Worst customer service ever! No one helped me while I was trying the shoes on. I had to go across the whole store to the counter to ask them to bring me my size shoes!? Ok, maybe they didn't know I was going to buy something.. Then I went back to the display which was all the way in the back of the store waiting for my shoes to be brought. They didn't pay attention to me as a customer at all! Guess what, after waiting on the bench for five minutes and still not getting these shoes I had to go the counter AGAIN to check on my request. I was surprised to see one (!) shoe of each model I wanted to try sitting on the counter by the cashier. Really!? I am supposed to run back and forth to the register to get ONE SHOE of my size to try it on !!??? Besides the music was too loud, I asked them to turn it down and they just ignored me! The sales people at this store are bunch of unprofessional, impolite, useless people.

Went to the store today. Had great deals. Everyone in the store was polite EXCEPT ONE NASTY LITTLE HISPANIC GIRL. IF MANAGEMENT CONTACTS ME I TOOK A PICTURE OF HER BUT WONT POST FOR HER SAFTEY. This young lady was not helping us and decides to jump int the conversation between the sales associate, sister and I with attitude. WE politely tell her an attitude was not needed and her response was " WELL I HAVE AN ATTITUDE". I then tell her in a VERY stern way "an attitude is not needed and if thats how you feel you shouldn't be at work." She continues to talk trash to her coworker while we are standing a few feet away being helped by the gentelman. The manager was spoken about the situation. However, as a patron that was thinking about revisiting. We wont be back she was very nasty with us. Two people from the east coast who are new to some regular protocols that are followed in San Fran. She needs to be fired.

This store is really nice I love how neatly and organized everything is not like in other stores where things are on the floor. As soon as I walked in a nice young man greeted me. They were so helpful and kind . I was looking for a shoe for my boyfriend which I have no clue what they are called . I showed them a picture and they knew exactly what I wanted and was looking for . Extremely excellent customer service. The staff was wonderful one of the best experiences that I’ve had especially with the whole Covid-19 and codes that need to be followed. Made me feel safe and secure About shopping at this stores location. FYI boyfriend loved the shoes :-)

Horrible customer service. It has been three weeks since I ordered my shoes. So I called in and the lady that answered the phone said "Hello". So I said, " Hi, I ordered some shoes a few weeks ago and I was wondering if they came in". And she said, with an attitude "If they came in we would've called but I'll check anyway." She then put me on hold. Then another worker came to the phone and took down my name and phone number. He said that he'll go check in the back. He then put me on hold. He never came back to the phone I was on hold for 30 min before I hung up.

This is a very friendly store that is always clean and the staff is very nice and helpful whenever I go there. My last visit was once again a delightful visit because as soon as I walked in the store I was greeted by a very nice guy that was at the front of the store. As soon as I got in the store I found the pair of shoes that I wanted and a nice young lady went and got them for me as soon as possible. The service and the staff are great in that store and I plan on shopping there for a long time.

Just want to thank all the employees at shiekh on market 100% help good customer service and very friendly and open was very helpful with sizing my son shoe and get him 3 pairs and even got me two pair if you looking for a good shoe store in they city shiekh on market is a great place to go give them a 5 star been coming here for 10 years and the customer service there today is way better then many year. Had a bad experience here. The guy assigned to help us doesn’t speak much English and couldn’t respond when we asked to try on a pair of shoes. When we asked to try on the entire pair, not just one foot, he had an obvious hesitation on his face and tried to tell use something that sounded like it’s against their policy? Then we waited 20mins for him to come back and ask us again what we needed. We didn’t feel welcomed at all at this store.

I love this place. Spend so much money with them and the customer service are A1. Every time I come in here employee are so nice and kind specially the manager are super COOL! I have no problem with my purchase every time I cashed out! The location are super convenient and the store are so nice and clean. I really appreciate you guys and keep up the good work! This store has a great greeter however once you actually do start looking they become very suspicious of you almost like gangster style female gangsters looking at you all at once they are very rude slow to give you your receipt and also should not represent all the name brands out there like Adidas and Nike’s as they are very cheap in their customer service

Called and asked if I could return my puma jelly slides there for the fury ones, the guy on phone said yes. When I get there they don't even carry puma slides and he put some generic fury slides to the side. I drove all the way there from San Jose for no reason. I guess if you like cheap shoes that look crazy go there

Great unique shoe selection that you won't find at your regular shoe store like footlocker. Excellent Jordan collection if I hadn't learned about Jordans I would have gone Nike airmax next. Didn't have my usual size I get but for some reason the size I tried on fit me snug so I was happy.

Store has a great variety of shoes when I came by. They have an amazing staff that’s very attentive from the moment you walk in. If they didn’t have the shoe I was asking for, the manager was quick to find resolutions for me. Overall great experience, would shop again if I’m in the area.

I went to buy Air Force 1s for my daughters at Sheikh Store on Market St, and all the staff treated me well and kindly , the store is clean and organized I really recommend that store for any shoe lovers, I would come back to that store because they really nice costumer service

Had a very great selection of shoes men and women and a large selection of shoes for children I recommend this place because it has a very good variety of price range for everyone from very affordable budget friendly deals on multiple pairs of shoes to the nicest newest Jordans

The servie is good and I buy the majorty of my shoes here from sneakers down to dress shoes. This store has it all with all sorts of styles and colors not to mention they always have a sale going on such as buy one get one half off or either free which is always a plus.

I think the staff is overall very helpful although at times a few of them can have a bit of an attitude... Prices are decent for some things like women's shoes (not sneakers), the apparel I think is overpriced but it sells nevertheless so maybe I am wrong...

Staff was super friendly and attentive to customer service as soon as I walked into the store. Purchased a couple of pairs and staff was helpful in finding the right size not only for myself but also my sister. Definitely will be returning soon.

This is a pretty good shoe store, for sneakers. Specifically Nikes or Jordans. However, the staff always seems bored, like they would rather be anywhere else and that is contagious. I always leave there feeling bored and just exhausted myself.

This was my first time here and I was so amazed of how big the location was - even had a second level! The workers there were very welcoming and tended to my needs . Definitely much better experience compared to other locations I’ve been to.

This place is much bigger than it looks from the outside. Don't let the surrounding area fool you this spot has quality kicks. Helpful staff (lots of employees). The upper floor is all Jordan's and HUGE
