Michelle and Konstance both were amazing to deal with. I had called multiple times as I was trying to find the right storage for my needs. They answered all my questions and I wasn't left misunderstanding anything. They immediately were able to grab me a great rate and made the process seamless. It was a huge weight off my shoulders for sure, and I'm grateful for the excellent customer service from both ladies. Highly recommend, 10/10 stars. Very happy with experience. Used a large unit (10 x 30) to temporarily hold the contents of a 3 bedroom townhouse. It did the job. Access was great - roads in the compound are uneven and rough - but served to keep the speed down. We were lucky and got in on a super promotion so the cost for a 3 week period was very low. I have no hesitation in recommending this facility/service.

Very good customer service , went above and beyond. Me and my buddy were having a hard time to bring in my tool box in the unit and Sabrina helped us to lift/ push my tool box over the hump and after i was unable to put my big tool box into the room due to small hallway, but she helped us find a different room so it is easier for us to bring it in. They are amazing. I told them I'm low income and they found me something large enough in my price range. They went above and beyond. And they had options for everything including letting me sign documents online. Highly recommend. And common the nutcrackers outside their buildings. It's a win win.
