All equipment or training tools are up there .the trainer have time for every single soul and also you feel the vybs when the section is going on.it has a sceren environment.

The trainer has time for each and everyone even with emotional stress he's always there to boost your moral and never goes beyond your strength at a goal

They do a pretty decent aerobics class, if that's your thing.
