"Rosa at the store was so helpful! The store is mostly geared toward men, but she helped me find what I needed and was really kind when I needed help exchanging shoes"
Very bad customer service.. bought shoes for my sons.. first she said they didnt have the shoes i wanted after another co worker said they did. The i showed them to her she said oh these.. once we left i went to put them on my kids and one was dirty so 8 went back to change them and girl looked at and said, what do you want me to do the started cleaning the shoe with her finger. Wow. Was there on friday january 13th.. I just got the shoes and left..
First, when buying 200$ shoes, I got a broken shoe case. I asked them if they could replace it since I'll be traveling. After the man helping me grumpily went back to replace the shoe case, I leave the store and check the shoes to make sure they're the right ones. He changed the shoes without telling me. I almost paid for the wrong shoes. Terrible experience. The man was big, brown skinned, tall and had scratches on his face.
Worst customer service. I had to search all over for help and when I did, with nothing in my hand, he said what size? This was at the back of the store up the stairs. What I wanted was in the front entrance area. The store was packed. One employee behind the register low near the floor doing something. Three up the stairs dealing with an incoming shipment. Customers be damned.
This store is okay for shoes. They don't always have the newest shoes, so I mostly have to leave and go to Footlocker or wait for them to get the shoes I like. They also have a no return policy which sucks, because as ladies, we sometimes change our minds. So no bueno for me.
Rosa at the store was so helpful! The store is mostly geared toward men, but she helped me find what I needed and was really kind when I needed help exchanging shoes. She’s the reason for the four stars - I’d give her five and the store 2-3.
As for someone who works in a shoe place, the dynamic is very well run. Employees checked up on me frequently. Matter of fact , Khalil was very helpful, wish I told him thanks for his help, but wasn’t on floor when I came back.
Very bad experienced in this store, the workers is very very unpolite and rude. Dont go there if you go to westfield mall in san fransisco. Highly not recommended.
Now I understand why they have bad reputation. The attention sucks, people is rude, they actually are working hard so you don’t buy their shoes.
I thought the store open up at 10 a.m. so why my phone call isn't being answed When I've called multiple
I just came in quickly to browsed. Didn't find anything this time.
