Visions for all your electronic and appliance needs… THEY ACTUALLY HAVE OLD SCHOOL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! What a great experience. Try and get that at Best Buy…. Lots of luck. Thanks Visions and thank you Emmanuel!!

Very disappointed with their service. I bought 65" samsung TV, I haven't setup the TV, but open the box and plugged it in to check. it wasn't working, we took back to the store, they said, they tested it before leaving, now they refuse to exchange it. They said, it is a physical damage and they can't do anything about it. I spent about 2000 dollars on it. The time of selling TV, the salesperson name BAWA said,"if any thing happens to TV within the month, bring it back and we will exchange it, now they refused to do anything about it. They clearly put it on us.

I am writing this review for the person named Nathan . He is very rude to customers. We had a starter key installed at their store after less than 1 year the key did not work , we went there to check it . He was so rude and only looks at his computer ignoring us .when we ask him for an appointment with the technician to fix it he says no appointment available without even checking . I walked in in a different day he was also the one there , he was ignorant and rude as usual and looks only on his computer and you don’t know if he sees you or not .

Polite enough but I was basically told my autostart couldn't be fixed and that they could rip it out and replace it. Considering how new my system was I wasn't willing to give up just yet. So I sat in the parking lot and fixed it myself in about 5 mins. I would have been willing to pay quite handsomely to have had someone who knew what they were doing look at it instead but I guess my oil money isn't green enough for the Manger at the counter on a Saturday. Next time. Or maybe not.

Sold me a refurbished broken radar detector that thru failed to even tell me it wasn't new, only found out after I opened the box. Tried to bring it back less than 3 days after purchasing it and was essentially told that I'm SOL and there's absolutely nothing they'll do about it. Best believe I'll drop dead before I give them another dime and I'll do anything I can to let people know what visions thinks about customers once they get their money.

First time shopping here, staff are very attentive, as soon as I entered someone asked me what I was looking for and directed me to the spot ... I came in looking for a certain model of a certain gadget , the staff convinced me there was a better one for not too much more $. Ended up picking it up. Also got the option of financing part of the purchase at no extra cost or interest. Definitely was a good experience!

Allen liu was very helpful in helping me decide what’s the “best bang for your buck “gaming laptop. nothing else feels better than being help by someone who is honest especially helping someone who knows nothing about computers., the laptop he recommended was better than I expected specifically what i payed for, zero pressure from this guy .Awesome service allen liu!

They only have confident in their vendor but do not trust customer. Do not buy even warranty. I gave my laptop for repair under warranty but they said warranty void due to liquid inside SSD. I sent photo taken before gave them for repair but they do not determine and not use as a proof. Very poor and not trustworthy.

Bought what I expected brand new karaoke speaker/ system. Came to discover the bottom soaker cover was glue on upside down and damage inside. Definitely not new, as well ordered 2 electric scooter and I had the worst experiences dealing with this place trying to get them, and they were prepaid.

Very well laid out store with great placement of their various products so you can see them in action. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices at Visions are generally better than the other big box stores. I highly recommend them for all your electronic needs.
