I have had nothing but bad luck over the past few years, I have had friends steal my vehicles, Rob my money stole be my belongings as well as been assaulted several times and have recently been evicted from my home because of peeping neighbours and landlord. I had been behind in a payments which restricted my access to my belongings which I have been pawning and selling off just to get by. I had gone in to catch up on my two payments (over 500) not expecting the two amazing people, who listened to my short overview of my life the last few years and it was all I could do to hold back my tears when The went above and beyond what anyone would have. They saved me money and helped me get back to a payment schedule that works better with my Aish payments. I am not used to kind, caring people, ii an So lucky and thankful to have met these people, it gives me hope that not everyone is about money, there are still good decent caring people. It was my first time renting a storage unit to prepare for moving to Calgary. The staff with the Woodcroft office were all friendly and professional, and every interaction with them was very positive. Access to my drive-in storage unit was convenient and secure, so I felt safe and confident to store my belongings there. Their billing cycle is 4 weeks but I only needed to rent 5 weeks in total, so they calculated and charged me a weekly rate for my fifth week instead of charging me for another full 4 weeks of rent, so I appreciated their flexibility as well. Highly recommended!!

The online and telephone booking process worked very well. It did take a few calls to set an appointment to go in and sign the contract and I was becoming a bit anxious. Laurie-Lee called to suggest a window of time and, when I arrived, I found her to be knowledgeable and helpful. Her experience was evident as we went through the details of the contract; she answered my questions patiently and thoroughly.

Sentinel Storage - Woodcroft location recently donated much needed storage space to Basically Babies. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! The space is the perfect size, well cared for and we couldn't be more thrilled with their support and the facility! We would HIGHLY recommend Sentinel Storage for all of storage needs!

Enzo was wonderful. I had no clue what size I needed - he listened and asked the appropriate questions to understand my needs. He then explained the process and found me the best deal. I also explained that I was nervous about driving so he found a unit where I could drive up to it easily - so relieved. It was such an easy, straightforward process.

I needed a storage unit at a moments notice and Sentinel was able tp provide a unit for me. I wasn't sure if it would be 1 week or 3 mths. I paid the fees and as it turned out i only needed the unit for 3 weeks. When i closed out the acct WOW!!! 1st month is free. That was unexpectded. THANK YOU SENTINEL!!!

Marie was so thorough, she reviewed the contract, answered our questions, took us to see the unit, to confirm it was cleaned out and a good size for us. We wanted a drive up unit so, at our age we did not have to carry items far, and she got us exactly that. Marie should be the poster person for Sentinel.

The lady at the front desk was phenomenal in her professionalism and knowledge. She was thorough in explaining the process and contract. I felt very well taken care of, respected and walked away knowing I would come back if the need arose.

Wow, this was such an easy process and made my life easier and less stressful. I would highly suggest using Sentinel if your in between moves etc. Kerry was amazing, so helpful and friendly. I would definitely use this service again!

Wow where to begin. 1. No notice they took over from Budget. 2. Cut MY lock off MY locker as Sentiel said was Budgets lock (I was paid up a full yr) 3. 35% storage price increase WITH NO NOTICE! REALLY? YOU TRUST THESE PEOPLE??
