Typically open 10-6pm, public restroom. Units of many sizes and pricing is competitive for inside Edmonton limits. Units are dry and secure. 24hr. Access granted to business' and special request. Otherwise gate locked at 10pm. Premise monitored by security cameras for added security. Easy access and turnaround space for those with with trailers or large cube vans. Day staff is amazing specifically Brenda which works Tuesday to Saturday. Only drawback is that some of the units have an aggressive sloped ground that diverts the water away from units. Whoever this is only on a few of the units and there are many with flat ground. Moreover the entire compound is paved, keeping things clean and the mice population down.

Absolutely amazing to deal with, Marie was bang on guessing the size i needed just by my explanation of what i had to store. Hours availability are outstanding. Lights inside unit were a huge bonus for me. No signs of rodents and even clean smelling. Deals on pricing for signing up, fair fee for monthly ongoing even with contents protection (never had to have previously on a storage unit). Felt safe and secure with video surveillance. After hours phone number provided if any issues, these people take pride in their business location and it was awesome to see that in the big city. Super happy with choice of storage facility! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Every staff member I've met at this location is so friendly and helpful. The office is tidy, clean and organized. The storage units are clean and in great condition. I was able to switch to a bigger unit with absolutely no problems. I was able to set up easy auto payments online so that I never forget to pay. All in all, wonderful people that take pride in their work :)

With every interaction I felt completely at ease as customer service on the phone as well in person made the entire process clear and easy to understand. They ladies at the storage unit were so helpful, friendly and inviting. The unit itself was clean, and was lit which will be so helpful during the winter days ahead.

Not open Sunday. False & misleading advertising on Google Maps. (but then again - Google Maps apparently does NOT allow separate hours for Saturday and Sunday.) And the app is preventing me from posting 2 pics - one showing Google map hours, and another showing company's website hours.

Used temporarily for moving my stuff to new place Clean and secure. Reception lady is thoughtfully kind. I do not know If I ever have chance to use their service or not, but I will definitely use their service again If I have to.

Our second time renting a unit at Guardian Storage and again it's been a great experience. Brenda is the front office is a true ray of sunshine and we enjoy dealing with her.
