I don’t know what I would have done without Sanders Furniture. These guys just made my move to Nashville effortless! I flew into Nashville last night (landed about 11pm) and made myself a bed of sweatshirts and blankets for my first night in Nashville, these guys made sure that only lasted 1 night! Got to the store about 10:15am, by 10:25am they helped me figure out financing for my purchase so that I knew what my budget was, by 11:15am helped me pick out everything I needed (sectional, mattress, coffee table, two end tables, and tv stand) and made sure I stayed within budget, by 1:45pm my whole purchase was in my brand new apartment. Now I probably got lucky they didn’t have any pending deliveries (or they were able to squeeze me in and still get the other ones done timely) so please keep that in mind also. Great customer service and insanely quick delivery. Tim, who helped me with selecting my furniture and his delivery team are all A+++ type people and couldn’t have been nicer or more patient. The delivery guys had major issues dealing with my building and being able to get to the loading dock and locking down my elevator (not their fault, was my buildings fault) and they stuck it out and got through it and were still sweet as could be with me when they got to me. Family owned establishment who cares about their customers. I’ve already been singing their praises to the leasing agents at my office and the branch manager at the bank I just set up my new checking account with, basically anyone willing to listen. IF YLU NEED FURNITURE ASAP ANS WANT TO DEAL WITH A GOOD FAMILY OWNED PLACE… look no further, Sanders is your spot!!!

The family who owns Sanders Furniture are genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I’ve driven past the store a few times but have never actually made my way in until this past weekend. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome and saw such a lovely variety of beautiful furniture. I was in the market for a sectional Sofa and as soon as I walked in I saw one that I just absolutely had to have! Unfortunately they informed me that it has just been sold but they thought they might have another one in their warehouse. When I tell you these people are so sweet they literally drove down to the warehouse just to make sure they had another one they could sell me! They even offered to deliver it to my house THE SAME DAY. If that isn’t high-quality service, I don’t know what is!! And all of that isn’t even the best part. The best part is seriously their prices, they cannot be beat! I will never shop at another furniture store in Nashville ever again. The two men that delivered my couch were sweet and I just have nothing but nice things to say about the owners and everyone they employ! If you’re in the market for some new furniture look no further, their selection and prices just can’t be beat!

I moved to Nashville a few days ago to begin graduate school and I needed a lot of new furniture. I chose sanders furniture because of the excellent reviews I saw on google and let me tell you, they are ACCURATE!! Firstly, their show room has a lot of good quality furniture for amazing prices. The family who runs the business were so helpful in getting us dimensions and costs of things I was considering. They also gave very PROMPT delivery: the very next day! In fact, one of the family sons was not even supposed to be working that day but he volunteered to help unload all the furniture in my new apartment on that day just so I could have it so quickly. All in all, anyone who is moving to Nashville NEEDS to check out Sanders furniture for their furniture needs. This is a great family owned business with awesome furniture and most importantly, awesome customer service from a family who cares that you are happy with your furniture!

From the time I walked into their store to the time their delivery staff completed the delivery of my furniture, I need Sanders would be a place that I would be returning to for future purchases. Sales staff was extremely helpful and courteous. These guys make buying furniture fun, low pressure, lots of smiles and everybody that walks through their door is their friend. And I have to be honest I was extremely surprised when they asked if I would like my furniture delivered today... the same day that I bought it.... I thought he was joking he was dead serious. Sure enough within an hour of purchasing it they were on my doorstep of course it didn't hurt that I live 5 mi away but seriously who else would offer this type of service... Everyone else is giving me excuses on why they can't do something... These guys are first class!

This is a phenomenal business! I have been searching for living room furniture for months! When I went to Sanders, I found a beautiful living room set within 10 minutes. They have a wonderful selection and fair prices! Furthermore, I was able to get my furniture delivered within 48 hours. This was a blessing, considering that because of the pandemic a ton of other businesses only had delivery dates as early as late November. The gentlemen that delivered my furniture were extremely kind, professional and efficient. They had to take my door off the hinges to get my furniture in my apartment and they did so happily with no problem. Seriously, this is the best furniture store in Nashville. I will definitely come back to this place when I need more furniture. Do yourself a favor shop here too!

I am new to Nashville. I had noticed the excellent reviews for Sanders Furniture on Google and Yelp, that the service was great, quality of furniture good, family owned and operated and, they would deliver same day. I thought it to be a stretch, but gave them a try. It was all true, to my delight. I needed a place to sleep until my furniture arrived. I not only found an excellent sleeper couch, but two attractive bedroom chests and an end table. It was all delivered two hours later by the owner himself and his son. For a review of five stars, I give them a ten. Much of my furniture is pottery Barn, but Sanders looks fine beside it. Don’t be fooled by the surroundings of the store. It has been there since the grandfathers opened it many decades ago.

I was very impressed with the service, selection and the price of furniture at Sanders! The kiosk in the store was a great tool to search and select the items we wanted, and the owners/staff were very friendly and helpful. Don’t let the storefront fool you. This place is a hidden gem on Charlotte and it’s family owned and operated. That alone made me feel better about trusting them with my business. The delivery has to be the best price in town! The guys who delivered were very careful moving in and placing the furniture and made sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it before leaving. THE BEST!! I had a phenomenal experience at Sanders furniture and would highly(!!!!) recommended them to anyone. A family-run business, the staff could not have been more down-to-earth, accommodating and friendly. I spent about an hour picking out a mattress in their store, and Randy could not have been more patient and kind-hearted. I was able to customize the mattress into a full XL (which no where else would do), and despite picking out the mattress 3 months before I would actually need it, it showed on my doorstep exactly when I was ready to move in! I could not have been happier with my experience at Sanders furniture—makes me wish I needed to buy more furniture!

These people are wonderful human beings. If you are shopping for a couch or other furniture,come see them. They will have things in your price range and it seems like they have payment plan options, but I did not use one. They have the best customer service and their delivery fees are HALF what other people will charge. Their selection is better, prices are better, customer service is better than anywhere else, AND they are a local, family owned business. Seriously, my couch is SO comfortable. I picked it out on a Saturday and it was delivered the following Monday. They arrived on time and were respectful of my home. 10/10 will be shopping here again.

I relocated to the Nashville area from Michigan. I randomly googled furniture stores near me. Sanders came up with many and for some reason that is the one I chose. I called the store to see if I purchased furniture, could it be delivered the next day. The man was so nice, he said depending on how early I was there, it could possibly be delivered same day. We had such a great experience at Sanders Furniture. Moving from out of state, we needed to get almost all new furniture to furnish our new apartment. Tim was a huge help in this process and was very fair with prices on everything that we bought. The delivery service was great as well. Dakota and Dillon were very professional and were able to move everything to the 5th floor of our building carefully. They were able to do the delivery the same day and within hours of purchasing our furniture. We are very happy with our experience at Sanders Furniture and will be coming back for any future needs!

Family run business, great service, good prices. Very glad I shopped here instead of at Ashley or Rooms2Go etc. Always prefer supporting small business owners and these guys are the picture perfect small business. Several of the pieces I got here were Ashley products, but again, happy to pay a markup on the same product to support these guys over a big box store. Same day delivery was so easy as well; had my furniture in about 3 hours. 10/10! Will recommend to friends as well. I highly recommend Sanders Furniture. They were incredibly helpful in helping us pick out a foldout couch, recliner, mattresses, and bed frame. They have beautiful things in their store, but they also have an interactive screen where you can scroll through to find your perfect item. The delivery was very good. I had to reschedule the delivery date due to a death in the family. They were very accommodating and delivered at my convenience. They set up the furniture and arranged it how I wanted it. It was a great experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Great experience from start to finish - I walked in assuming I would get some ideas of what I wanted but no expectations of buying anything. I appreciated that even when talking with the workers, no one placed any pressure to buy. The prices for the items and delivery was so good I bought a piece on the spot. The delivery/install (offered on the same day I purchased) went smoothly with clear communication and the workers got my loveseat up stairs and into a small apartment in just a few minutes. I just wish someone had told me about this place sooner!

I’m new to Nashville and it was my first time buying and financing a couch and these guys made the process so much less intimidating. This place is great. Randy helped me find exactly what I was looking for and at a very reasonable price. I really like the fact that the store is family owned and run. When the delivery guys came (which are also a part of the family, not outsourced to a different company) they even went out of their way and fixed my TV stand that I purchased at a different store that was damaged by the delivery company that was outsourced to drop it off. My experience at Sanders Furniture was amazing! When I walked in, I was greeted immediately by the sweetest young man with great customer service. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I made a purchase within 15 minutes! My couch was delivered promptly and with care the same day. I found that one of the buttons on a cushion had popped off. Dylan took it back to the store, fixed it and returned within 30 minutes. I had a great experience at Sanders furniture. I love being able to go in the store and browse the merchandise with out feeling pressured. . They did not have the size of the item I wanted in the store but they graciously offered to order it for me. They called me when my merchandise was ready for delivery., which was delivered and set up in a timely manner . The two young men were very polite, courteous and professional the whole time.

Cannot recommend Sanders enough! Randy went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of when the sectional I ordered didn’t fit up my stairs. He offered a full refund but because I liked the couch so much, we found a solution and they were able to deliver it 2 days ahead of schedule and without a second delivery fee. They are also significantly below cost on both their furniture and delivery fees. You can’t go wrong!

Sanders was a great company to work with. In store I was able to roam around by myself without any pressure pushy sales. They answered all of my questions and were able to set me up for next day delivery. The delivery guys were amazing! I live in an apartment and the couch unfortunately did not fit in the elevator but they were able to get it up the stairs. So grateful to have had their help.

Sanders Furniture is a great store. Bought 2 super comfy beds there #Southerland for a really reasonable price. Also the #signaturedesign sleeper sofa is much more comfortable than a typical sleeper. Delivery was in less than 30 minutes, and the delivery guys did a great job of keeping house clean, and getting through tight spaces. Whole process took less than 1 hour! Highly recommend!
