EXTREMELY RUDE SERVICE AND HAVE NO MANNERS WHAT SO EVER DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AS THEY ARE ELDER AND WHITE AND EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS THERE CUSTOMERS WHO GIVE THEM A BUSINESS!!!! LOOKS LIKE TOU NEED SOME NEW STAFF MEMBERS BASED ON HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE HAD TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES AT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION. INSTEAD OF BEING SORRY TO ALL THESE PEOPLE IN THE COMMENTS SECTION FIRE THOSE RACIST WORKERS THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO HAVE A JOB THERE OR WORK WITH THE PEOPLE.

The girl in the cosmetics department goes by the name Joss? Or something with a J. She has dark hair, and she looks like she is in her 20’s. I was trying to dig into my purse and find my wallet, but it was taking a few minutes. The girl rolled her eyes at me, and asked me to hurry up. I wasn’t sure if she was having a bad day, but I felt so embarrassed. I don’t think I will be going to this location again.

Always a pleasant experience here, especially in cosmetics and skincare. Team is really caring and gives great and honest advice about products with their personal experience, especially the beauty manager. Was given a number of samples to try and this is really appreciated for my stressed skin to find the right products before investing in a whole range of products. Thank you!!

The pharmacy team for the Winnipeg Square location is awesome! The associate owner in particular (Petr) has always been very helpful, going as far as special ordering my prescription to their branch from a hospital pharmacy so that I wouldn't have to call around myself to check who carries it. Always a pleasure with their pharmacy team, thank you!

I've had some good times & BEYOND HORRIBLE times at shoppers but I've got to say this one was alright. There are a few I will never step into because as a native woman they only see me for the color of my skin & watch me while I walk around. If they took time to talk to me instead of judging they would know I'm a nurse helping people

Always some type of weird smell in here. Small store no selection unless you are looking for smelly perfume. If you have sensitivities to scents you are basically limited to one side of the store. Very poor selection of chips. Very narrow aisles. A positive point it appears all the staff have been working there for years and years.

I was definitely being followed, which is understandable given my complexion downtown. I'm rating 3 stars because despite the unnecessary personal shopper, the store is reasonably stocked and the attendant at the Post Office was quick, efficient, and quite responsive to the bell.

The pharmacy staff is extremely helpful and non biased. I've never had a better experience in a pharmacy. The store itself is well stocked and has good sales combined with very friendly people who work there. This location is my favorite.

Usually go to Shoppers for their sales on baby formula. But I try to avoid this location. They never have it on their shelves, and when I ask if they have it in stock, they always tell me that the merchandiser left, so they can't help me.

This is a medium sized store with friendly staff and all the basics you need. The pharmacy staff is very helpful and able to awnser questions quickly. They do not have a frozen food section, and they close over the weekends.

Fast and friendly phamasist got me my flu shot in no time flat. I called and they told me to come down early or late as there is usually a lineup during lunch hour.

Often out of the medications you need. Made an appointment for a flu shot a week in advance. Get there to be informed that they had none left.

The Pharmacist was very accommodating and he even offered to wait for me post surgery just so I could get my meds. 5/5 service.

The Lady (sales person)was very helpful to find and guide me to get correct foundation, Appreciated!

They pack an awful lot of stuff into a relatively small location. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Unfortunately, this location does not honour the sales from the Shoppers Drug Mart flyer.

Pleasant and helpful staff however variety of stock is low.The prices are hit and miss.

We also have a full service post office open the same hours as the store! 7am till 6pm
